Summary: Overall, Userback helps in collecting user's feedback and organizing it at one place. The tool is easy to use and intuitive.
Positive: - It is easy to install and set up.
- All the feedback gets shown on the main dashboard.
- The learning curve of the tool is quite low.
- The load time is really low.Negative: Userback provides what it claims, there can be some improvement in the UI, but other than that everything is good.

Summary: Absolutely love this product. We use it for all our agency clients web builds, it makes the job of marketing changes easy.

My Go To Collab Product For Web Project Date: May 21 2021
Summary: As a design collab tool, it is one of the best out there and very rarely has bugs. The support is a strong component of the platform and it should be a must-have tool for any creative business.
Positive: This product is a god send and one that i use in my business for myself and my team. It helps collaborate on designs that we are working on and helps the approval flow with our clients.
Negative: I did think as early adopters we should have been upgraded to the video level as part of our plan but that was not to be and so other tools that are comparable offer this as standard.

Summary: I've used this with many computer illiterate people and they were able to understand how to use it immediately with little help from me. The onboarding process is easy for my clients to understand, and overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Userback.
Positive: Userback has the fastest response times in comparison with other similar tools. The user interface is clean and polished, yet simple to use and should not present many difficulties for someone who may be using this for the first time. Support is also quick to respond if you have a question.
Negative: I really have no complaints! If anything, I wish there were more plan options for the Video add-on as it's not something I would use often enough to warrant the additional monthly fee.

Summary: I like the way this software has been made and renewed with new features over time regularly. The support is accurate and helpful but not needed mostly since the software is easy to use.
I would love to see wire framing predesigns worked on more and/or integration with Tools like Figma.Positive: Userback is a perfect tool to get feedback on your websites design and general use. I use it mostly for collaborating with my clients on website projects for which it is brilliant and easy to use.
Negative: Bit hard to setup that only your clients see the feedback button on the website and not all the sites visitors.

Summary: I recommend this for anyone and everyone especially for small size teams. Helps streamline and easily keep track.
Positive: Easy to implement and clients to use to send you feedback on a remote basis. Love how professional it makes us as well.

Summary: My startup uses Userback to collect feedback and bug reports from customers inside our web app. It's very easy to set up and use, and I love the Jira integration, which makes it easy to process and prioritize the feedback we receive. I haven't used the Design Review features yet but I plan to do so during our next big design iteration.

The button can be moved to a different part of the page, but we don't want to clutter the page with too many buttons, so we had to choose between Userback and a chatbot/Intercom/Drift. We use the feedback function but it's not interactive so it's not quite the same.
