Summary: Very good experience. We recommend them highly! Rise Vision has excellent customer support via phone and email. And it's domestic support, which is a huge plus!

Positive: Easy-to-use interface. Granular control. Easy to set permissions for different users to different signs. RV's baked-in presentations help make our signs much more interesting! We love Rise Vision!

Negative: Nothing to think of other than, administratively, we would like to be able to add HTTP content and not ONLY HTTPS. There are feeds we use that are not available via HTTPS and there's no way to port the HTTP content to HTTPS (we've tried!).

Summary: Digital displays have been a great addition to our district, and Rise Vision has made it extremely easy!

Positive: Easy to use. Great customer support. Very easy to add content to our displays and Rise Vision customer support is tremendous.

Negative: I do not have any cons to add to this. We've had a great experience.

Summary: It is great! Very easy to use. You have the choice of using their own device that they offer for using Rise Vision or building your own device to be used.

Positive: The templates help so much! There are many for most major holidays. The countdown templates are nice along with the weather ones that will give you weather for your location.

Negative: I do wish there were some more religious templates to use is all.

Summary: I love using Rise Vision software on all our displays in the school. The displays are instant boosts to engagement and make communication easier. Love the options and layouts and how professional everything looks. It's easy to manage a team and get content scheduled ahead of time.

Positive: +Professional looking displays with high quality layouts and graphics

+ Easy to organize and use multiple users in a building with different roles; great collaborative efforts
+ Scheduling and planning made easy and things can be done ahead of time

Negative: - Can be difficult to size photos into existing templates or edit templates to get exactly what you need
- Occasional lost connections and devices need rebooting and restarting

Summary: Love it! User friendly. The customer support is great, the company sends out suggestions and reminders every few weeks. I highly suggest them.

Positive: We use this is the foyer of our Elementary School. Parents, teachers, students and visitor see this on a daily basis. I love that they have pre-set images to use, but also we can use our own. We get reminders of all Federal Holidays. It is SO easy to post. Everyone loves to look at it each day. We even have a list of our Faculty and Staff listed on our Rise Vision.

Negative: The location of the computer in the back is hard to reset at times (back of TV where is posted high on the wall).

Summary: There are many different software companies you can use for digital signage. I was able to demo several and Rise Vision is by far the easiest software to use with several features to customize. On our campus we are moving beyond digital signage with Rise Vision and now utilizing it for instructional purposes by using it to display classroom objectives, agendas, learning standards and vocabulary.

Positive: Rise Vision is easy to use, implement, and navigate. We have taken our digital signage into a whole new era as we have rolled our Rise across the televisions and interactive flat panels across our campus. Controlling what is seen and when it is seen is as easy as can be with a minimal learning curve.

Negative: While we had some issues with using Firesticks and Rise Vision, the Rise Vision tech support helped address our concerns and found a solution that kept us doing business. My advice is to check compatibility with existing systems and look at systems that might be cost-effective to implement.

Summary: Overall this product is well worth the subscription price. The content and continuous updates for holidays, events, and common items make it a breeze to keep up with current events. There are more things it will do that I haven't yet taken advantage of.

Positive: Rise Vision has allowed me to setup and monitor multiple screens throughout our campus, while giving multiple people access to manage the content. Once the initial setup was complete other people do all of the work. The large library of auto-updating content provides a variety of appropriate and easy to use content. Couple that with the ability to upload your own logo and branding package and everything is super convenient.

Negative: This is probably user error, but I sometimes get bogged down with assigning the same content to multiple screens without doing it separately for each one. Again, probably my lack of experience.

Summary: Really great system for keeping students, students and schools up to date! Holidays, special events and team sports are easily displayed in an interactive and informative format!

Positive: Great templates and opportunities to promote programs and school events. REALLY easy to use and very informative!

Negative: Its great! No cons! The system is easy to use! Anyone that installs it will be really happy with it

Summary: I've really enjoyed using Rise Vision for communicating important information to remote locations. I work for a public transit agency with bases and transfer centers located throughout the county. The ability to quickly create and post information for our drivers and others is making a positive impact on how we serve our region.

Positive: Rise Vision's ability to interface with Google applications make creating custom slides or videos, and updating them on the fly easy. The process for adding and removing items from your electronic displays is very understandable and easy to learn.

Negative: I didn't find very much that I didn't like about the application. It took me about half an hour to learn how to post slides from Google and videos from YouTube and then it was just a matter of repetition before it felt like second nature.

Summary: Rise Vision has made digital communication so easy for my district. Really it is the easy button. Simple platform to select your presentation, simple way to add displays, and simple way to make your schedule. We use it in every classroom for daily reminders, birthday announcements, and upcoming events. Wonderful product!

Negative: Rise Vision is a very straightforward program with little issues. Cost effective for any budget.

Summary: Rise Vision offers an easy, seamless experience. The intuitive interface makes even the most basic computer skills able to create and update digital signs with ease. You're able to manage everything from a remote location, and ready-to-use templates really speed up the process. It integrates well with tools such as Google and Microsoft. Adding content is done in a snap. It's very reliable, reasonably priced, and a perfect fit for schools. Overall, it's hassle-free and keeps digital displays fresh and engaging.

Summary: My overall experience has been amazing, and Rise Vision just keeps getting better! We are building a new school and I am hoping we are soon going to be able to roll out Rise Vision to all of our campuses. Their customer service has always been top notch as well.

Positive: Rise Vision is a time and sanity saver. The auto-updating templates keep the content fresh, and like I’ve said before, it makes the team who uses it look like we work way harder than we do! The integration with Canva and Google is so handy as well.

Negative: I wish the Firestick updates weren’t sunsetting because it’s such an inexpensive solution, but they are still working for now.

Summary: We have really enjoyed using Rise Vision to display info in our school system. Everyone who comes into our building compliments the appearance of the displays and quality of the templates used.

Positive: Ease of use of the website. I am able to teach my high school students how to create slides and use templates. It allows me to approve anything before it is posted.

Negative: Would love more templates! There is a wide variety of templates available already but would love to see more.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Rise Vision to all. We currently have a few Rise media players along with having the program running on Apple TVs and Nucs. They are always improving and enhancing the product as well. We have used Rise Vision for years now and are really enjoying it. Highly recommend!

Positive: I am in awe of Rise Vision's customer service. Any question I have gets answered in an hour or less. They have even sent personalized videos to help solve my problems. The support is unmatched. The product itself is great and does everything we need it to do seamlessly.

Negative: Apple TV as a media player still does not have all the capabilities that the other media players offer, but I don't believe this is Rise Vision's fault. I think Apple sort of blocks this ability. The interface itself is easy to use once you get the hang of it, but after training people on this product I recognize it is not immediately intuitive. There are just a lot of areas that you have to navigate to that in my opinion could be simplified. However, with quick practice it becomes simple.

Summary: My overall experience is that I would recommend rise vision to anyone looking to expand their digital signage with top of the line graphics, customization abilities, and ease of use!

Positive: I really like the customization opportunities that come with it and it's so easy to use. I can update off-site and it updates immediately. I also really like the designs of the many presentations that are available. They all fit right into our digital signage for my 3 school districts!

Negative: I guess the cons for me would be that I would like to keep seeing more or updated presentations with rotating holidays or maybe more slides related to school districts.
