    Summary: This software has been used by our IT pros with several of the software and hardware vendors we use to operate our business. Rather than reading instructions on how to do something technical, a pro can do it for you while you talk on the phone and watch what they do. Ideal!

    Positive: Trusted computer tech's can remotely access your computer while you watch what they do. They can instruct you and show you how to do something on your machine or simply fix a problem for you while you sit back and "supervise"!

    Negative: There is always a little trepidation when letting someone else access your machine. Just make sure it's a vetted IT professional or service your entrusting to remote access your computer. As far as this product - no real negatives to report.

    Fantastic support for remote use

    Summary: Overall, it's a fantastic product that allows IT support staff to remote into PCs located anywhere and resolve technical issues quickly and without physical access to the device. In the remote world we're currently working in, this product is PRICELESS.

    Positive: Like anyone using technology, I've had trouble with my devices in the past. I sought help from IT personnel using the LogMeInRescue product and had incredible success. It allows for multiple access methods, the support person was able to access my device without me being there, and he was able to reboot my device and automatically reconnect.

    Negative: It's a product that's specifically designed for IT professionals. Without IT expertise, I imagine it would be difficult for me to use, should I want to troubleshoot my own device. Additionally, the chat box to connect with the support person is small and in the version we used, we didn't have access to a video conference/webcam for chatting.
