Positive: As a property manager, I've encountered numerous challenges in the past, from tracking leases to handling maintenance requests efficiently. However, since integrating Rent Manager into my workflow, these challenges have become a thing of the past. Rent Manager is an all-encompassing property management software that has revolutionized the way I operate.

One of the standout features of Rent Manager is its intuitive interface, which makes navigating through the various modules a breeze. Whether you're managing residential properties, commercial spaces, or a combination of both, Rent Manager's customizable dashboard allows you to tailor your experience to suit your specific needs. From rent collection to lease renewal reminders, every aspect of property management is seamlessly integrated into a single platform.

Rent Manager's robust reporting capabilities are another highlight. With just a few clicks, I can generate detailed financial reports, occupancy summaries, and maintenance histories. Negative: Initial learning curve due to extensive features.
Integration limitations with certain third-party software.
Missing a few features but I have requested these and hope the RM team will incorporate in future.

Summary: From starting with no system to a great system like this, it is really is easy to see how much help it will be from now and into the future. There are many great features to use and can contact all or individual tenants as needed. It was an easy process to get set-up from start to finish and they are with you every step of the way. Even small questions were answered quickly but also explained so you have a better understanding of how the system works overall. Would recommend this if you are looking at a property management system.

Positive: Easy to implement if you have your data in an excel file. Great service and experienced help to get started. Once you are started and run into issues use the help guide, its got great information that is really useful. Such a useful system to track tenants and rent payments.

Negative: Had a few issues getting the payment side of things figured out, but do not worry they help you out and find a solution. Once the script had been built with their help of course, the rest of the implementation set-up went along smoothly with no more issues at all

Summary: I haven't had any issues that couldn't be solved by reaching out to support. Also having the Rent Manager University as a learning tool was great.

Positive: The absolute shining stars with Rent Manager are the support staff. There are a lot of configurations associated with the software so being able to get on the phone with knowledgeable support has been a life saver as well as the help button.

Negative: It took some getting used to but now that I am, there's so much I can do within it.

Summary: Convenient for property management companies, property managers & tenants. Easy access to reports, email tenants and deposits.

Positive: Easy to learn and navigate for property managers. Integrated with tenant accounts, FCO collections & accounting.

Negative: Sometimes telephone numbers are not automatically updated to receive text. This should be automatically integrated when the prospect creates an account and applies.

Summary: I love Rent Manager. We use a different software for some of our other companies. I wish we could migrate to only using Rent Manager.

Positive: Rent Manager makes my job easy. It keeps track of all the customers and vendors. Reports are easy to generate and I can make changes immediately.

Negative: I do not like sharing a seat with my coworkers. I have to logoff sometimes and allow the other person to use it.

Summary: Rent Manager is very user friendly and will warn you if the system thinks you are making a mistake.
We have now integrated our applications through rent manager and everything has been smooth sailing.
Customer support is always friendly and helpful as well.

Positive: I love that Rent Manager is easy to use and if you are having a hard time finding something, you can always use the command launch option. Rent Manager also makes it easy to track rents and contact tenants.

Negative: At this time i cannot think of anything I do not like. If i find something, i can usually contact customer support and they will show me how to do.

Summary: Overall great experience, customer support is amazing and they have been able to resolve my issues every time I contact them, thank you!

Summary: We've had a positive experience so far with Rent Manager. Everyone has been helpful, which has made the transition easy for us.

Positive: The setup and ease of use! The team at Rent Manager is great too! It has helped us get back on track with every aspect of our business.

Negative: The Make Ready Board is within the Service Issues, which isn't convenient for us.

Summary: Rent Manager has been a great help to organizing all of our companies processes and accepting rent payments.

Positive: The way that I can specifically tailor the software for my needs. I can customize my desktop and customize all of my reports.

Negative: The interface is dated, and I have had some issues with figuring out how the data is connected to each other. For example, when I change a date or feature on one thing it's hard to see what will change.

Summary: From day one, Rent Manager has been easy for a person that had no experience in property management. Making a mistake and not being able to fix it is almost impossible.

Positive: RM is simple and easy to navigate. It literally did not take me long to know the software. I am able to teach others about its simplicity.

Negative: There really isn't anything that I don't like about Rent Manager.

Summary: This is an amazing and clear program to use for management! Highly recommended. This has made my life so much simpler!

Positive: Easy and organized program that allows you to work with ease. Best features, as well as great rent collections.

Negative: Nope, I love everything about it! So clear and simple.

Positive: I love that this product is so user friendly & the customer support is AMAZING! I have contact customer support for several questions & they are always quick to assist!

Negative: I don't like that I still have to use the desktop version for some items.

Summary: Not too bad to use once you are familiar with where everything is. Definitely needs to be hosted locally though.

Positive: Makes it easy to manage all properties in one place and accept online and cash payments from tenants.

Negative: Horribly outdated interface and remote connection.

Summary: Great experience from the sales person all the way to the upper management when having issues with text broadcasting. Step by step guidance and according to our specific needs addressed in a very organized way. I am looking forward to ongoing learning of the wonderful tools this program has to offer. Very happy!!

Positive: This program is the whole package. Nothing needed. A little of learning curve but with excellent implementation experts and organized teaching, it become fun and very rewarding. You will not believe the thing this software offers to both landlords/owners and residents/buyers/tenants. Whomever developed the program really had been in the business and applied the A to Z to make thing fast and easy. One month on and revenue and happiness to everyone did go up!! Thanks RM!!!

Negative: I loved everything. Implementation access to trainers could improve some. But once you get them with you, their patience and knowledge overtakes!!
