Summary: I highly recommend it. There's also a Facebook help page that helps you when you need it. It's easy to keep everything in one spot.
Positive: Easy to use, all inclusive, remote sign in, keeps track of important documents. Printing reports is easy.
Negative: Can sometimes freeze and you have to call customer support to clear caches.

Summary: The Orange Support team is beyond great. They go out of their way to help with any inquiry. Jeannie Harp and Joanna Fiorini are particularly wonderful.
I have always been weary of contacting any support agent or team.
Not in this case; working with them feels like learning while at a fun party. Thank you!Positive: I love the helpfulness and reliability of the support team. I love that if they do not have the right answer they will always follow up.
Negative: I cannot think of any negatives. The team is just fantastic.

Summary: AWESOME EXPERIENCE WISH ALL OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS COULD SHARE THERE HAPPINESS AROUND TO OTHER COMPANIES LOL.
Positive: Every time I call and I call a lot LOL everyone is always so nice and friendly even if they are puzzled they make sure to resolve my issue I have never hung up the phone with unknown answer I always learn more each time I CALL I LOVE IT! Great customer service is hard to come by these days so I don't dread my call because everyone is absolutely wonderful!!! The ease of being walked through the portal is great.
Negative: NOTHING NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT I couldn't be happier overall with the ease in learning and if I have no clue what I have done I call and my questions are always answered.

Summary: The experience was nice because the representative listened to me and decided that my needs were something that could be helped with all the problems solved before ending the call.
Positive: the representative listened and helped me with each issue before ending the call. She also made sure to ask me questions to be sure that I was okay with everything happening during the call.
Negative: The representative that i had the pleasure of speaking with did not do anything to have me express negative results for you company. She was a joy to work.

Summary: Overall, this software checks all of the boxes for efficiently managing ALL areas of property management. It allows you to easily handle tasks like leasing, renewals, maintenance, accounting, tenant communications, paying bills, and much more while also providing stellar customer support while you're learning the program and beyond.
Positive: This software is essential for our office's daily management of tenants, maintenance, and accounting functions. The integration with texting and phone calls makes working with tenants easy. The maintenance order system helps us communicate with vendors and get tenants the service they need in a timely manner. The accounting features are truly top notch and make keeping track of our client financials a breeze. Customer service at Rent Manager is always available and great at helping resolve any issues that arise.
Negative: The only issue we occasionally have is with server access freezing up; however, this has usually been able to be resolved quickly by calling tech support.

Summary: We love the product, and especially our support team behind it. Special shout out to Greg Foster who is always willing to take a call and help us out. Without him we would not be as successful as we are.
Positive: We love all the features baked into the product - it has become integral to our daily operations. Constant updates, love User conference to give us annual updates on our software.
Negative: Server connections often slow/disconnect. Not sold on RM express yet.

Summary: I always have a positive experience call Rent Manager support team. No matter what the issue is they are able to get it resolved.
Positive: I appreciated the customer support technician who was able to determine the issue with my custom report and quickly correct the issue.
Negative: The hold time was close to 15 minutes which I feel is too long.

Summary: My overall experience with RM has been awesome due to our account manager Rae Burns who has helped me learn the system and all its features to assist me with my job task on a daily.
Positive: One of the main pros for me is that you can use Rent Manager for all aspects of your business.
Negative: I don't have any cons, sometimes we get logged off but not sure if it's our internet service.

Summary: Very good experience. The support person was very knowledgeable and helpful. This will make our turnover process much easier.
Positive: I was in need of detailed custom reports. The support person, Peter, was kind and patient in writing the scripts and making them work. He also took time to correct some issue happening in some other functions of my Dashboard tiles. I highly recommend the level of customer support provided by Rent Manager.
Negative: There was nothing to issue a negative comment for this experience.

A wonderful product that addresses so many issues with great telephone support Date: Apr 10 2023
Summary: In a word, great. It does all we ask and more. It replaced what we were using before, and we have never looked back.
Positive: I've been using this software since 2009. The software really works for us. I started using it for my mobile home park. Since I also was operating a small public water system, I had Rent Manager do the billing & accounting for it also. The software has everything we need plus more. I sold the mobile home park but still operate the water system. Now we are planning to amalgamate with two other small water systems. And both the other systems are in agreement that Rent Manger is easier to use and less expensive than what they are using. And adding two more systems with different billing schedules can be easily accommodated. Remember, the software is primarily for property rentals, and we are now using one of its "side features".
Negative: During Covid we have had times when we were unable to get customer support directly and they had to call back several hours later. That problem seems to now be resolved.

Summary: I've had great experiences with Rent Manager so far. I'm still learning (a user of less than 1 year) but I find calling the support line is always helpful & everyone is very friendly.
Positive: I love the access to the videos & webinar courses on the Rent Manager University page. If I'm not finding what I need on the University, or through the F1 helpfile - I call the RM support. I ALWAYS speak to someone who is very helpful & we get the issue solved. I normally am calling for scripting help, so the scripting department is very helpful.
Negative: There is A LOT to learn about Rent Manager. So many rabbit holes to go down. This is due to the customization capabilities in Rent Manager, but at first, the system can seem daunting & not very user friendly. I suggest watching the Rent Manager University videos, then calling support for help.

Summary: The Software is great; it gets the job done, and customer support makes it easy to work with if questions come up.
Positive: Great customer support, they are willing to help with anything and are super joyful to speak to. As well as the reporting is top-notch
Negative: The UI is a little difficult to navigate as there is a lot of options that can clutter the screen, and some options are hidden behind pop-up buttons that are not labelled for what they are for which is confusing

Summary: I am a big fan of the product and so is the owner of the property management company I work for. The level of customer service they provide is second to none and what keeps us loyal to them.
Positive: Rent Manger has a great product and an even better customer service team. Rent Manager has everything I need to complete my day-to-day activities with ease and all in one place.
Negative: The only drawback to their software is you cannot work exclusively in one version of the program. I can't wait for them to get Rent Manager Express fully functional so I do not have to jump from it to the remote desktop version.
