Summary: We have used Rise for about 5 years now. We have used it in our office and a few clients have used it as well.
The back end use interface is very simple to use and after showing the clients how to use it and build the displays they catch on very quickly and maybe have asked a few questions for us to help.
Overall we have been very pleased with how Rise is easy to use and set up.

Positive: Can not just pick one. It is a very easy interface through the CMS. It is very easy to build the display pages and schedule. Our clients love the product.

Negative: No cons as we have not had any issues. I think more of the time the slowness is from our internet.

Summary: Rise Vision makes my work much easier. I am able to put all my videos to together for presenting to customers as they walk through my office.

Positive: Ease of use

Negative: I have never had any negativity towards Rise Vision.

Summary: Rise Vision is a convenient way to keep our students, faculty, and staff up-to-date with events on campus. The program is quick and easy to use so our displays look great. There is a wonderful selection of templates to choose from but it's simple to create your own.

Positive: The software is easy to use, and free templates are available for all occasions.
Tech support is readily available.

Negative: Not enough time in my schedule to learn all the aspects of the program

Summary: We are able to show information for hours, closures, programs we offer as well as fun things such as joke of the day or national days.

Positive: It's easy to use, has fun presentation templates, able to get our information out in a fun way. Able to set date/time for presentations to expire.

Negative: When our building's internet goes down, Rise Vision goes down as well.

Summary: So far our experience with Rise Vision has been tremendous and we are very pleased with how useful it has been to communicate with our school community.

Positive: Rise Vision has been a great tool for us to communicate and share announcements with our students and staff/faculty. As a Catholic school we are able to share a Bible verse everyday for everyone to read. As a school we have four different communities that our students are separated into - for the NCAA basketball tournaments we are having a little competition between each community and the great thing about using Rise Vision is that we are able to show up to date results of the games and current standings within our competition. Rise Vision also has a large number of pre-built templates that are customized with your school colors and are very user friendly. So far we are very pleased with Rise Vision.

Negative: Currently there is nothing that we dislike about Rise Vision but I would say the only struggle we are trying to work through is scheduling our devices to remotely turn on/off at the times we have scheduled. It seems like on device seems to be more friendly while another device creates a bigger struggle to run as scheduled.

Summary: I have enjoyed using the software and its ease of use. Anytime I needed assistance, they were extremely quick to respond. The majority of the service is self-explanatory with little issues that maybe user error. Would recommend to anyone looking to communicate messages/graphics.

Positive: Very easy to use software. If I have had any issues, I have had custom-tailored customer service responses through videos. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have your answers. They have several built-in templates you can use with your logo as well.

Negative: Not many downsides that are within their controls. For example, if a device falls asleep or updates, it will not always reboot. Again, that's on the television, computer, Firestick, etc.

Summary: My experience with software and customer service has been been nothing be excellent!

Positive: It's a great tool for keeping multiple screens updated with over hundreds of customizable content templates. I love that you can use your existing device, smart TV, or other digital signage player for schedules, announcements, and other engagements to improve business and operations. Their customer service is also exceptional when any troubleshooting is needed for issues. In addition, the software is affordable with transparent pricing, and it has a user-friendly interface.

Negative: At this time I have no suggestions for improvements and cannot think of anything that would benefit our company more with this product.

Summary: Rise Vision has been a game changer at our school district! The system is very user friendly and has a wonderful selection of designed templates but also allows you to add in your own designs.
We use our digital signage for lunch menus, athletics, school & community events, and so much more! We continually receive compliments from community members and visitors at our school.
Along with being a user-friendly system, the tech support at Rise Vision is phenomenal. Whenever I need a helping hand, they are always quick to respond and find a solution to my issue.

Positive: Rise Vision is very user friendly and has a great technical support team. I always receive a quick response, and every representative is always happy to help.

Negative: I have not encountered any issues other than needed to shut off the media players periodically.

Summary: Overall a good solution that is much simpler than other solutions out there. The easy UI makes it a great choice with multiple users.

Positive: Straightforward software that is easy to use and manage. We use it across a college campus with several people managing different screens and schedules.

Negative: sluggish to publish, no ability to easily empty your files

Summary: We use Rise Vision everyday to show where events are held in the building and the event titles. It's super easy to use and I love that you can schedule a weeks plus worth of signs in one go.

Positive: Ease of use, ability to do multiple signs in one showing. Ability to do multiple platforms at once-photos, videos, ect.

Negative: I don't like that when I edit an upload sometimes it takes a couple tries before it reverts to the new one.

Summary: Very happy with this product. It is affordable and reliable. I recommend this product 10 times out of 10

Positive: I get Rise Vision set up on a Chromebox and hand it off to our building secretaries to update the content. Very easy to use and set it and forget it from the IT perspective

Negative: The screen-sharing feature is new and needs to be ironed out to make the experience smoother

Summary: Have been using Rise Vision for years, and very happy with the product, the pricing, and quick-response support

Positive: Very easy to use, it is cost-effective, great tech support. Overall great product for our needs for a long time.

Negative: At one point in the past it used to be free for what we were using it for, but still very affordable even now

Summary: Rise Vision has a simple, but very useful interface that makes it easy to manage devices, presentations, and schedules.
Rise should be on your short list!

Positive: I love how easy the system is to set up, and how well it handles complex signage schedules! They also have a great set of templates to get you started.

Negative: I would like more options for Google Calendar integrations.

Summary: Rise Vision is a great tool for us to manage our digital signage. We have grown from just a couple of signs showing the same content to multiple signs with content appropriate for the area and timing.

Positive: Rise Vision provides an easy way to manage and schedule content for digital signage throughout our facility.

Negative: Some older templates have given us issues, but Rise Vision support has always been helpful in finding a way to present our content as desired.

Summary: Overall, Rise Vision has been a very affordable solution that has all the features we need and then some. Very happy with the platform.

Positive: Rise Vision is very easy to use and doesn't require much training. It also has a very high level of customization.

Negative: The storage library can be a little frustrating to use.
