Positive: Visual Visitor tells me everything I need to know about my website visitors. In addition to contact details, they share employment history and browsing data. Love it!

Negative: Plus Person only works in the US. That's the only disappointing thing about Visual Visitor.

Summary: I've had a terrific experience with Visual Visitor, they really deliver when it comes to contact data. For outbound sales, they have everything you need.

Positive: There's so much information stored in Visual Visitor! You can use it to surf for new contacts or to learn more about the ones you already have. I sort of assume if the info I want isn't in Visual Visitor, it's not available online.

Negative: I absolutely love it! No complaints from me—everything looks fantastic!

Summary: I would absolutely recommend Visual Visitor, it's an effective, easy-to-use solution. For the amount of contacts they have, it's well worth the cost.

Positive: The Visual Visitor database has more contacts than any of the other services I've tried. Prospecting is much easier with it, it's a big timesaver.

Summary: The two factors I care about the most are UI and data quality. I think Visual Visitor succeeds on both counts. It's easy to use and the data checks out as far as I'm concerned. None of the emails I've sent using Visual Visitor's data have bounced.

Positive: I like the dashboard a lot, the information is laid out in a simple way. I also like the reporting functions. It's constantly collecting data but it lets you go back and view old data if you want.

Negative: I haven't found any, I think it's the best visitor tracking platform available.

Negative: Visitor data is confined to the US. I'm hoping they eventually break into South America but I think it's a privacy policy issue.

Positive: There's a ton of useful information available here. If you're seeking for cold leads, their contact database has millions of companies locked and loaded. I personally use their plus employee feature the most. I've been really successful in attracting website visitors.

Negative: I felt rather comfortable using Visual Visitor after a week. It is incredibly data-rich and simple to use.
