Positive: The ability to leave comments and annotations directly on a live website is a game changer. It makes collaboration with clients and team members much more efficient and eliminates long back-and-forth email threads. The customer support team is also outstanding : fast, helpful, and genuinely responsive.

Negative: The one downside is that cancelling a subscription requires contacting customer support rather than being able to manage it directly from your account. It would be more convenient to have full control over your billing and subscription settings in one place.

Summary: My experience overall has been fantastic. I use Ruttl multiple times a week and I use it for every single client that I need to provide any kind of sales page or website feedback. It is exponentially better than my original strategy which involves screen shots and such. This is incredibly convenient, my clients love it, and I absolutely recommend it.

Positive: I find Ruttl to be hands down the best way to provide feedback without needing to take screenshots and circle things on my phone. It's absolutely the most efficient way to work with clients, allowing me to provide feedback on sales pages directly. I absolutely love the ability to pin comments, which is fantastic because it lets me be super specific with where and exactly I want the changes to be. The initial setup was incredibly easy and seamless, making it straightforward to transition and implement, which is why I continued to use it.

Negative: It would be nice to be able to view things on mobile. Also, it would be nice to be able to format the comments.
Sometimes when you leave a comment, it loses the formatting, like when making a long list or wanting spaces between sections.

Summary: This software has made it effortless for my company to navigate our quarterly website changes across multiple departments. The feature to navigate as many pages as you need in one link is especially awesome. I switched over from marker and think this product is a much improved experience for everyone. Been using about a year and always recommending it!

Negative: I haven't run into many issues, as they are a responsive team and look to proactively improve issues.

Summary: Ruttl makes it super easy to collect comments directly on all our websites instead of using a ticketing system. The multiple device view is very useful — we can instantly check how a page looks on mobile, tablet, and desktop. That’s a big plus compared to other website review tools. Customer support is fast, helpful, and genuinely understanding whenever we reach out.

Have different devices view to check our websites from (other website reviewers dont have, that's why we chose Ruttl).

Negative: Just that members are not being added automatically when adding new projects.

Positive: Ruttl makes client feedback so much easier and more visual. I love being able to comment directly on website sections and resolve issues without endless email threads. The platform is intuitive, fast, and very well designed. Real-time notifications and editing features keep everything flowing smoothly, and the support team is incredibly kind and helpful.

Negative: I haven’t had any real issues so far. If I could suggest something, it would be to offer more pricing options for solo users or freelancers in different countries. But overall, the platform is amazing.

Negative: They need to add more integrations like Zapier, Plutio, Figma, Loom etc. In todays world integrations are one of the most important features.

Summary: It is an excellent product, which has become very necessary in the design stage of all my websites to receive the corrections of the clients.

Positive: I can assign a project to a client, upload all the sections in jpg format of their website and share the link of the project so that they can send me the corrections easily!

Negative: They need to improve the experience on cell phones a bit.

Summary: As a Digital agency owner, time is my must valuable asset.
Having clients commenting directly in a Design and not in a Work Document is time saving for everyone involved.

It takes off the weight and communicate directly with my creative team. So much easier to delegate.

Negative: At first, it was a little slow... but they fixed it and now its fine.

Summary: Overall I am extremely happy that I found Ruttl.

All our customers are from the US and Australia and the team in India ended up misinterpreting the text feedback that we used to receive through email. This resulted in loss of time and also harming our reputation with our client.

Ruttl solved this big problem and it ha completely reduced our round trips and has ensured that we deliver our website fast.

Positive: 1) Live Website review tool.
2) Ability to add comments to the live website, this helps in understanding the feedback well
3) Tagging of relevant team members so it could resolved in the first go itself.
4) Live Edit mode. This is a big time and face saver for me. Particularly with my team being non native English speaking team, this comes handy in understanding the customers requirement and fulfilling the same right in front of them.
5) Versioning is another important feature that has helped us manage our customer expectations. It was very easy for us to show the past changes and the quantum of edits that has been made.
6) We could use CNAME, so it's completely white labeled.
7) Last but not the least, extremely responsive support team and a receptive development team

Negative: Only one Admin user.
No Browse mode while reviewing.

Summary: If you’re a web designer or developer it’s worth the purchase. It will definitely speed up your work.

Positive: I like that I’m able to make edits to the code directly from the platform. Most importantly it speeds up your projects by allowing clines to review real time, and note changes.

Negative: The dashboard was slightly buggy in the beginning. It has improved a lot since my original purchase.
