Summary: Rise Vision has been a great tool to use to communicate quickly and effectively throughout the warehouse.

Positive: I have a screen in each breakroom that I use Rise Vision on to communicate news throughout the distribution center. I am able to quickly create a slide of what I would like to display using PowerPoint. I use graphics to catch the attention of my audience. Having the announcements displayed on a board is much more efficient than depending on word-of-mouth.

Negative: I would really like to have an instruction booklet for more information on how to use the program. I searched for information a couple of years ago and could only find videos. Rise Vision has been easy to use, and I have been able to figure out things on my own.

Summary: I have nothing but a positive experience with using Rise Vision. What I use on a daily basis is easy to use and does exactly what I need.

Positive: I use this product on a daily basis and it is quick and easy to use. I love how quickly I can upload my daily meeting schedule to our TV screens in the Conference Center.

Negative: Honestly! I don't have any cons to mention, but this is the only product like this that I have used.

Summary: Overall, I think Rise Vision is dependable and easy to use. I would recommend it for most businesses.

Positive: Rise Vision is really easy to use! All you have to do is upload what you need, and it will populate. I also like the different types of media that you can use on the screens. It makes it very versatile for different audiences.

Negative: I don't like that sometimes, I will put something up and it doesn't show up and I have no idea why. I usually have to go in and reupload it, and it'll populate.

Summary: Rise Vision has helped us create a more connected and vibrant campus community. It’s one of the smartest investments we’ve made in campus communication.

Positive: Rise Vision Media Players are reliable, easy to deploy, and ensure our content runs smoothly across all screens. Customer support is top-notch.

Negative: The administration and content creation are not intuitive out of the box. Most users require one-on-one training.

Summary: It allow us to manage contents across multiple screens at multiple locations. Making it attractive digital signage solution for businesses.

Positive: Easy & helpful tool for remotely managing and scheduling contents for marketing. It supports any digital signage player, smart tv's or use with any existing devices to improve business communication, engagement and operations with customers.

Negative: It will be good to have company presence or even approved distributors in other parts of the world.

Summary: Rise Vision has been a great addition to our school tech toolkit. It’s easy for multiple people to use, works well with our existing hardware, and keeps our digital signage fresh and relevant. Definitely a solid solution for K–12 campuses looking to improve communication.

Positive: Super simple to manage and update content across multiple screens. The built-in templates look great, and scheduling is a breeze. It’s helped our campus communication feel more modern and dynamic.

Negative: The editor is a bit limited if you’re trying to get fancy with your design. Sometimes we have to rely on outside tools for more advanced visuals.

Summary: Overall, we are super satisfied with our Rise Vision experience. We've been subscribers for 3 years now. They have incredible customer support, and are always open to suggestions or to give a screen demo to clarify any issue I've had while learning the product.

Positive: The flexibility of timed presentations is just what we were looking for. There are MANY templated slides to choose from, and Rise even gives the option of integrating Google Slides, webpages, video, and so on. This is a big product with lots of features.

Negative: My one quibble is with the templated presentations. There are so many great ones, but there's frequently an element that I need to change because it doesn't quite fit our use case. However, invariably this one element is uneditable; a core component of the presentation. If Rise could miraculously make all elements editable in their templates, it'd be a huge game changer.

Summary: It's a very easy tool to promote new hires, promotions, anniversaries and other company announcements with attractive backgrounds.

Positive: We are a manufacturing company who employs 45 production and approximately 10 remote employees. The program allows us to post announcements on our breakroom tv which our production employees can view during breaks and lunches. I love that the program provides already made templates for those of us who aren't as creative as others, yet provides a blank template to upload our own completed forms for posting if needed.

Negative: I wish there was an option to show the display to our remote employees, otherwise we are duplicating efforts by sending out a separate email communication.

Summary: Overall, I think the addition of Rise Vision to our business has made a positive impact on employee morale.

Positive: We use Rise Vision in our breakroom as an electronic bulletin board for our staff. As a business open 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, and where our employees are often in appointments - it is great to have this program to be able to spotlight employee reviews, contests, upcoming meetings, etc. We have integrated it with Google Slides for a more seamless update process, and it works great!

Negative: Sometimes the program can be glitchy and has a hard time connecting to the tv we use for the display.

Summary: Good customer service from Rise Vision and product looks good once installed. The screens go out, and the only way to reset them is manual, but that may have more to do with the Amazon Firestick and/or tv technology

Positive: Attractive display, easy to edit, once the format is finalized. Visitors and tenants like the look of it.

Negative: Tough to create new signage. Having a gmail account tied to a google spreadsheet, integrated into a website is a lot of different steps to something I'd like to update myself, easily.

Summary: Overall, I would go for Rise Vision again. Compared to competitors it works very well and is low hassle.

Positive: We use Rise Vision to administer digital signage in our buildings and it works great for that. It's easy to specialize users for various roles. The actual presentations look professional.

Negative: The signage will occasionally go offline. Usually just needs a reboot.

Summary: Good starter platform and used for basic functions. Wouldn't want to get the premium subscription at the current price.

Positive: This platform is rather easy to use and walks you through each step of the process. It does offer a good variety of templates.

Negative: It seems a little pricy per display and would likely have more users if the average small business could afford it.

Summary: For daily use, it's great. Easy enough for our student workers to learn and update with our visitors' information.

Positive: I like how easily I can update it daily to personally welcome our visitors, even with last minute changes.

Negative: If I don't use it daily, some steps aren't intuitive and easy to forget which order to do them in.

Summary: Amazing. The software is a lot of fun to use and be creative with. The templates are beautiful and professional. The customer service team is top notch, responding to issues in under 24 hours. They also do frequent follow-ups to make sure your issues have been resolved.

Positive: Rise Vision allows users to tailor templates (and blank landscapes) to solve communication issues related to their specific workplace. The interface is intuitive, being able to learn how to operate the software proficiently within a week.

Negative: I wish there were more templates that had Google Sheets integration.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to organize screens by category, making it easy to locate the specific screens you need and ensure the right content is displayed in the right location.

Negative: The only challenge was a small learning curve in getting used to the program. However, it didn’t take long to grasp, and once I got the hang of it, I found it very easy to work with.
