Summary: I am pleased with the software. I run two different types of businesses through rent manager and have been able to get Rent Manager to do what I need for each type of business. Happy with the product.

Positive: I love that the software has everything you could ever need built right into it. From tenant tracking to full accounting features and so much more.

Negative: Software has so many options in it, it is hard to maneuver and find or do what you need.

Summary: Our company is looking forward to utilizing all that Rent Manager has to offer for our daily operations!

Positive: Dyan was very knowledgable & responsive throughout our implementation process! Rent Manager seems to have features for just about everything from accounting to tenant relations.

Negative: It is a lengthy process to become fully operational from start to finish.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoy this system and would recommend to others. I have begun deploying it to tenants and it is nice to see it work from implementation to execution.

Positive: Options to customize reports and look around at usage is excellent. Very easy to self navigate as a new user.

Negative: At times too many options and ribbons are too cluttered.

Summary: Overall for what is offered and what Rent Manager is capable of I think it is a great software that all property managers should consider utilizing.

Positive: The user interface is very friendly and the information available or that can be generated is quite expansive.

Negative: The lack of integrating recurring reminders or setting future task is a little bit lackluster.

Summary: I would recommend this program to all property managers. the program is very easy to learn and use.

Positive: The program is easy to use and very helpful in the daily use. The customer service was always there to help.

Negative: There was nothing that i felt needed to be changed . the company was very helpful with all me needs

Summary: I highly recommend RMO. It is super easy to use and there are so many possibilities. Our associate that helped us during the implementation period was so nice and very helpful! I wish we had this implementation time longer!

Positive: Our associate that we worked with was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on things that he thought could assist us through the process. It is easy to navigate through the software and there is always so much to learn and endless possibilities that RMO can do.

Negative: The timeframe on getting other companies to integrate with us being a new company. I wish RMU was free/ included in the plan.

Summary: Rent Manager is so easy to use that I pretty much figured out the basics in a few days without any training. The best part about it is that it has so many features and quality of life improvements that are always being updated. It's not only easy to use, but easy to teach for incoming employees. And most of all, if you have questions or pain points in using the software, the support teams are always available to help.

Positive: I always rave to new employees that I train that Rent Manager is super easy to use and to learn and the feedback I get from seasoned employees confirms that. There is so much customization, as well! And the support teams are all amazing.

Negative: The only things that I don't like about Rent Manager are that sometimes the integrations with other softwares are hard to get set up. I also don't love the maintenance turn process set up. I think it needs to be a bit easier to use.

Summary: Whomever created this program needs a prize! Thanks for a program that even an elderly person can understand and navigate. I love all of it!

Positive: A functional program that suits the needs of our company and if we run into a problem we can call the techs and they help so much. The record keeping from this program is great and after learned, the program can be navigated with ease.

Negative: Nothing so far. I have not run into anything that has been negative and I truly mean that. Thanks Rent Manager

Summary: Excellent. The system is set up to accommodate small to large companies and every type of usage that any company might need. Most importantly to me is the phone and email support that is not only quick BUT 99% friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra steps to help users

Positive: The product is extremely robust - more than our office will use but only because of our unique spot in the RE industry

Negative: There is no way that the user can modify the reports. There is a charge to make any changes to the provided reports.

Summary: Very positive. The software covers a variety of management needs including accounting, reporting, and a lot more.

Positive: Very useful and relevant to the type of property we own.

Very good. Michael is extremely good at his job.

Negative: It is a lot and there is a lot to take in, just takes a good amount of practice.

Summary: Fantastic! Great software. I've used Rent Manager for almost 20 years and it's so useful for property managers.

Positive: Michael was thorough and informative throughout the entire migration process. I'd highly recommend him for future training.

Negative: That our advertising pics didn't transfer automatically.

Summary: Always an anxious experience implementing new software, but it was pretty simple to navigate the software. I look forward to easing into full use of the platform in the future.

Positive: Ease of implementation - Easy to navigate and use video tutorials available - Implementation specialist always helpful and available throughout setup period.

Negative: HOA features could use improvements to be more applicable to needs.

Summary: Great overall experience during implementation. Michael Cobb was incredibly helpful. We had lots of unique problems that he helped solve with ease. He also submitted several service issues and feature requests on our behalf.

Positive: Has all the accounting features you could want. You can even take care of accounting for management companies by setting up an additional "property." The integration of Zego's ePay feature automatically accounts for online payments, drastically reducing the time it would normally take to manually deposit checks in the bank and "deposit" them in Rent Manager.

Negative: We own a campground with MTM tenants who all show up on different days of the month, staying for various lengths of time. This software will only post recurring charges once a month, insteading of posting each charge on the day it's due. Likewise, it would be a nightmare to set up late fees and Accounts Receivable automations based on different due days; you would need a separate automation for every day of the month for each task. To circumvent this problem, we have to adjust all of the tenants to the same rent due date and prorate rent at both move-in and move-out. Unique situation that probably wont apply to most customers, but turned out to be a headache for me.

Summary: Overall we could not function as a company without this software. We have looked into many others and this one always outshines their competitors.

Positive: We love RM, we use it daily for everything from Residential to Commercial property management. Our favorite thing is being able to upload quickly into the software.

Negative: Not many cons of the software. The only thing would be it sometimes doesn't load as fast as it usually does.

Summary: Great software overall with lots of features that any property manager would greatly appreciate! Though it is a bit outdated on the UI side, it still functions better than the majority of their competition.

Positive: Great software with a great support staff! The features are fantastic such as owner statements, paying bills and creating tenant profiles with payment portal links.

Negative: Some accessibility issues that the software can greatly work on such as font sizes and overall dated look.
