Summary: Overall, it's a fantastic product that allows IT support staff to remote into PCs located anywhere and resolve technical issues quickly and without physical access to the device. In the remote world we're currently working in, this product is PRICELESS.
Positive: Like anyone using technology, I've had trouble with my devices in the past. I sought help from IT personnel using the LogMeInRescue product and had incredible success. It allows for multiple access methods, the support person was able to access my device without me being there, and he was able to reboot my device and automatically reconnect.
Negative: It's a product that's specifically designed for IT professionals. Without IT expertise, I imagine it would be difficult for me to use, should I want to troubleshoot my own device. Additionally, the chat box to connect with the support person is small and in the version we used, we didn't have access to a video conference/webcam for chatting.

Summary: Great for remote work. I think I would continue to use this program until we are able to get back to the office.
Positive: I like to use this for clients who are not familiar with our system, I think it makes things much easier especially during this time when everything is remote.
Negative: Only con is that somethings the screen freezes and we will need to restart the entire program.

Summary: We have used this without any issue during the pandemic. If you are a remote law firm you should consider this option.
Positive: We use this to work remotely. It pairs well with our on-site systems and is user friendly. It has solid customer support as well if needed.
Negative: Sometimes the screen can pop up small but once you get the hang of it it should not be an issue.

Positive: Easily access clients computer for the benefit of tech support! Client does not need to subscribe or create an account, fast secure and reliable!
Negative: Nothing bad to say it is a really great solution!!

Summary: Overall, It is the best support solution that delivers everything that we need in the support desk. It works smoothly in high traffic and requests. Effective on mid enterprises.
Positive: LogMeIn Rescue helpdesk is outstanding in terms of usage and ability. Our customers are also happy with this solution. UI/UX design is intuitive. It delivers the best remote access to the support desk dashboard. Supports mobile platform for end-users.
Negative: Artificial Intelligence-based support is not there. Lots of other offers same.

Summary: Overall this product is great and does everything I need it to do. I would recommend this software to any organization out there for their IT department.
Positive: Love this tool for all my remote access, able to send admin prompts through it by typing in admin information to gain access. Able to have multiple sessions open as well.
Negative: I don't have any cons about this product I think it is the best one out there.

Summary: I've used LogMeIn a number of times since I first discovered it through Microsoft tech support. It helps people see what's happening instead of the endless descriptions and screenshots. Saves a lot of time.
Positive: Easy to install. Easy to use. Let tech support save me from myself. My Microsoft tech support couldn't figure out what I was talking about, but we used LogMeIn to get to the bottom of things.
Negative: I was skeptical to use it at first (felt that it had a potential for virus), but it worked as advertised. No complaints to speak of.

Summary: LogMeIn secures your employees' identity, access, data, and passwords wherever they may be located. I have yet to have such a seamless experience with other software.
Positive: It allows teams of all sizes to communicate and collaborate from anywhere on any device securely.
Negative: I have yet to run into a con. Anytime I have had any issue, I have been able to chat with customer service and they resolve my issue immediately.

Summary: LogMeIn Rescue is a very vital help desk platform for SMBs. It only need is one time configuration. The ticket followup request tracking is great. We lived this help desk platform. It's easy to use and has excellent ability.
Positive: My favorite thing about LogMeIn Rescue is its uniform interface and elements to remotely support customers on their requests. We are using it for a long time, it's web-based platform enables ease to interact on any platform. Support tickets are easy to track and get follow up updates.
