Summary: We know that Rent Manager will grow with us as our company expands. Support professionals are courteous and efficient and always solve our issues quickly. This means less time lost doing the work we need to do to keep our tenants and owners happy!

Positive: Rent Manager has so many capabilities that we can use to grow our business. Customer support is prompt and professional.

Negative: More app integrations that mirror functionality in the system. Particularly in asset management.

Summary: The customer service is outstanding and they continue creating and improving functions and tools. its such a powerful product and it integrates with a handful of other things.

Positive: It has all the tools we need and most all work as well as we need. it gives residents, owners, and staff access for all the things they need to see and organizes everything well.

Negative: There is access through internet web browsers and it is already good but i would like it to be even better and have more functionality. that way i could do even more away from a desktop computer and on a tablet or even phone instead.

Summary: Always a good customer experience - Customer service is always willing to help until you understand the issues to solve.

Positive: Sania always there to help - and the Customer team gets it done - The problem was solved in 5 minutes - It was knowing were to go to delete a bill in pay bills.

Negative: Nothing to report - really no negative experience regarding the billing function.

Summary: Still best for the money! David W was amazing and very helpful! If he didn't know, he would find out!

Positive: Ease of use, cost, customer service, simple yet effective, dedicated onboarding help built in; David W is the best!

Negative: Payment processors... need more options for larger rent payments.

Summary: I would say that the program is designed to be user friendly and easy to operate. Has a lot features and options that can save you so much time and energy.

Would definitely suggest to anyone in management companies, especially people with multiple properties.

Positive: I definitely liked the features Rent Manager has to help me work more efficiently and spend less time on tasks that can be done automatically with Rent Manager’s automation features.

Negative: So far I am very happy with program. I am exploring all the new features and trying to get all the benefits of the program so I can have more time to spend with my family and friends.

Summary: I have used QuickBooks in the past and this is actually easier to use. Everything and more at my fingertips.

Positive: Easy to use. Have a question? call the support line, they answer fast and now all the right answers.

Negative: I don't have any cons yet, but I'm still learning.

Summary: I am very happy with the management program and the more I learn what it has to offer the more I'm impressed about how much went into the development of this product. Great job!!

Positive: Rent manager is an all-in-one real estate management software program that really makes our day-to-day management, much easier, organized, and effective. At one point I switched to a competitors software because it seemed like the add on services would be a real plus for me. After using the other system for about 4 months I found that could not do what Rent Manager was able to do. Rent Manager is excellent with customer support and has an abundant amount of capabilities and accessibilities in their product.

Negative: When purchasing additional training help the expiration date to use it should be longer.

Summary: I enjoy working with Rent Manager very much. I have worked with a lot of management software over the past 25 plus years and I find Rent Manager the most user friendly.

Positive: Very user friendly. Customer service is quick and knowledgeable. Alway resolve the issue and I am back to work in no time.

Negative: I don't have any cons to note. Maybe some work on the email/text blast.

Summary: Overall, it’s a great system to have to monitor your rentals. The reports you can run are so much more in depth than most other rental systems. The ease of setting up automatic tasks is invaluable and time saving. I would highly recommend this system.

Positive: This system is a must-have if you are looking to manage your properties in the most effective and efficient way. You can automate the system to take care of the weekly/monthly/daily tasks so you hardy have to spend your time on them. There are a ton of resources that help you learn and find answers, plus, customer support is always ready to help.

Negative: It takes a bit to learn the system since it’s so all-encompassing. However, once you learn it, you’ll see that it’ll help you maximize your properties to the max

Summary: My service rep was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the program and if he wasn't sure on something he would look into it and explain it during our next training session. Even though it can be overwhelming with how much goes into the program, they offer lots of individual training to go through what specifics you need to make your own property run as smoothly as possible.

Positive: You can track just about anything you will need for property management. From generating renewals to keeping track of violation around the community, this program is very well rounded.

Negative: The only con I can think of is that there is so much stuff you can do that is is kind of overwhelming.

Summary: The Best Ever!!! We are currently working on new features and implementing the Tenant Web Portal and its ease of use!

Positive: Lisa did an amazing job with showing us the features and access of Rent Manager. I am begging for Lisa to work with us!!!

Negative: NONE other than Lisa won't come work for us. But I will keep trying to persuade her!

Summary: I rely on Rent Manager to make my job easier and accurate. Printing statements are much easier too.

Positive: Anytime I have had to access Rent Manager Customer Support, it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is fast and quick to explain the steps needed to proceed.

Negative: I don't like the fact that there are times we can't access Rent Manager due to the fact that other users are online ahead of us. It can be a timely matter.

Summary: Rent Manager has been a great choice for our company for many, many years. We find the software exceptional at doing the job it was created to do.

Positive: The fact you can do everything from scheduling vendors, paying vendors, collecting rent payments to generating delinquency reports and owner statements with such ease is so nice when dealing with so many properties, owners, vendors and tenants daily.

Negative: The only thing I have experienced I do not like is that we cannot see the attachments to e-mails sent out to owners in their history.

Summary: It was a good experience so far I am loving the new system rent manager is very easy and sufficient.

Positive: Great energy when speaking to customers. The company I work for just got bought out and there are so many new things we have to learn. Every time I call its always quick service.

Negative: I don't really have anything negative to say. Everything is always quick and rep that explains how to do things is always clear and have a great attitude.

Summary: Excellent program.

Positive: Very flexible and customizable.

Negative: Can sometimes take a lot of effort to utilize all the features but this is a pro as well due it having such a huge variety of options to customize the charges etc.
