Summary: It's very easy to set up and if you do need a helping hand their 24/7 tech team are more than happy to assist you, I love that you can personalise the chat service to suit your company i.e colours/logos.
Positive: I have been using live agent for a number of years and I have to say this is the best chat service I have experienced.
Negative: I am not a fan of the system logging users out after a short period however they are in the process of investigating this issue.

Summary: We are very happy with LiveAgent and look forward to explore all its options. The 24/7 helpline proved to be one of the best assets of this system.
Positive: Implementation was very intuitive and we were ready to start using the system within a day. We especially like the automation options, using tags and a seamless integration with the mobile app.
Negative: There could be more templates for the Customer Portal, although these can be designed manually with css.

Summary: We design websites and work with many Clients so there are quite a lot of questions and comments. LiveAgent helps us organize the communication channels and tech support. Everything goes to one place.
Positive: Clear interface of the web application, It fulfills its basic task - customer support (tickets). There is less phone calls so it's more comfortable to work.
Negative: It could be a bit cheaper but luckily the company pays :)

Summary: I would recommend this app for all companies that provide troubleshooting for Clients. LiveAgent has also great support - I hade one problem and it's been solved within few minutes.
Positive: E-mail templates, contact widget that is easy to integrate with Wordpress, excellent support provided by LiveAgent.
Negative: Mobile app looks quite old. It should be redesigned and refreshed.

Summary: Overall LiveAgent is a very good tool, nice price, and very responsive customer support. The dashboard gives you a good overview and there are many options to optimize your tickets by changing the required information by ticket fields etc.
Positive: You get a lot of features for a very good price. LiveAgent support is always available and responds quickly.
Negative: There is no native option to receive reviews from clients when tickets are per email which is annoying. There is a third party option but it is expensive.

Summary: We solved a lot of problems from the past, we struggled with having multiple support interfaces as a communication channel, we couldn't use all of the automation tools that LiveAgent offers.
Positive: There are many reasons why we love using LiveAgent. It organizes all our communication channels in one place. Gives you the ability to record calls and postpone tickets for later.
Negative: We like the product very much, we see that the core functions work great but the only one thing that they should add is the option for clients to write reviews. Now they have a paid plan with a third-party app.

Summary: Overall using LiveAgent has simplified my life a lot. In the beginning, me and my team were used to having all emails in a list and everyone had to scan this list for their emails and since we started using LiveAgent, the time we spend on emails has been reduced by more than half.
Positive: Simplifies working in a group as you can have a good structures on all the incoming emails. You can simply assign each email to the specific worker of the team.
Negative: The start is quite rough as you have to get used to the different features LiveAgent presents but once you are used to it, it is super easy to handle.

Summary: We use LiveAgent to have a unified help desk for all departments. We have internal help desk tickets for software support and also handle external complaints. The live chat feature is great, along with the ticketing system.
Positive: We receive a lot of emails and chats so LiveAgent helps a lot with managing that level of interaction.
Negative: Poor statistics and reporting, a more granular approach would be better.
