Summary: Tools are good to work and it's small so you can set it up anywhere.

Positive: It's free, doing big job without any subscription.

Negative: It's very slow. Really documents take too much time, and xls files formulas are hard to use.

Summary: My overall experience with this product has been quite good. I haven't used it too too much yet, but I plan to use it frequently for my schoolwork given how easy it is to access and navigate.

Positive: This is the best free office suite out there for sure. It is smooth, minimal bugs, and I am pleased with the fact that it works on Windows, Linux, and MacOS. I have only been using it for a couple months now, but it is a change I have been happy to accept.

Negative: The only con is that Onlyoffice is perhaps a bit less graphically pleasing than other office suites such as google drive.

Summary: I researched, tested and evaluated over a dozen alternatives to the Microsoft Office 365 offerings. Onlyoffice fulfilled 3 main requirements for me:
1. It just works. It is reliable.
2. Multi-platform. Working on the web, Android, Win10 and Linux, I needed the apps to be available there.
3. Cost-effective. The free version works great. From there, it can grow with your needs.

Positive: -It is very consistent across platforms

Negative: -The design can feel a little dated
-Integration with Nextcloud could be easier

Positive: The layout is familiar so there’s barely any time needed to adjust. It does a good job maintaining formatting when opening or sharing Microsoft Office files thereby avoiding any frustration on user side. It also gives you the option to host it yourself, which is quite useful if you dont want to rely entirely on cloud services.

Negative: It starts to struggle a bit wuth heavier files or more complex spreadsheets, thats where things start to feel slower than expected.

Summary: OnlyOffice Docs has proved to be a highly capable, and reliable tool for my work. It offers excellent comparability with Ms Office formats and comes with an intuitive interface. It has proved to be an ideal solution for my team that was looking for a secure office suite with real time collaboration.
