Summary: We love using this as birthday cards for our teachers, and the picture collages are always a huge hit.

Positive: We use this regularly for teacher appreciation and birthdays. The opportunity to include pictures is always appreciated.

Negative: None - it's really easy to use and distribute to people.

Summary: I love kudoboards and do them for every bday and special event in the office. for baby showers its especially helpful that you can contribute to a gift card amount without having to send direct gifts.

Positive: Easy, always-on, downloadable and customizable. Mostly love that gifs as well as manually uploading images with the person the board is for is an option.

Negative: Cost for more than 5+ people. Many companies do not expense this so out of pocket...

Summary: I really enjoy using this method of getting all of my remote colleagues involved in team camaraderie!

Positive: I like how quick and easy it is to create a kudoboard and share a link for my colleagues to be able to share their well wishes!

Negative: Personally, when using Kudoboard I haven't experienced any yet!

Summary: Definitely fits our needs for a simple board but also has a lot of other cool features (like video) that I don't often use.

Positive: Kudoboard is super easy to use - from developing the board to reaching out to collaborators to sending the board, it's all very simple and straight-forward.

Negative: I feel like the free version used to be sufficient for our needs, but 10 posts is pretty limited. I wish there were a lighter and cheaper version than the smallest paid option you currently offer.

Summary: My overall experience has been very positive! I've been a Kudoboard user for 2-3 years now and I love it! I have a lot of fun setting up the boards and even more fun finding a GIF to use for my message! GREAT site, GREAT experience, HUGE fan. Thank you!

Positive: Kudoboard is easy, there are options/card designs for any and every event and I love that everyone can add their own image or GIF to personalize each individual message. I use Kudoboard for team birthday cards, farewell cards, get well cards, all kinds of cards and everyone always enjoys them! The ability to schedule when it is sent is also a huge pro and a feature that I love. I'll continue to use Kudoboard as long as it's available!

Negative: I just don't like reminding people who still forget to sign it - but that is not a problem for Kudoboard, just myself.

Summary: Overall, I really love using Kudoboard for team birthday celebrations. It's a great tool as we are a virtual office!

Positive: Super easy to use and the collaboration that came happen amongst team members is great. I love that you can include fun gifs for added flair!

Negative: Not much to list here! If anything, cost might be a deterrent should you have a larger group of folks you are sending cards to. Otherwise, no real cons!

Summary: Great platform that I haven't seen before, easy to use and automate, easy to collab with other teams and easy to share with the people that are being celebrated!

Positive: I love that you are able to schedule the boards from sending it to people to fill it out, to sharing it with the person thats being celebrated.

Negative: I wish there was a way to automate the dates when to send the boards, vs doing it manually.

Having more variety for the board themes.

Summary: I love it and we use it every time we have an occasion at work (farewells, giving birth, getting married, travelling etc.)

Positive: I like the idea and the whole thing..digital, adjustable background depending on the reason for the card, GIFs (add your own or search), how the creator of a card can adjust the arrangement, etc.

Negative: Price is a bit too much for the lowest number of people. Maybe introduce a cheaper version for up to 10 ppl?
Plus needs more backgrounds for each option or the ability to upload our own background that would be great.

Summary: Overall, my experience these past years has been great. I've managed to make every recipient very happy and loved. Providing digitally in a single place, a lot of love and support, very customized and unforgettable gifts, very easily accessible for recipients and participants. And just stays there for them to be printed, or to look at them for the memories.

Positive: Kudoboard system is very convenient, you can group up all the people in a single place digitally, to make them feel special and unique. With the plus of the ability to attach a giftcard on it, later redeemable by the recipient. At the same time, it offers a lot of customization to fit your celebration needs and make it unique, allowing you to shape it accordingly for that special person or occasion.

Negative: The redeem options are slightly limited, and the customization options lacks some basic features, like for example, selecting the colors of the themes, instead you have presets with colors and backgrounds. And customizable background for the most expensive type of board. Still, more customization over the colors would be nice.

Summary: Very user friendly, it's nice to have everyone be able to contribute and read what everyone shared.

Positive: I like that there are new backgrounds added regularly. It is very user friendly and such a great way to celebrate!

Negative: I wish you could change the color of the front, more backgrounds for all categories.

Summary: Kudo's to Kudoboard. It s a great app to help celebrate others. Our company uses it all the time for many different occasions and I have recommended it to friends to get for their company's. My first experience was during my onboarding. The Kudoboard was in my email inbox on my first day at our company and I was thrilled to receive it.

Positive: Kudoboard is super easy app to use to celebrate others for any occasion. Graphics, gifs, it's all there. We use the app to celebrate new hires, promotions, work anniversaries, weddings, births and any other time we want to wish someone well, even if they are leaving our organization There are lots of options to create backgrounds, custom font choices to make each Kudoboard unique and special for the recipient.

It's easy to set up a board, the app practically takes you step by step. You can even schedule the board to send automatically, taking the the pressure off reminding you to do it.

Negative: I would love if Kudoboard would send me a reminder for those occasions that would happen annually like a birthday or work anniversary. That would be an added bonus. Or even let me store birthdays in the app and have it trigger a reminder email for me to set up a board a week before. Maybe a question, do you want a reminder set for this board in the future.

Summary: Kudoboard has made my job as facilitating in team spirit and improving morale, so much easier. We use it for recognitions, farewells and birthdays and always makes our employees feel so welcomed and special.
