Summary: Staff is very nice to work with. I never have any issues when reaching out to support. I would recommend Rent Manager.
Positive: Michael was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped guide me through the software.
Negative: Training times book quickly. Try to book as soon as you can.

Summary: I am glad we made the switch. The only complaint would be how long the switch took from our old system. Because of the length of time for training, we had to double pay for software because we had to keep our old system during training.
Positive: We made the switch primarily for the project management aspect and ability to create project budgets that could be seen from our many locations. I especially liked the auto-allocations of rent payments. The report writer option is great, so that I can customize the reports I need.
Negative: The limitations on how quickly we could get through implementation. I felt like it was hard to really get started because I had to wait a week before getting to have my next training session. If I wanted assistance in between sessions, I had to email my implementation specialist and wasn't allowed to call the support line.

Summary: Overall, I think that it is an easy to use software once you become acquainted with the software. There are many features that can be used to lessen the workload.
Positive: I like the fact that with this software, we can call the customer service line and they will point you in the right direction if you need assistance. They are very good with resolving any issues one might have.
Negative: The only con is sometimes if a permission is not given in the software, then, we have to figure out what that permission is and who needs to give it.

Summary: The support that Rent Manager provides takes them over the top of most all solutions. Friendly and fast staff.
Positive: The product offers so many features and integrations it works well for our multi-family needs every day.
Negative: The biggest con is the RDP connection needed for version 12.

Summary: Overall I had a good experience with Rent Manager and i plan to keep on using it for the foreseeable future.
Positive: I've been using Rent Manager for about three months now and I can say that the most thing i like about it is how user friendly it is, it did not take me a lot of time to learn the software and the implementation did a great job helping me understand it all.
Negative: During the past three months I have not really seen major cons in the system yet, I use it for tracking basic data and so far it is giving me what i need.

Summary: It has been an overall a positive experience. It was simple to learn to use the program, which is always great.
Positive: There is no extra fluff, the program does what it is supposed to do. It has been easy to train employees on its use.
Negative: I wish that I could have more than one Accounts Receivable type set up. Id like to link some things to charge types.

Summary: We have been using Rent Manager for our property management company for over 17 years! They have always been super reliable, user friendly and easy to navigate! Their customer service is very helpful as well. Anytime we have a question, we just give them a call and there is always a friendly representative ready and willing to walk you through any question you might have. Overall we are very satisfied with Rent Manager!
Positive: Rent Manager is reliable, very user friendly, offer a wide variety of services and easy to use! Excellent customer service as well.
Negative: Sometimes there can be longer wait times during for technical support.

Summary: Overall, we are very happy with Rent Manager. The software has certainly enhanced and significantly improved our business and ongoing daily operations.
Positive: Rent Manager allows for customers to tweak the program and reporting for their needs. This level of flexibility is a big deal for customers who have their own methods and processes. The user interface is appealing to the eyes and is fairly easy to navigate.
Negative: Certain really useful features that we would like to see, and certain feature requests that we have submitted have never been implemented.

Summary: Overall, it is a good system, but the only way to make it easier to use is to purchase additional add-ons which can definitely add up.
Positive: Has complete property management system including accounting/expense tracking/job costing/vendor relations, etc. Customer Support team is excellent to deal with.
Negative: Has connectivity gaps in system, no free add-ons available, scripting is difficult without in-depth knowledge, would be best to have a professional IT company set up everything the way you anticipate it to run. Have to pay for additional RM University users, difficult to learn system if you are not technology friendly.

Summary: All in all, Rent Manager needs a lot of areas of improvement. They have a lot of support because a lot of items are not intuitive or clear
Positive: I think the best thing about Rent Manager is Team Purple and how quick they are in responding. Also recently, they rolled out the Prospect Dashboard that has really been a game changer. They have a lot of integrations which is helpful.The one good thing about Rent Manager is the VOIP and how it syndicates the calls - incoming and outgoing.
Negative: Rent Manager is by far one of the worst CRM I have used. RM12 and RMExpress does not have the same functionality. There is always a workaround needed. Always a glitch. The user interface is better in express than in 12 but Rent Manager really needs to look at other PMS like Entrata and see what they can take from them. I think I have submitted so many feature requests. Please read the feature requests and implement those quicker.
