Summary: Overall this product is well worth the subscription price. The content and continuous updates for holidays, events, and common items make it a breeze to keep up with current events. There are more things it will do that I haven't yet taken advantage of.

Positive: Rise Vision has allowed me to setup and monitor multiple screens throughout our campus, while giving multiple people access to manage the content. Once the initial setup was complete other people do all of the work. The large library of auto-updating content provides a variety of appropriate and easy to use content. Couple that with the ability to upload your own logo and branding package and everything is super convenient.

Negative: This is probably user error, but I sometimes get bogged down with assigning the same content to multiple screens without doing it separately for each one. Again, probably my lack of experience.

Summary: Really great system for keeping students, students and schools up to date! Holidays, special events and team sports are easily displayed in an interactive and informative format!

Positive: Great templates and opportunities to promote programs and school events. REALLY easy to use and very informative!

Negative: Its great! No cons! The system is easy to use! Anyone that installs it will be really happy with it

Summary: I've really enjoyed using Rise Vision for communicating important information to remote locations. I work for a public transit agency with bases and transfer centers located throughout the county. The ability to quickly create and post information for our drivers and others is making a positive impact on how we serve our region.

Positive: Rise Vision's ability to interface with Google applications make creating custom slides or videos, and updating them on the fly easy. The process for adding and removing items from your electronic displays is very understandable and easy to learn.

Negative: I didn't find very much that I didn't like about the application. It took me about half an hour to learn how to post slides from Google and videos from YouTube and then it was just a matter of repetition before it felt like second nature.

Summary: Rise Vision has made digital communication so easy for my district. Really it is the easy button. Simple platform to select your presentation, simple way to add displays, and simple way to make your schedule. We use it in every classroom for daily reminders, birthday announcements, and upcoming events. Wonderful product!

Negative: Rise Vision is a very straightforward program with little issues. Cost effective for any budget.

Summary: Rise Vision offers an easy, seamless experience. The intuitive interface makes even the most basic computer skills able to create and update digital signs with ease. You're able to manage everything from a remote location, and ready-to-use templates really speed up the process. It integrates well with tools such as Google and Microsoft. Adding content is done in a snap. It's very reliable, reasonably priced, and a perfect fit for schools. Overall, it's hassle-free and keeps digital displays fresh and engaging.

Summary: My overall experience has been amazing, and Rise Vision just keeps getting better! We are building a new school and I am hoping we are soon going to be able to roll out Rise Vision to all of our campuses. Their customer service has always been top notch as well.

Positive: Rise Vision is a time and sanity saver. The auto-updating templates keep the content fresh, and like I’ve said before, it makes the team who uses it look like we work way harder than we do! The integration with Canva and Google is so handy as well.

Negative: I wish the Firestick updates weren’t sunsetting because it’s such an inexpensive solution, but they are still working for now.

Summary: We have really enjoyed using Rise Vision to display info in our school system. Everyone who comes into our building compliments the appearance of the displays and quality of the templates used.

Positive: Ease of use of the website. I am able to teach my high school students how to create slides and use templates. It allows me to approve anything before it is posted.

Negative: Would love more templates! There is a wide variety of templates available already but would love to see more.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Rise Vision to all. We currently have a few Rise media players along with having the program running on Apple TVs and Nucs. They are always improving and enhancing the product as well. We have used Rise Vision for years now and are really enjoying it. Highly recommend!

Positive: I am in awe of Rise Vision's customer service. Any question I have gets answered in an hour or less. They have even sent personalized videos to help solve my problems. The support is unmatched. The product itself is great and does everything we need it to do seamlessly.

Negative: Apple TV as a media player still does not have all the capabilities that the other media players offer, but I don't believe this is Rise Vision's fault. I think Apple sort of blocks this ability. The interface itself is easy to use once you get the hang of it, but after training people on this product I recognize it is not immediately intuitive. There are just a lot of areas that you have to navigate to that in my opinion could be simplified. However, with quick practice it becomes simple.

Summary: My overall experience is that I would recommend rise vision to anyone looking to expand their digital signage with top of the line graphics, customization abilities, and ease of use!

Positive: I really like the customization opportunities that come with it and it's so easy to use. I can update off-site and it updates immediately. I also really like the designs of the many presentations that are available. They all fit right into our digital signage for my 3 school districts!

Negative: I guess the cons for me would be that I would like to keep seeing more or updated presentations with rotating holidays or maybe more slides related to school districts.

Summary: This is an excellent service that has made my work sharing slides over different monitors easier than expected.

Positive: Creating slideshows for my workplace became a lot easier than I expected with Rise Vision. I put them together on Google Slides and shared the link with the website. I appreciated the ease of use as I work with multiple platforms to share slides and photos with the public.

Negative: You don't need as many different templates to offer for customers. I'd prefer a search bar to look for new examples and previously used ones to appear.

Summary: Our overall experience with Rise Vision and their products I can say satisfied enough to continue the use of the product and purchase newly Rise Vision equipment as they are introduced to the public.

Positive: I love the products they advertise for purchase, we have purchased multiple devices from Rise Vision with the Support of installation and troubleshooting.
Rise Vision support team was always available to assist and easy to understand troubleshooting tips to help with getting our devices up and running for Digital Signage support. We will continue to look out for future products related to Rise Vision and Digital Signage that may also help us in the future.

Negative: Cannot say anything negative related to Rise Vision and their Products as we have never experienced issues related to the make and model of the devices in which we purchased. Other than support on how to setup and Troubleshoot software upgrades there was no other issues pertaining to the devices in question.

Summary: My overall experience with Rise Vision has been great. I started using it at a school district and have continued to use it in my consulting business for businesses (welcome centers, waiting rooms), schools, restaurants, and churches.

Positive: The product is pretty easy to use and deploy. It doesn't require a high-end device for a media player. Tech support is top notch. It just works and it fairly maintenance free.

Negative: Integration with social media is not the best. I used another paid product that integrates with Rise Vision to meet the needs of my clients.

Summary: The program's effectiveness and informational value within our facility have been outstanding utilizing multiple displays to enable creative freedom and personalized content for select areas with a user - friendly interface that does not require advanced technical proficiency.

Negative: I wish they had a way to organize and group presentations for different departments that also use the app.

Create a way so a presentation can be used on multiple schedules without having to go into each one and do it manually (schedule time, fade in, etc.)

Summary: Overall this product is a winner. It's one that I have no reservations about recommending to other companies or school districts.

Positive: We have used Rise Vision for many years and it's feature set and product just keeps improving. They are constantly adding templates and we appreciate and utilize the Google integrations.

It is logically setup, so the learning curve for deployment and using the product is simple and efficient. It is very flexible to fit about every schedule you would want for each signage that you have. They support a variety of endpoints for displaying the signage presentation and are all managed under their admin console. They have very good educational pricing, so that is appreciated since we are a school district.

I have looked at a few other products, but have not seen anything better than Rise Vision.

Negative: Honestly, we have not really had very many issues along the way. They do offer hardware for the endpoints, but we are a shop that wants to provide our own endpoints. We use Chromeboxes and FireTV sticks for endpoints. We do have a concern that they would stop supporting other endpoints because they seem to be pushing their custom boxes more in the last few years.

Summary: Rise Vision does a tremendous job for us; we have used it for several years. We will continue to use it on our TV displays in the school so that students can see it during lunch, in the hallways, and at the entrances.

Positive: The ability to show student work and get important messages to the school is key.

Negative: I would like to see more templates made, and we can change them to fit our particular displays. Some of their ones are great, but we would love to see more that would work universally.
