Summary: Great experience. Love the product, and the people. I tell everyone who makes comments about it who they need to contact for their digital displays.

Positive: Great product. I have been using it for about 5 years now and I have been pleased with the content, the ease of use and the aesthetic it adds to our common places. The students and the staff notice especially when it is not online for whatever reason because they are so use to looking at it for the time, temperature and announcements.

The customer service is also top notch. If I have wanted something special the politely point me in the right direction.

Negative: Since I have to write something here I will say price, although that is really not a major con. You can't expect things to be free when it is produced as well as Rise Vision is.

Summary: I have been with Rise Vision for more than 10 years. I have implemented it in a not for profit as well with excellent results.

Positive: Ease of setup. Support. Great templates. Easy to maintain. There are features that allow for others to administer or be only content creators.

Negative: Hardware or platform obsolescence that is outside of the control of the vendor. (eg extensions) Cost, as a public high school, we are very sensitive to increases. It was free for a time, but now we are on a subscription. Still very cost effective compared to others.

Summary: Product is very easy to use after I give some introductory training on how to use the user friendly GUI interface. It takes a little bit on the setup process, but is usually self sustaining by the users that maintain the digital signage. Before purchasing, make sure you have the amount of compatible devices to use the product, but then you are good to go.

Positive: The product is very user friendly and allows users to easily create digital signage, and keep it updated to any current events or information.

Negative: A few lines of products have gone unsupported, but the amazon Fire Sticks that we are using work beautifully.

Summary: Love and Rise Vision for our school. We couldn't image not having displays for our school. (Currently have 10 in our building) We even removed our old athletic records display cases and switched to a Rise display. Turned the display vertically and now all the records display with color and movement - very cool. It is so easy to update, plus looks much better and stylish. In total a great product.

Positive: It is very easy to customize daily and weekly. Can create presentations in seconds and push out information. Rise Vision always updates and adds new features and ways to link other platforms and devices—multiple premade presentations and templates anyone can understand and use. Easy to add presentations to our website. We live stream our daily announcements and athletic games from Youtube to all our displays.

Negative: Really can't say anything negative.

Summary: Of all the product apps that I use, Rise Vision is by far my favorite! It has been a great tool for our school. Its ease of use, stunning graphics and Canva interface make it an outstanding product. I highly recommend Rise Vision for all of your digital signage needs!

Positive: I love everything about Rise Vision! They offer amazing templates for digital signage that we can brand with our logo. The software is extremely easy to use, uploads your final product in seconds, and interfaces with Canva! Plus they offer new templates weekly. We get compliments on how nice our foyer and hallway TV signage looks.

Negative: No negatives from me! Rise Vision is the absolute best!

Summary: We really enjoy using and use it in all of our schools. Very easy to manage and use. All parties are very happy with it.

Positive: Very user friendly. Lots of options for any display needs. You can create your own or use one of many templates. Customer service is top notch and always timely.

Negative: I do not have any cons. Very easy to use and fantastic customer service.

User-Friendly and Customizable: The platform is easy to use and adaptable to the organization's specific communication needs, making it reliable and efficient in a manufacturing environment.

Negative: While Rise Vision offers excellent features, I’d love to see more customizable templates tailored specifically for the manufacturing environment. Using pre-made templates is quicker and more efficient than creating designs from scratch, which would further streamline the process.

Summary: Rise Vision has made it possible for our school to have great-looking signage everywhere with little programming required. Truly a fantastic product and service!

Positive: Very customizable while still easy to use. All you need to run it is Google Chrome and inexpensive hardware. Complete signage solution with unlimited modules thanks to Rise's own and standard html. Fully scalable to as many screens as you need with straightforward programming.

Negative: Really none. We have older Chromeboxes which need to be rebooted occasionally, but that might be more related to the hardware than the Rise Vision software.

Summary: Overall easy to use, and convenient. I would recommend for the use of their templates and content ideas.

Positive: I like that multiple users can access and post. Makes the management much easier from a teaching standpoint when you want to have a student upload and post to our board. The templates also make it east to produce quality, professional presentations for the boards.

Negative: The platform when uploading what is viewed on the screen is hard to deal with. Sometime the sizing and proportions have to be a trial and error to get them to fit perfectly.

Summary: Overall I would recommend this product. Once you get more familiar with it, it is easy to use and if you can't figure it out, customer service will help!

Positive: Rise Vision has excellent customer service. They are timely and thorough! They even create personalized instructional videos to help with issues you may be having.

Negative: I had used a different digital signage company before and I found it difficult at first to navigate Rise Vision.

Summary: From start to finish the process of purchasing, installing, configuring, and maintaining the RiseVision system has been easy and intuitive.

Positive: RiseVision is very easy to setup and manage. The premade content is high quality and allows me to create great looking presentations that I don't need to spend tons of time maintaining. I can also easily publish different presentations to different wings or buildings.

Negative: The price is a little high for the amount of students we have, however you get what you pay for, a I haven't found a competing product that matches its quality.

Summary: Great! The set up was simple and the team have enjoyed the fun and informative announcements we've displayed so far.

Positive: I love how easy it is to navigate and set up. This is a great platform for sharing fun and informative announcements especially to those who do not read email announcements.

Negative: The compatibility restrictions of images are sometimes inconvenient.

Summary: Rise Vision was very easy to learn how to use, has templates for just about every situation that I've needed, and fun to use

Positive: Easy to use and eye catching. Everyone in the building is excited about this product. And its helpful to getting special announcements out to our students.

Negative: I haven't encountered anything I don't like, everything has been easy.

Summary: 10/10 recommend! As I said previously, it's very confusing and daunting at first, but once everything clicks, it's invaluable!

Positive: I love how fast I can get info out to those who need to know, and it's great not having to create and post paper flyers everywhere.

Negative: I'm not tech-savvy, so it took me a LONG time to learn!!

Summary: I like using RiseVision. It's great for creating reminders for our staff and students. And there are fun and interactive messages that I can integrate to keep everyone engaged.

Positive: I like having multiple screens, with the ability to run different message and programs on each of the screens.

Negative: It's a little clunky getting started, but easy enough to figure out.
