Summary: In addition to Linkedin, I had no idea where to look for company information. I now mostly check Visual Visitor to learn about new leads. To other salespeople, I would heartily recommend Visual Visitor, especially if you're just getting started with referrals or connections.

Positive: My supervisor gave me a quota, but he didn't tell me where to find leads. It was a blessing to discover Visual Visitor because I can conduct all of my prospecting research on the site.

Negative: No idea what to say for the negatives. Prospecting and cold calling are made so much simpler by it!

Summary: The customer service is outstanding, and the visitor data is reliable. I advise registering for a demo. They provide a helpful walkthrough of the platform.

Positive: The identifying device is incredibly accurate. It provides me with a detailed picture of the visitors to my website.

Negative: That was challenging at first, but owing to the training call, I quickly got the hang of it.

Summary: For your money, Visual Visitor offers a lot of value. It's now my only source for leads, which allows me to cut back on the few hours per week I used to spend doing research.

Positive: I appreciate how Visual Visitor helps me get started with prospecting. I usually look for and qualify leads using the web-based ID feature.

Negative: The drawbacks are few. I registered for web ID, and so far I haven't discovered any design flaws.

Summary: An excellent source of information about site traffic is Visible Visitor. I appreciate the employment information provided for each visitor.

Positive: The WebID Plus Employee plan is fantastic; it provides me with all the information I need to get started. At one-quarter of the way into the month, I have already achieved half of my sales target.

Negative: For our domestic clients, it works best. Not a surprise, given EU privacy rules.

Summary: The product and the team are both great. Highly recommend, especially if you work for a business with lots of website visitors.

Positive: The Plus Employee data really is comprehensive. I can get all my research done within the Visual Visitor app.

Negative: I haven't found cons yet. Their team is very responsive. Whenever I have a technical question, I get a response within the hour.

Summary: My team loves how detail-oriented Visual Visitor is. They break down website visitors with the most minute details (like home ownership, marital status, net worth). Overall, a solid lead generation platform.

Positive: The visitor identifier and database are both terrific sources for leads. I like that you can choose between first-party or third-party data.

Negative: No cons worth mentioning. In my opinion, Visual Visitor gives you a lot of bang for your buck.

Summary: Great at combatting the "invisible visitors" problems. The platform design is nice as well, easy to set-up and use. I've had only positive experiences with Visual Visitor so far.

Positive: Within 2 days of installation, I had data in my dashboard. The tracking software works in real-time so I get new leads daily.

Negative: This is probably obvious but you need to have website traffic to get the most out of the platform. If you're not getting a lot of hits, I would recommend addressing that problem before downloading Visual Visitor.

Summary: Plus Peron has been a huge help. I love that it tells me immediately when I have a new website visitor. It certainly speeds up the prospecting process! Overall, would recommend it.

Positive: I work in a niche industry so I can't afford to lose out on any potential customers. Visual Visitor's plus employee addresses this problem in spades.

Positive: Very cool knowing which businesses are visiting my website. Even better now that I know which employee is doing the searching. Plus Employee is a great addition to their platform.

Negative: I've had nothing but positive experiences with Visual Visitors.

Positive: I've had to contact support a few times to add new users, set up integrations, etc. Each time I've received a response within the hour. Visual Visitor really takes the time to make you feel welcome.

Negative: Haven't had any problems with Visual Visitor, they're great!

Summary: Visual Visitor is easier to use than ZoomInfo and Lead Forensics. I also prefer the data they have on offer. Overall, pleased with the product and the design.

Positive: The visitor tracker works in real-time. I like that it sends daily updates. I also appreciate the level of detail it provides.

Negative: This might be obvious but it won't do the work for you. It provides the data but you have to use it to make sales.

Summary: It paints a clear picture of website visitors. Would recommend it to anyone struggling with prospecting.

Positive: Obviously, it "names" website visitors but it also goes the extra mile to tell me what pages they actually looked at. This makes it easier to determine what to lead with when I reach out.

Negative: I haven't come across any design flaws.

Positive: I used Lead-feeder a few years ago and I didn't like their sorting process. Visual Visitor is better in terms of quality over quantity.

Negative: Not really a con but the more work you put into it, the better the results. Fortunately, the filters are easy to use.

Summary: I hated prospecting before Visual Visitor. I love that it compiles all the data in one place so I can get everything done without opening multiple tabs.

Positive: The plus employee plan breaks down my website visitors in minute detail. I can't imagine going back to prospecting without it.

Negative: In five months, I haven't had any issues with Visual Visitor. I'm not into tech so I can confirm the platform design is idiot-proof.
