Positive: I like that I can upload a batch of graphics all at once, arrange them by date, then see a preview immediately. It’s so simple to use!

Negative: I haven’t found anything I don’t like about this platform.

Positive: Rise Vision is incredibly user-friendly, even for those with minimal tech experience. I love the wide variety of customizable templates that make creating eye-catching digital signage quick and easy. The scheduling and playlist features are also very intuitive, allowing us to manage content across multiple screens with ease. Their customer support is responsive and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.

Negative: While Rise Vision is a solid platform overall, the cost can add up, especially for organizations needing access to premium features. Some design tools within the editor feel a bit limited or less intuitive, making it tricky to customize templates beyond the basics. It would also be helpful if the template library were updated more frequently to offer a wider range of modern, dynamic options.

Summary: Rise Vision had clear implementation and allows me to communicating in real time with our students and alerting students of upcoming or emergency events.

Positive: Rise Vision allowed me to produce a scheduled communication strategy that can easily be adjusted and adjustments to just specific upcoming announcements. It is easy to use and importing calendar widgets was a huge plus. The digital signage is attractive and draws students to its content. The emergency alert capability is also extremely helpful. Since we began using Rise Vision, our student involvement has increased by 30%.

Negative: I cannot think of any downsides. Any questions or issues I encountered were answered by a support team at Rise Vision.

Summary: We've had this software for a few years for internal communications. It's a great way to share information across multiple locations.

Positive: It's easy to set up and great for employees to see internal communications. We have multiple locations across North America and it makes sharing relevant information easier.

Negative: No cons at the moment. We really like Rise Vision.

Positive: Rise Vision is a great product for our digital signage. It's easy to use and offers many very appealing graphics that can be customized. I love being able to post an ad and set up the timing for it and not have to worry about it. Set it and forget it! I also like being able to change the timing on a single ad so that it sits on the screen a little longer if I want it to. It's very customizable, which is perfect.

Negative: I can't really think of any cons for this product. I sometimes have trouble remembering the pixel requirements, but that's my own fault!

Summary: Overall, it's a great product! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get information out to a large population quickly.

Positive: I like how easy it is to post information for our students to see. It's a great way to get information out to them quickly.

Negative: I don't like that I don't have my own page apart from other departments.

Summary: Great to deal with and very helpful to show information. Billing is easy and install was very easy as well.

Positive: Easy to use with a lot of different templates to use, depending on the situation. Very good to help with communications for over 1400 members of club.

Positive: We love how easy Rise Vision is to use—built-in templates make creating content quick and simple. From lunch menus and student highlights to trivia and reminders, it’s our go-to tool for keeping students and staff informed and engaged. It's an essential part of our school day!

Negative: While Rise Vision is a great tool, we’d love to see more template variety to keep content fresh. The Apple TV integration has improved, but it could still be smoother for seamless display across all devices.

Summary: Great, affordable, easy-to-use product. Highly recommended for schools. We use a lot of the pre-made templates and they look great.

Positive: pretty much everything. So easy to use, good price, great templates. Love the upcoming events reminders as well.

Negative: I wish you could selectively remove brand colors from a single slide instead of having to apply them universally.

Summary: Rise Vision has been an awesome tool for our company. We were able to replace all of our printed freestanding posters with TV's hosted with digital displays. The software is easy to use and quick to update! We're able to host multiple different schedules with various different displays. Highly recommend!

Negative: Sometimes the templates are clunky and I wish there was a custom template option that transferred from 4K to 1080p easily. Other than that, I enjoy the software!

Summary: This is a great product that is able to share the information that we need to all members of our team. It helps to keep them informed and united when there are events or changes happening.

Positive: We utilize this product on a daily basis for many situations including keeping teams updated on events, process changes, safety awareness and new team members. It is a great tool to share information and keep our teams from the office and plant connected and on the same page.

Negative: Currently we only have one screen in the break room. It would be nice if there was a way to share these events and information with some of our remote staff that are not located in the office to review.

Summary: Rise Vision is a fantastic platform. Easy to use, very functional for all of our needs. We have several different staff members that are able to use it for a multitude of purposes.

Positive: Rise Vision is a very intuitive program for all of your digital signage. There are amazing built in templates to use for any need. It is also very simple to create your own slides from scratch. We currently have about 25 displays that we are using across our district, and are looking to add more very soon.

Negative: I wish there were more options for school districts for multiple buildings.

Summary: We have used Rise Vision for years now and have never bothered to look for anything different. Rise Vision meets our needs perfectly.

Positive: Rise Vision's user interface is easy to navigate and helps our school update our students daily. Syncs to all seven of our displays over our entire campus.

Negative: I wish we could use more of its many features, but our needs are fairly basic.

Positive: Ease of use, all in one product. You don't have to maintain hardware as it is delivered as part of the package we chose.
