Positive: Great product to use for mid to big businesses because of its flexibility and extensibility. It has several plugins and integrations. The other feature I like is the form creator.

Negative: The pricing is a little bit to the pricey side compared to Microsoft alternative.

Summary: Overall good experience, it is an amazing office application for small and mid-sized organizations. It provides encryption and decryption options for documents that enhance the security of business files. Also merging and converting in other extensions is possible with OnlyOffice.

Positive: It is all in one office suite that provides lots of functionality to manage the documents and projects. It supports all kind of docs and images formats. Its interface is kind similar to Microsoft Office.

Negative: The main downsides of this platform that my team noticed are:

-Only online mode is available.
-Does not support cypher text extensions.
-Needs a good internet connection.
-Sometimes lags while sharing large files.

Summary: I have been using ONLYOFFICE for about a year and a half. Overall, I have been very pleased with the product. Negative: There are noticeable difference between desktop app and mobile apps, I think they can add more features to Android app.

Summary: Overall, it is a suitable open-source office suite for any business as OnlyOffice supports a few cloud solutions to enable real-time collaboration and also allows my team to add a signature to a document or encrypt the file with a password.

Negative: - No print preview is available for documents.
- Does not save docs directly to Dropbox.
- Poor service/technical support.
- No any offline editing options
- Not suitable for HTML5

Summary: It's a great software and one should not hesitate in implementing it. User should be alter and cautious in upgrade process due to its trickiness. It's a promising product and hopefully it will be in a great place in future.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is extremely well documented and is free for a desktop use in different operative system.Its compatibility with MS office file format and layout is magnificent.

Negative: ONLYOFFICE doesn't have app for mobile devices, we can only use web platform and desktop applications for computers.other than that i pleased with its services and performances.

Summary: Overall, OnlyOffice is an outstanding product for us as we were seeking an online document editing application that was installable on our server. In my organization Linux systems are installed most often, so this suite is very advantageous and supportive for my business.

The integration of Nextcloud with OnlyOffice Integration Edition delivers flawless results and enables the users to manage the documents and other files directly through cloud storage. The provided support for all formats of Office Documents such as DOCX, DOC, XLSX, XLSM, PDF is quite good. This suite is very intuitive as all the commands are easy to access, menus and icons are very well arranged to work with it.

Negative: It is hard to think of anything wrong with this software but the facts I would point out that deploying the software for the first time is confusing and frustrating, and sometimes the system gets a little sluggish when working with multiple documents simultaneously.

Summary: My overall experience has been a great experience and I would recommend it for and company that works with docs.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE has all of the features I need to run my business. The main reason I use ONLYOFFICE is for its document and spreadsheet editor. It has also has an android app and can also work on windows.

Negative: The pricing for the enterprise plan is a little bit pricey.

Negative: The only thing I don't like so far is that there are some notable differences between the mobile and web solution.

Negative: Directly opening files and documents isn't possible, you'll have to upload them to ONLYOFFICE first.
ONLYOFFICE is great for Linux operating system but there is no Mac version is available.
