Negative: Some processes can be performed in other software, to be performed in it, but the documentation is thin, as it focuses only on three main products: word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Summary: Overall, I found the experience of using OnlyOffice to be positive. I was able to easily create and edit documents, and the software was easy to use. I was also impressed with the overall quality of the documents that I was able to create.

Positive: Some of the benefits of using OnlyOffice are that it is a cloud-based office suite that is available on multiple platforms, it is secure, and it is easy to use. Additionally, OnlyOffice is reliable and has a good customer service team.

Negative: Some people may dislikes OnlyOffice because it is not as user-friendly as some other office suites. Additionally, some users may find the pricing unreasonable.

Summary: My overall experience with ONLYOFFICE is fabulous as it has enhanced our office's business documents works with its great features and tools. It also helps us to track tasks to manage workflows and run the business efficiently.
The main fact that makes it different from others is that the ONLYOFFICE suite is beginner-friendly and very easy to set up, and even no kind of pre-knowledge is required to understand its interface and work. it's a convenient online office suite and promising product.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is an open-source solution for office work. It comes with lots of features to edit and manage documents. Its tabbed documents feature allows users to open multiple files simultaneously in a single application. ONLYOFFICE has a great project management tool that helps to keep track of content information of r customers, projects, or employees of an Office. ONLYOFFICE offers us the facility to share documents with another team member in real-time and also provides an online office environment to work with the documents.

Negative: It is hard to say any downside of ONLYOFFICE but the one issue that our team has faced with ONLYOFFICE, sometimes when working with any long documents some annoying glitches occur and interrupt the work. Other than it is an amazing office suite.

Summary: Overall, ONLYOFFICE is a great open source software. Apart from being free of cost it provides many add on tools which are essential to our daily work. What I liked most is its enhanced security features which includes private rooms and directory authentication.

Positive: The best thing about ONLYOFFICE is that it is open source software available for free use. We can easily collaborate productively by using various tools like CRM (Customer Relationship management tool), Spreadsheet, Forms to take input from users and lot more. It has great security features which promises us great security.

Negative: ONLYOFFICE lacks proper customer support and user interface is not so intuitive for new users.

Summary: As a whole, my experience with ONLYOFFICE has been great and amazing. My favorite feature is the ability to organize my files in three cloud storage options.

Positive: Provides strong collaboration features, requires only one time payment for all software, and offers three cloud storage options, with the main advantage being that users can set up their own cloud storage and self-host.

Negative: It is my view that the container interface can be improved. In my opinion, having separate applications is preferable to having to launch the application all the time. The inability to save the files and make it compatible is also a problem.

Summary: The overall experience with ONLYOFFICE is good. The software is easy to use and has a lot of features that are helpful for small businesses. The customer service is good and they are always willing to help.

Positive: This was an enterprise-level software that integrated well with our existing software, providing a good user experience for our team.

Negative: There isn't much that I didn't like about ONLYOFFICE. One thing that I could mention is that it would be nice if there was a way to more easily share documents between users. For example, if I create a document and want to share it with a coworker, it would be nice if there was an easy way for me to send them a link to the document and for them to be able to easily access it.

Summary: ONLYOFFICE has been a success story since its inception. Easy integration and the right tools but above all, absolutely exceptional customer support. This software offers many features for the price. I think it is very useful for tracking my customers. It takes training to add more and more, but it is usually easy to use. There are some downsides, but that does not mean I do not use them. Overall, it is the best tool.

Positive: It is very intuitive, all commands are easily accessible, menus and symbols are well arranged. - Support for many new features with new plugins and tools. Export is easy and fully compatible, so you can send your work to anyone.

Negative: I haven' found any issues with ONLYOFFICE from the beginning. Everything is smooth and flawless.

