Summary: Overall, I think the addition of Rise Vision to our business has made a positive impact on employee morale.

Positive: We use Rise Vision in our breakroom as an electronic bulletin board for our staff. As a business open 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, and where our employees are often in appointments - it is great to have this program to be able to spotlight employee reviews, contests, upcoming meetings, etc. We have integrated it with Google Slides for a more seamless update process, and it works great!

Negative: Sometimes the program can be glitchy and has a hard time connecting to the tv we use for the display.

Summary: Good customer service from Rise Vision and product looks good once installed. The screens go out, and the only way to reset them is manual, but that may have more to do with the Amazon Firestick and/or tv technology

Positive: Attractive display, easy to edit, once the format is finalized. Visitors and tenants like the look of it.

Negative: Tough to create new signage. Having a gmail account tied to a google spreadsheet, integrated into a website is a lot of different steps to something I'd like to update myself, easily.

Summary: Overall, I would go for Rise Vision again. Compared to competitors it works very well and is low hassle.

Positive: We use Rise Vision to administer digital signage in our buildings and it works great for that. It's easy to specialize users for various roles. The actual presentations look professional.

Negative: The signage will occasionally go offline. Usually just needs a reboot.

Summary: Good starter platform and used for basic functions. Wouldn't want to get the premium subscription at the current price.

Positive: This platform is rather easy to use and walks you through each step of the process. It does offer a good variety of templates.

Negative: It seems a little pricy per display and would likely have more users if the average small business could afford it.

Summary: For daily use, it's great. Easy enough for our student workers to learn and update with our visitors' information.

Positive: I like how easily I can update it daily to personally welcome our visitors, even with last minute changes.

Negative: If I don't use it daily, some steps aren't intuitive and easy to forget which order to do them in.

Summary: Amazing. The software is a lot of fun to use and be creative with. The templates are beautiful and professional. The customer service team is top notch, responding to issues in under 24 hours. They also do frequent follow-ups to make sure your issues have been resolved.

Positive: Rise Vision allows users to tailor templates (and blank landscapes) to solve communication issues related to their specific workplace. The interface is intuitive, being able to learn how to operate the software proficiently within a week.

Negative: I wish there were more templates that had Google Sheets integration.

Summary: I use Rise Vision daily for work and appreciate how simple and efficient it makes posting new content. The platform delivers excellent quality and provides a seamless way to schedule and assign content across multiple screens. Negative: The only challenge was a small learning curve in getting used to the program. However, it didn’t take long to grasp, and once I got the hang of it, I found it very easy to work with.

Summary: Overall it helps people around campus meet their needs without having to learn a difficult new piece of technology.

Positive: I like the fact that you can put Live video on Rise Vision. I also like the integration with Google.

Negative: There is nothing that I dislike about Rise Vision.

Summary: It is a great service for us as a small church. We run two monitors in the the two main entrances that keep the congregants in the loop and help new visitors find their way in the church.

Positive: It is quick to learn with a little help. Volunteers can maintain presentations easily. They have a hardware terminal now that simplifies everything even more.

Negative: The documentation is lacking detail. Sometimes it is just easier to hammer through it and learn from your mistakes.

Summary: Overall great experience. After the initial set up I had one bump in the road trying to figure out how to schedule playlists. I reached out to support and they were quick to respond and helped me figure out a solution that worked really well for what I am trying to do. My organization uses this to display directional and promotional signage and it has been very helpful in helping us accomplish what we want to accomplish.

Positive: It has many features. I'm able to do pretty much everything I want to do and more. It is more affordable than other options I've looked at and has more features than most. Excellent customer support.

Negative: I don't think it's the easiest platform to learn. However, they have great customer support that can help if you get stuck.

Summary: Very good experience -- easy to set-up, install and use on a daily basis. We haven't had to use the Support function very often and that's a plus!

Positive: We began using Rise Vision over a year ago to enhance our communication with employees. Our plant is open 24/7 so many employees are not available during normal office hours.

We found it very easy to set up and use. We use the scheduler function to target different employee audiences and use many of the pre-populated templates.

Negative: Not a lot of negatives -- the one I would say is that to use your own powerpoints or PDF slides took a little bit of work initially -- now the functionality has been improved and it's a lot easier.

Summary: Overall, it was a good experience. The platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate. One area that could be improved is the preview feature, as it could let you preview the whole deck instead of open slide per slide. Since I was only a user of the platform, I’m not familiar with the cost or setup process and cannot provide feedback on those aspects.

Positive: Screen organization: it was easy to locate the screens by name.
It was just a user, not an administrator, and it was user-friendly on my end.

Negative: The preview of the slides that you posted was a pain because you had to open them one by one to know what was the slide you wanted to delete or keep. There was no easy preview.

Summary: Overall Rise Vision is a really good software to use, helpful support and has many templates for you to choose from.

Positive: Their support is very helpful with getting started; they are always kind, and the system is easy to set up by following the instructions (which you can find online).

Negative: Not supporting rtsp video streaming for local streaming.
