Summary: My overall experience with this program has been nothing but positive. I like that I can easily import my designs from Canva and other programs to benefit my needs!

Positive: I like how the program is to use. It is super easy to import different designs from my programs. I also like how I can change the schedule for special events we host.

Negative: It has some occasional glitches. When I restart the program it will work again.

Summary: Satisfied with our school's Rise Vision experience so far, no complaints! The built-in features of Rise Vision such as the additional widgets and graphics has been a nice touch.

Positive: Adaptability for multi-use around campus in hallways, lobbies, etc. Ease of use in uploading videos/photos.

Negative: Lack of social media aggregator to automatically reshare posts on the screens. But there may be a new Instagram feature, haven't looked into it yet though.

Summary: Rise Vision solves the major challenge of keeping our campus communication centralized, timely, and efficient. It replaces outdated paper flyers with a single, manageable platform that benefits us through automation, like automatically displaying sports schedules from Google Calendar to save time and reduce errors. Furthermore, it empowers individual departments like Admissions to manage their own content, which frees the IT team from being a constant bottleneck for daily updates and allows our staff to take ownership of their messaging

Positive: As an IT Support Specialist for a private school, Rise Vision has become our core tool for campus wide digital signage. I like its flexibility best. We can use custom-made overlays from Photoshop for our branding and then pull in their helpful widgets for things like weather and social media. The Google Calendar integration is a huge asset for us, as it automatically displays our upcoming sports schedules without manual entry. It's also very easy to implement on various hardware. We run it on Fire TVs, Chromebooks, and Chromebits, which makes deployment simple across different locations on campus

Negative: The main area for improvement is the ease of use within the user interface. The division between Presentations, Schedules, and Displays, while logical, can feel disconnected and adds a few extra steps when trying to manage content. I would also love to see more pro-level web tools for designing content directly on the platform. We currently create our custom overlays in Photoshop, but having more advanced design capabilities within Rise Vision itself would be a major workflow improvement. Lastly, improved performance on non-native devices like our Chromebits and Fire TVs would be a welcome update to ensure a consistently smooth playback experience

Summary: As an employee at an elementary school, I was tasked with finding a simple and reliable way to share announcements and photos on our hallway smart TVs. We have five screens throughout the building, and Rise Vision has been the perfect solution.

We primarily use the platform to display a common photo deck via Google Slides, and the process is seamless. It's incredibly easy to update our content from a central location, ensuring that all five screens are always showing the most current information for our students, staff, and visitors.

Even with limited knowledge of its other features, the core functionality of Rise Vision has exceeded our expectations. It's a powerful tool that has made our digital signage needs simple and effective. I would highly recommend it to any school or organization looking for an easy-to-use and reliable digital display solution.

Summary: We have been very happy with Rise Vision, and their customer/technical support. I would like to see more emphasis on creating a more powerful creator environment, but this is not a show stopper.

Positive: Pretty easy to setup and administer. The ability to create complex presentations is very helpful. Playlists are one of the more useful features of the solution.

Negative: There are some shortcomings when it comes to creating custom layouts that require some creative problem solving.

Summary: I love the ease of this product and being able to share things with our students and staff. We get compliments on how awesome our TV messages are with this software.

Positive: User-friendly, fast support, easy scheduling. I also appreciate how easy it was to learn the software.

Negative: Wish there were more templates to choose from. The few available templates are nice, but I would love for more vibrant options to be installed.

Summary: The overall experience has been good. Depending on the hardware you use, you may have to monitor the performance of the equipment.

Positive: The product is easy to use and easy to control multiple displays. The number of templates included makes it easy to start and edit to create a presentation.

Negative: The standard version has limited features.
There are some issues when using a raspberry pi.

Summary: Rise Vision has been a great tool to use to communicate quickly and effectively throughout the warehouse.

Positive: I have a screen in each breakroom that I use Rise Vision on to communicate news throughout the distribution center. I am able to quickly create a slide of what I would like to display using PowerPoint. I use graphics to catch the attention of my audience. Having the announcements displayed on a board is much more efficient than depending on word-of-mouth.

Negative: I would really like to have an instruction booklet for more information on how to use the program. I searched for information a couple of years ago and could only find videos. Rise Vision has been easy to use, and I have been able to figure out things on my own.

Summary: I have nothing but a positive experience with using Rise Vision. What I use on a daily basis is easy to use and does exactly what I need.

Positive: I use this product on a daily basis and it is quick and easy to use. I love how quickly I can upload my daily meeting schedule to our TV screens in the Conference Center.

Negative: Honestly! I don't have any cons to mention, but this is the only product like this that I have used.

Summary: Overall, I think Rise Vision is dependable and easy to use. I would recommend it for most businesses.

Positive: Rise Vision is really easy to use! All you have to do is upload what you need, and it will populate. I also like the different types of media that you can use on the screens. It makes it very versatile for different audiences.

Negative: I don't like that sometimes, I will put something up and it doesn't show up and I have no idea why. I usually have to go in and reupload it, and it'll populate.

Summary: Rise Vision has helped us create a more connected and vibrant campus community. It’s one of the smartest investments we’ve made in campus communication.

Positive: Rise Vision Media Players are reliable, easy to deploy, and ensure our content runs smoothly across all screens. Customer support is top-notch.

Negative: The administration and content creation are not intuitive out of the box. Most users require one-on-one training.

Summary: It allow us to manage contents across multiple screens at multiple locations. Making it attractive digital signage solution for businesses.

Positive: Easy & helpful tool for remotely managing and scheduling contents for marketing. It supports any digital signage player, smart tv's or use with any existing devices to improve business communication, engagement and operations with customers.

Negative: It will be good to have company presence or even approved distributors in other parts of the world.

Summary: Rise Vision has been a great addition to our school tech toolkit. It’s easy for multiple people to use, works well with our existing hardware, and keeps our digital signage fresh and relevant. Definitely a solid solution for K–12 campuses looking to improve communication.

Positive: Super simple to manage and update content across multiple screens. The built-in templates look great, and scheduling is a breeze. It’s helped our campus communication feel more modern and dynamic.

Negative: The editor is a bit limited if you’re trying to get fancy with your design. Sometimes we have to rely on outside tools for more advanced visuals.

Summary: Overall, we are super satisfied with our Rise Vision experience. We've been subscribers for 3 years now. They have incredible customer support, and are always open to suggestions or to give a screen demo to clarify any issue I've had while learning the product.

Positive: The flexibility of timed presentations is just what we were looking for. There are MANY templated slides to choose from, and Rise even gives the option of integrating Google Slides, webpages, video, and so on. This is a big product with lots of features.

Negative: My one quibble is with the templated presentations. There are so many great ones, but there's frequently an element that I need to change because it doesn't quite fit our use case. However, invariably this one element is uneditable; a core component of the presentation. If Rise could miraculously make all elements editable in their templates, it'd be a huge game changer.

Summary: It's a very easy tool to promote new hires, promotions, anniversaries and other company announcements with attractive backgrounds.

Positive: We are a manufacturing company who employs 45 production and approximately 10 remote employees. The program allows us to post announcements on our breakroom tv which our production employees can view during breaks and lunches. I love that the program provides already made templates for those of us who aren't as creative as others, yet provides a blank template to upload our own completed forms for posting if needed.

Negative: I wish there was an option to show the display to our remote employees, otherwise we are duplicating efforts by sending out a separate email communication.
