Summary: This is an excellent service that has made my work sharing slides over different monitors easier than expected.

Positive: Creating slideshows for my workplace became a lot easier than I expected with Rise Vision. I put them together on Google Slides and shared the link with the website. I appreciated the ease of use as I work with multiple platforms to share slides and photos with the public.

Negative: You don't need as many different templates to offer for customers. I'd prefer a search bar to look for new examples and previously used ones to appear.

Summary: Our overall experience with Rise Vision and their products I can say satisfied enough to continue the use of the product and purchase newly Rise Vision equipment as they are introduced to the public.

Positive: I love the products they advertise for purchase, we have purchased multiple devices from Rise Vision with the Support of installation and troubleshooting.
Rise Vision support team was always available to assist and easy to understand troubleshooting tips to help with getting our devices up and running for Digital Signage support. We will continue to look out for future products related to Rise Vision and Digital Signage that may also help us in the future.

Negative: Cannot say anything negative related to Rise Vision and their Products as we have never experienced issues related to the make and model of the devices in which we purchased. Other than support on how to setup and Troubleshoot software upgrades there was no other issues pertaining to the devices in question.

Summary: My overall experience with Rise Vision has been great. I started using it at a school district and have continued to use it in my consulting business for businesses (welcome centers, waiting rooms), schools, restaurants, and churches.

Positive: The product is pretty easy to use and deploy. It doesn't require a high-end device for a media player. Tech support is top notch. It just works and it fairly maintenance free.

Negative: Integration with social media is not the best. I used another paid product that integrates with Rise Vision to meet the needs of my clients.

Summary: The program's effectiveness and informational value within our facility have been outstanding utilizing multiple displays to enable creative freedom and personalized content for select areas with a user - friendly interface that does not require advanced technical proficiency.

Negative: I wish they had a way to organize and group presentations for different departments that also use the app.

Create a way so a presentation can be used on multiple schedules without having to go into each one and do it manually (schedule time, fade in, etc.)

Summary: Overall this product is a winner. It's one that I have no reservations about recommending to other companies or school districts.

Positive: We have used Rise Vision for many years and it's feature set and product just keeps improving. They are constantly adding templates and we appreciate and utilize the Google integrations.

It is logically setup, so the learning curve for deployment and using the product is simple and efficient. It is very flexible to fit about every schedule you would want for each signage that you have. They support a variety of endpoints for displaying the signage presentation and are all managed under their admin console. They have very good educational pricing, so that is appreciated since we are a school district.

I have looked at a few other products, but have not seen anything better than Rise Vision.

Negative: Honestly, we have not really had very many issues along the way. They do offer hardware for the endpoints, but we are a shop that wants to provide our own endpoints. We use Chromeboxes and FireTV sticks for endpoints. We do have a concern that they would stop supporting other endpoints because they seem to be pushing their custom boxes more in the last few years.

Summary: Rise Vision does a tremendous job for us; we have used it for several years. We will continue to use it on our TV displays in the school so that students can see it during lunch, in the hallways, and at the entrances.

Positive: The ability to show student work and get important messages to the school is key.

Negative: I would like to see more templates made, and we can change them to fit our particular displays. Some of their ones are great, but we would love to see more that would work universally.

Summary: Great experience. Love the product, and the people. I tell everyone who makes comments about it who they need to contact for their digital displays.

Positive: Great product. I have been using it for about 5 years now and I have been pleased with the content, the ease of use and the aesthetic it adds to our common places. The students and the staff notice especially when it is not online for whatever reason because they are so use to looking at it for the time, temperature and announcements.

The customer service is also top notch. If I have wanted something special the politely point me in the right direction.

Negative: Since I have to write something here I will say price, although that is really not a major con. You can't expect things to be free when it is produced as well as Rise Vision is.

Summary: I have been with Rise Vision for more than 10 years. I have implemented it in a not for profit as well with excellent results.

Positive: Ease of setup. Support. Great templates. Easy to maintain. There are features that allow for others to administer or be only content creators.

Negative: Hardware or platform obsolescence that is outside of the control of the vendor. (eg extensions) Cost, as a public high school, we are very sensitive to increases. It was free for a time, but now we are on a subscription. Still very cost effective compared to others.

Summary: Product is very easy to use after I give some introductory training on how to use the user friendly GUI interface. It takes a little bit on the setup process, but is usually self sustaining by the users that maintain the digital signage. Before purchasing, make sure you have the amount of compatible devices to use the product, but then you are good to go.

Positive: The product is very user friendly and allows users to easily create digital signage, and keep it updated to any current events or information.

Negative: A few lines of products have gone unsupported, but the amazon Fire Sticks that we are using work beautifully.

Summary: Love and Rise Vision for our school. We couldn't image not having displays for our school. (Currently have 10 in our building) We even removed our old athletic records display cases and switched to a Rise display. Turned the display vertically and now all the records display with color and movement - very cool. It is so easy to update, plus looks much better and stylish. In total a great product.

Positive: It is very easy to customize daily and weekly. Can create presentations in seconds and push out information. Rise Vision always updates and adds new features and ways to link other platforms and devices—multiple premade presentations and templates anyone can understand and use. Easy to add presentations to our website. We live stream our daily announcements and athletic games from Youtube to all our displays.

Negative: Really can't say anything negative.

Summary: Of all the product apps that I use, Rise Vision is by far my favorite! It has been a great tool for our school. Its ease of use, stunning graphics and Canva interface make it an outstanding product. I highly recommend Rise Vision for all of your digital signage needs!

Positive: I love everything about Rise Vision! They offer amazing templates for digital signage that we can brand with our logo. The software is extremely easy to use, uploads your final product in seconds, and interfaces with Canva! Plus they offer new templates weekly. We get compliments on how nice our foyer and hallway TV signage looks.

Negative: No negatives from me! Rise Vision is the absolute best!

Summary: We really enjoy using and use it in all of our schools. Very easy to manage and use. All parties are very happy with it.

Positive: Very user friendly. Lots of options for any display needs. You can create your own or use one of many templates. Customer service is top notch and always timely.

Negative: I do not have any cons. Very easy to use and fantastic customer service.

Negative: While Rise Vision offers excellent features, I’d love to see more customizable templates tailored specifically for the manufacturing environment. Using pre-made templates is quicker and more efficient than creating designs from scratch, which would further streamline the process.

Summary: Rise Vision has made it possible for our school to have great-looking signage everywhere with little programming required. Truly a fantastic product and service!

Positive: Very customizable while still easy to use. All you need to run it is Google Chrome and inexpensive hardware. Complete signage solution with unlimited modules thanks to Rise's own and standard html. Fully scalable to as many screens as you need with straightforward programming.

Negative: Really none. We have older Chromeboxes which need to be rebooted occasionally, but that might be more related to the hardware than the Rise Vision software.

Summary: LOVE this product! I use it daily to provide detailed information that our entire building can check out 24/7 on our display monitors. The software is so easy to use and maintain that it practically runs itself.

Positive: Ease of use, the fact that it has Canva integration makes it so simple to import custom graphics directly from one platform to the other. The software is so easy to troubleshoot any issues that might turn up that it practically runs itself!

Negative: Only con so far is the inability to edit templates to suit my needs at times.