Summary: As a user, all my companies (and possibly our customers) enjoy a great user experience, very close to the Microsoft suite but with the ability to install everything online and on their own servers. Other than that, the compatibility with document formats is really great (we ran some quick tests and it's really impressive). After all, open source offers more opportunities to implement any crazy idea than deep integration into a code base like Office or Google.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is an open-source solution which means it is upgrading daily via myriad of users. ONLYOFFICE supports many standard MS Office formats. It is easier to open complex Office files than Google Docs. The formulas are integrated and make it easy to collect a variety of statistical data.

Negative: ONLYOFFICE is best on its own but one thing it lacks, great UI. In next update they should add support of Pivot files.

Summary: Well, all the experiences and problems I have solved using ONLYOFFICE are far beyond my management skills. It allowed me to focus better and get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Overall, this is a great tool to have in your bag.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE supports standard MS Office formats. Open complex Office documents more carefully than Google Docs. The formulas are integrated and make it easy to collect a variety of mathematical data.

Negative: It is more complex than Microsoft Office and certainly more complex than Google Docs. Sometimes there were bugs in Safari where not everything was loading correctly.

Summary: Overall, I am using this software from last 6 months and I can say that it's probably the best office software solution you can have.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE Workspaces has everything a workspace software should have, such as the ability to assign projects and tasks to all members of my team when running a project. Although this software is open source, it does not lack performance of any other traditional software. The best free workspace software ever.

Negative: The problem with open source software is that there is no real customer support and the user has to find a solution from the community if there is a problem to be solved. Also, connecting to Nextcloud servers is very cumbersome when I try to use my iPhone.

Summary: ONLYOFFICE is affordable and easy to use, As a system administrator I truly recommend this software for office usage.

Positive: Price is far less than Microsoft Office and Office 365 which makes it more affordable to use, I am a system administrator and have to buy for several PCs so it's great.

Negative: It lags some functionality like API integration with Google app script.

Summary: Overall, OnlyOffice is a great tool. In general, the experiences and problems I have solved with ONLYOFFICE are more than my management skills. This allowed me to focus better and get my work done very quickly and efficiently.

Positive: Easy export to PDF is a great help in my daily work. Also, having multiple languages ​​is a great feature that I don't use very often, but it's a nice addition to its features. Technical support and response are fast and accurate, making it easy to troubleshoot problems.

Negative: The graphics editor needs a little improvement, and bugs are tedious and hindering. It's also a bit tricky because it doesn't work on all operating systems.

Summary: I really like how easy it is to navigate Office spreadsheets. I like the layout and look of the actual program. Positive: Excellent interoperability with the MS format with an excellent interface. It has a simple user interface which is easy to use and implements a high level of performance. It also has the ability to share documents without having to share additional files like Dropbox or Google Drive.

Negative: Hi-DPI support is very weak. The app looks great on high-resolution screens. (2736 x 1824 by 12.3 inches in my case).

Summary: Overall, this suite comes with incredible tools and features and very helpful in our company operations with documents. It project management tools are great and handy for trainees and employees. Our organization uses it as a backbone platform for our document and project management works.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is the one of the market leading product in Office Suite's field. Its configurations are very easy to use to work with the official docs. It can manage all type of extension format documents, Also provide multitasking environment for working with documents as it can handle many numbers of docs in same time. Additionally, this suite provides security feature to keep our documents safe.

Negative: It provides unnecessary recommendation while working with it and there are lots of lags and errors shows and they should look for this.
Secondly there are not enough features to work with HTM extension documents but for other type of docs it works very well.

Summary: Using the desktop spreadsheet is easy, because instead of looking for things on the computer, I have everything I need in one place. This is really effective, especially when you are working on a project with a team or group. Having multiple people in our company is great to be able to help and work on projects using Office alone at the same time and to be able to view all completed and uploaded documents only through Office.

Positive: I love how easy it is to browse office spreadsheets. I like the design and look of the actual software. It's super easy and always looks great when it's done, so being able to edit spreadsheets for office presentations is a lot of fun. It is easy to use for small businesses that do not have technical support. The Office options are easy to use and are very similar to Microsoft applications that most people are familiar with.

Negative: I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like about this software. If you continue to use it, some parts may not suit you. Keep your software updates current. Failure to do so may cause delays.
