Summary: Overall Rise Vision has been a good experience, easy to use, easy to learn, and has lots of options.

Positive: Rise Vision is easy to use. The premade templates are great for saving time when you need one done quick.

Negative: I don't like the lgbt template. That's not something I would ever use in a school or anywhere.

Summary: Fairly to use and questions answered quickly when needed. Would recommend this product to other schools.

Positive: Ease of use and variety of templates offered. Email alerts are sent out for new features and you are able to sign up how to use the new updates.

Negative: We have to use Amazon Fire Sticks for our TV's and it sometimes has glitches. They are usually resolved quickly by our IT Dept. We've had issues trying to attach PDF's so don't use that feature

Summary: overall it's a great product that i believe can make everyone's life a bit easier not to mention assisting in saving them when the seconds count.

Positive: Emergency alert function is the most brilliant part of their line up.
for schools having it as an active intruder or fire is great it can give info and provide instruction in any room with a display as well as alert authority's at the touch of a button.

Negative: Sometimes the portal can be a bit slow on initial startup and the learning curve of the software is a bit steep at times

Summary: Great and easy solution for customizable digital signage which can be completely managed through a webpage. Just make sure that you don't get hardware that is over the top in terms of capability and thereby throw away money.

Positive: Easy integration with Google Workspace. They also offer a large amount of templates that you can choose from to get started, including special templates for holidays. Works great with Amazon Signage Sticks which are around $100 a piece, which is maybe a third the price of a NUC and gives you the bulk of the capability.

Negative: Occasionally they have tried to push hardware as a service (like we need more subscriptions...) and in my opinion they try to nudge you towards using hardware that is a bit overkill.

Summary: Overall we'd still recommend it because it does what it needs to do and leaves us delivering information successfully.

Positive: We really loved how easy it was to project all of our programs on the big screens in our library without having to muddle through multiple applications/programs. We appreciated the software once it was set up but really wished there was a more seamless upload process.

Negative: The software was tough to set up but once staff was trained and able to utilize it effectively we were happy with the results. We would like to see a more intuitive organizational interface but for now we're managing.

Summary: Works for us. however, Rigid on using template. if there is a way to be able to edit and modify the template it will be great.

Summary: We have had a very good experience with Rise Vision. Customer Support is great and responsive. It is definitely more aimed for education purposes (schools), but we have been able to use some of the templates for our purposes too.

Positive: Compatibility with multiple platforms. We use the Rise Vision App on tablets, amazon signage sticks, and through web browsers. Easy to use application. Great templates.

Negative: Rise Vision App sometimes crashes (overloads tablets)

Summary: Rise Vision is an extremely user-friendly remote system for managing signage across multiple locations. Since it operates through a browser, making updates is straightforward: you simply edit your presentation, publish it, and the changes are reliably pushed out to all connected devices.

Setting up the unit was fast and uncomplicated—we just plugged it in and it was ready to go. The premade templates offered by Rise Vision are not only easy to customize but also add variety to presentations without being overwhelming. If none of the provided templates fit your needs, it's easy to create your own, import one from Canva, or use a Google Slides presentation. The scheduling feature is especially valuable, making it possible to plan different presentations in advance, which is a huge convenience. Our staff can prepare and update content ahead of time and make quick changes as needed. Our Rise Vision units operate throughout the business day, five days a week, keeping everyone who passes by informed and up to date.

Positive: We need to share multiple items with the public, and these items often change from day to day. Rise Vision makes it much easier for us to keep the public updated without feeling overwhelmed by the constant changes.

Negative: On the rare occasions when I have needed to reach out to support, it has typically taken a couple of days to receive a response. While neither situation was urgent and the delay didn't create any real issues, I did find it a bit unusual that it took so long to hear back.

Summary: This has ultimately been a solution for us! We were having to update our hallway screens (elementary school) in a tedious way but rise vision has made it much more streamlined.

Positive: The ease with which we can remotely update the screens from any mobile device. We also love the Google Slides integration.

Negative: I have a hard time on the website figuring out anything except the graphics.

Summary: Overall I recommend Rise! It has great designs and is user friendly for people of all ages. It is easy to learn.
