    Positive: This is one of today's best-prepared services for ATS and human capital management processes. UKG ready is undoubtedly a smart alternative when compared to human capital management platforms that do not have tools to deal with human resources internally, since with UKG ready it is possible to define different levels of collaboration so that the team is better organized and can better coordinate its operations within the platform. We recommend this software because of the excellent quality with which it allowed us to work in the management of our human capital. We recommend it for employee rostering and performance reporting. UKG ready offers a human resources scenario in which self-management is of great importance thanks to the implementation of its self-service portal system, where each employee can evaluate his or her performance and send it for review.
