Summary: Great product if you want to deploy small or large scale digital signage. Platform support is easy to install and manage.

Positive: With intuitive navigation, even the least tech-savvy customers can browse through the menu effortlessly. The design is clean, modern, and the menu items are well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Setup on multiple platforms is easy. They have good responsive customer support. Integrating with clients is smooth also. We use Rise Vision often from simple to complex setups.

Negative: There are not many. A few features for different tiers should be added to entry level license.

Summary: Our overall experience has been a positive one. They are responsive and the program is easy to adapt to what I need/want.

Positive: I like that I can control several screens and messages from one spot with ease. It allows us to show different messaging in different parts of the building.

Negative: Right now there isn't anything. Of course we want cheaper, but that is not our world and it isn't prohibitively expensive.

Summary: We've been using Rise Vision for many years and with many different types of devices as players such as Chromeboxes, Raspberry Pis, Micro PCs, and even Firesticks. We love the versatility and variety of players. The few times we've ever needed support they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Positive: -Ease of set up and use

Negative: -There's really nothing that stands out as far as a con for this product in my opinion

Positive: I love how easy Rise Vision makes it to manage digital signage remotely. The interface is user-friendly, and scheduling content is a breeze. It keeps our displays fresh and engaging without constant manual updates.

Negative: Some advanced customization features require additional setup or integrations, which can be a bit tricky.

Summary: Easy to use and quick to jump in and get started. I've had very good results with their support team and they are always fast and prompt. Great product!

Positive: I'm not one to read instructions before I dive into a product - I started experimenting and seeing what Rise Vision could do and it was intuitive enough that I had it working in a matter of minutes. I have since read more about how to properly use it, but it's easy to use and anyone can use it.

Negative: I no longer manage the digital signage system, but it worked well for our campus and I don't have any negative comments about it.

Summary: I would definitely recommend this to others (and I do!). It is a great option for sharing information with others. The visual aspect in high traffic areas that is accessible to others is amazing.

Positive: Love that you can access multiple screens from one location.
The use of Rise Vision is only limited by your imagination.
The visual use to provide information to people is very effective!
Lots of training available.

Negative: If you do not use/update it for a while, it can be difficult to navigate without notes.

Summary: We have been using Rise Vision for a some years now. For us, it is so useful as we can show info in displays we have around. We like that we can create users and they are able to manage and create display content without having IT do it. We also love that we can manage the displays remotely for the rest of the offices. The templates include are super handy as well. We started using jitbit then switched to raspberry pi then google tv device and now we buy TVs with google OS so we do not need an extra device for this.

Positive: Manage display content remotely, allows to setup users so they can manage/create content, templates library.

Negative: I was not able to fully customize a template. I am not sure this was because of the lack of knowledge I had in Rise Vision or due to how placeholders work.

Summary: Again, highly recommended! So easy to install, integrate and implement. I am always impressed by the flexibility and simplicity.

Positive: Ease of use and professional results! The digital signage presents a cutting edge feel to our office.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind, love this product! Simple to integrate to any "off-the-shelf" TV.

Summary: The Rise Vision platform is very easy to use. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a digital display software platform.

Positive: The templates that are provided for upcoming events make it easy to deploy new digital displays without missing any important events.

Negative: I have only been using the product for a little over one-year. To date, I have not experienced any issues with the product.

Summary: Very good experience. We recommend them highly! Rise Vision has excellent customer support via phone and email. And it's domestic support, which is a huge plus!

Positive: Easy-to-use interface. Granular control. Easy to set permissions for different users to different signs. RV's baked-in presentations help make our signs much more interesting! We love Rise Vision!

Negative: Nothing to think of other than, administratively, we would like to be able to add HTTP content and not ONLY HTTPS. There are feeds we use that are not available via HTTPS and there's no way to port the HTTP content to HTTPS (we've tried!).

Summary: Digital displays have been a great addition to our district, and Rise Vision has made it extremely easy!

Positive: Easy to use. Great customer support. Very easy to add content to our displays and Rise Vision customer support is tremendous.

Negative: I do not have any cons to add to this. We've had a great experience.

Summary: It is great! Very easy to use. You have the choice of using their own device that they offer for using Rise Vision or building your own device to be used.

Positive: The templates help so much! There are many for most major holidays. The countdown templates are nice along with the weather ones that will give you weather for your location.

Negative: I do wish there were some more religious templates to use is all.

Summary: I love using Rise Vision software on all our displays in the school. The displays are instant boosts to engagement and make communication easier. Love the options and layouts and how professional everything looks. It's easy to manage a team and get content scheduled ahead of time.

Positive: +Professional looking displays with high quality layouts and graphics
+Dynamic content auto-updates and changes to make oversight easy and quick
+ Easy to organize and use multiple users in a building with different roles; great collaborative efforts
+ Scheduling and planning made easy and things can be done ahead of time

Negative: - Can be difficult to size photos into existing templates or edit templates to get exactly what you need
- Occasional lost connections and devices need rebooting and restarting

Summary: Love it! User friendly. The customer support is great, the company sends out suggestions and reminders every few weeks. I highly suggest them.

Positive: We use this is the foyer of our Elementary School. Parents, teachers, students and visitor see this on a daily basis. I love that they have pre-set images to use, but also we can use our own. We get reminders of all Federal Holidays. It is SO easy to post. Everyone loves to look at it each day. We even have a list of our Faculty and Staff listed on our Rise Vision.

Negative: The location of the computer in the back is hard to reset at times (back of TV where is posted high on the wall).

Summary: There are many different software companies you can use for digital signage. I was able to demo several and Rise Vision is by far the easiest software to use with several features to customize. On our campus we are moving beyond digital signage with Rise Vision and now utilizing it for instructional purposes by using it to display classroom objectives, agendas, learning standards and vocabulary.

Positive: Rise Vision is easy to use, implement, and navigate. We have taken our digital signage into a whole new era as we have rolled our Rise across the televisions and interactive flat panels across our campus. Controlling what is seen and when it is seen is as easy as can be with a minimal learning curve.

Negative: While we had some issues with using Firesticks and Rise Vision, the Rise Vision tech support helped address our concerns and found a solution that kept us doing business. My advice is to check compatibility with existing systems and look at systems that might be cost-effective to implement.
