Summary: Great remote software with great support. It works well and can connect easily even if the internet connection isn't the best. I would choose this product over many others out in the market.
Positive: Lets you remote into all types of personal computers to fix an issue. Will allow you to send files and reboot the machine if needed.
Negative: Sometimes will black screen on me if the PC requires administrator password so user intervention is needed.

Positive: Love that I can use LogMeIn to remote from my home computer and do all my work from home as if I'm at the office. Great program that can save your bacon!
Negative: No negative complaints here. The program is easy to use and has worked flawlessly for me each time. Just make sure it's updated with the latest and greatest.

Summary: This program is very beneficial for companies who have more than one location. The person who is in need of help can just have someone on the team log in and access their computer and assist with the issues.
Positive: Being able to remote in to a computer in a different location has been very beneficial for our tax company. We have one main location and several remote offices. We are able to log in to a tax prep computer and see what the preparer is having an issue with and fix it without anyone having to leave their computer.
Negative: We did not come across any issues using LogMeIn Rescue.

Summary: Great product and great experience with it. Very few products can do what Logmein can do. Be careful of scammers using it though.
Positive: If you need assistance and you need to show someone what you see so they can help you, you cannot go wrong with this product.
Negative: Sometimes I want to be able to remotely connect to a client without them needing to be there. They need to provide special permissions for certain things.

With Rescue, one can gain control of a remote PC, Mac, or smartphone over the web in seconds, without the need to pre-install software.I like that the software has been exciting to me because I deal with my customers all the time. It's straightforward and convenient to use, it's not slow at all, and it maintains an excellent distribution line. One would think it's incredible to localize ones tools and start providing solutions quickly.
Negative: It's a bit on expensive side but as an enterprise users it should meet the budget. But it sometimes feel when one controlling someone's device, it is a bit slow in movement. Other than that one really like it. It is pretty helpful.

Positive: Whenever I have issues with my computer, I call my IT technician and he instantly gets access to my computer and resolves the issues.
Negative: I think the dashboard layout can be designed a little more user friendly.

Password management and remote access has allowed us to help technicians in real-time no matter where they are. 1 TB of cloud storage allows us to share as many files as we need, with security safeguards. Remote printing and unlimited users are just some of the many additional features of this service, that comes are a fair price for what you get.
