Summary: This software is useful, clean, simple, and therefore exceeds expectations. I especially appreciate the "resources" tab on the webpage that allows you to solve any problems you're having.
Positive: I didn't have high hopes for this software, but after experiencing it and hearing about it from my IT friends it seems very useful. It succeeds at what it is supposed to do, and makes connecting remotely easier. Thats all one could really ask for!
Negative: I found the price for this service to be a bit high for my liking, considering what it offers. If the company using it is well off however it should be no problem.

Summary: While there may be less expensive alternatives out there, I still used this just because I was never surprised by it not working. Reliability leads to happy customers.
Positive: When someone calls and they need help now, this is simple and effective to get you remoted into their system to troubleshoot. I don't recall it ever not working exactly as I expected it to.
Negative: It's a bit on the pricey side. There are less expensive alternatives out there.

Just as good if not better than Hamachi Date: May 24 2020
Summary: I would definitely recommend this, mostly because of how well the user interface functions, and what you're getting at this price point for your money is absolutely worth it.
Positive: The software comes from the developers of Hamachi, which is a well known tool mostly used for gaming, so we're not talking about a 'no-name' company pushing out a product. They have the pedigree, and also a decent support set up, so if anything goes wrong, you can expect to get the help you need in a short time frame. The software itself is really easy to use, and functions a lot better than TeamViewer.
Negative: Some requested features are not yet available, however, we were promised that in the near future, they will be included. Additionally some design options slightly annoy me, but that's just my own preference.

Summary: It's appropriate for any IT Support association. Technical support to fix PCs. Bolster job for driver issues, for example, a printer, scanner, and other equipment. Assisting with keeping up corporate end-clients. Keeping up a business power that is out and about and not effectively available. We use it to make firmware updates to copiers, set up drivers for printing, arranging email, and sweep to the organizer.
Positive: You can associate with your clients/customers remotely by sending them a web connection and a safe pin code for them to enter. You can demand control of the PC and the client approves this activity. There is the capacity to record the meeting excessively which is useful for assessing bolster cases.
Negative: The only con I see in this is product is the price. It is a little bit expensive with respect to competitors.

Summary: LogMeIn Rescue is perfect if you going to use it in a huge volume of a remote system. but I honestly think the price of it is very expensive for its usage wherein you can find much cheaper for the same functions or sometimes even for free. if you're just going to use it in a short period of time.
Positive: compatible with User account control, its security features are superb. you chat use the chatbox while remoting and you can do multiple sessions without experiencing any slowness.
Negative: Some of the analyses are a bit complicated to read but they can get better. It's a bit overwhelming to use for first-time users and the subscription amount is very expensive.

Positive: With all the media attention schools get and the constant scrutiny of stakeholders, the highest level of security isn’t optional. This platform keeps my users safe through heightened security measures.

Summary: I would continue using the application once I get the hang of it. I am not a fan of switching apps. But the cost aspect should always be considered. When it comes to value for money, you can move on with other alternatives.
Positive: This an a friendly app once you get the hang of it. Monitoring is made easier through remote monitoring of devices, A friendly user interface. It is one of the leaders among the number of remote support softwares.
Negative: It is quite expensive for a remote support software. Especially when you have quite a good number of options in the market, any client maybe tempted to switch unless an offer is put forth which cant be resisted.
