Summary: Overall, I recommended Kudoboard for that extra special way of having a forever digital greeting card. There is so many options to personalize it and such an ease of use!

Positive: This is the 4th time I have used Kudoboard. The ease of sending people the link to add their love and/or people sending me their greeting to add for them is so functional! The options of uploading videos and pictures, or even entertaining memes and gifs is loved by everyone. This is such a way to personalize your best wishes and love for someone special in your life.

Negative: Nothing! If you want to add more memes and gifs, bit you already offer a ton!

Summary: Great! It is very easy to navigate the Kudoboard site, choose the celebration and create the greeting. :)

Positive: Kudoboard makes sending a group greeting so easy! Simply enter the recipients details, choose the event and the card design. You can even schedule e-delivery or send manually.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind. Very easy to use for my teams needs.

Summary: I've used the Kudoboard many times and I definitely would recommend it to everyone. It has been used for personal and workforce.

Positive: When you may have forgotten and important date the Kudoboard is a lifesaver. The board covers every important date you may have along with great designs.

Negative: Sometimes it's a little difficult to access what you need. Instructions should be more clear.

Summary: It’s super easy to use and simple to send a nice note to a colleague. We have used it for employee promotions and holidays.

Positive: We use Kudoboard for all sorts of events. Employee retirements , get wells, promotions and office happenings.

Negative: Would love regular updates from Kudoboard in new features as they happen.

Summary: We use Kudoboards for birthdays, anniversaries, and other things to celebrate our colleagues achievements. I am able to easily distribute these boards to our whole office and outside representatives. This allows everyone near and far to come together and celebrate each other.

Positive: I love that these are so easy to set up, we are a larger company who love to celebrate our employees. It is nice that this is so easy to set up and distribute to everyone.

Negative: I would enjoy a little more customization options for the boards. Because we have so many people I try not to use the same things over and over again.

Summary: Awesome way to show appreciation to your team and celebrate special moments together! It promotes good vibes in the cultural workplace.

Positive: I love how the team can easily contribute and add messages to a greeting card. It’s super easy to use, really user-friendly, and honestly, it makes you want to create more cards!

Negative: It would be awesome if you could add more themes, backgrounds, and font styles, it’ll make the presentation even more vibrant and fun!

Summary: Great platform for sending group cards. I use this for birthday cards for all my co-workers and it is a great way to get the full team to contribute with well-wishes whenever they have a chance with an automatic/timed send.

Positive: This platform is very easy to use and is atheistically pleasing. The photos, GIFs and emojis you can use are fun and the way the notes are broken up make the cards easy to read.

Negative: The cost of each card for a virtual card is pretty high. Would love for cost per card for basic usage and less than 20 people signing could go down, and/or there were more package options for less $$$$.

Summary: Overall, Kudoboard has made it easy to find a meaningful way to recognize those around us for any occasion.

Positive: The process for celebrating someone is convenient and easy. There are different ways to personalize based on who you are celebrating and what you are celebrating.

Negative: It would be nice the lite version had short video capability.

Summary: Kudoboard is a fun and easy way to recognize and acknowledge our coworkers life events. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple platform to send e-cards from a group.

Positive: Fun GIF options, extremely easy website and platform to navigate, & several options to fit the right occasion.

Negative: We have a workaround for this now but our company firewall blocks the email if we send it directly from Kudoboard.

Summary: great way to show appreciation to members of the team. excellent and easy format to edit and add posts as well as media.

Positive: Easy to access and personalize. Dashboard is good to see past Kudoboards. Good to see when it was opened/received.

Negative: "resetting" the send in order to view recipient email address.

Summary: I find Kudobards to be a great addition to how our Department collectively shares sentiments, especially with our remote workers. I am grateful for it!

Positive: We use Kudoboard for all our office colleague birthdays, and it's fantastic. Everyone contributes and I love being able to schedule-send it.
It's also great for sympathy cards - it allows everyone to share their condolences without the recipient being bombarded with in-person well-wishes.

Negative: The backgrounds could be a little more varied, but perhaps that comes with the more expensive version? It might be nice to choose your own background, if possible. It also used to be a smidge cheaper, if I'm not mistaken.

Summary: Easy to use, get experience! I like the gifs and that it is signed so people can know who wished them well.

Positive: Easy to get all coworkers to sign since it is digital so even those not in this office can sign. Makes it simple.

Negative: Cost - my company won't pay so it is out of pocket.

Summary: We use it a lot for recognition - service anniversaries, birthdays, even company contests - such as Halloween costumes or Ugly sweater!

Positive: I love how user-friendly it is - it's a great tool to connect remote employees. It can be challenging to feel connected and engaged - Kudoboard makes it possible!

Negative: All is good - no complaints! I only wish we had started using it sooner :)

Summary: I come back to Kudoboard for everything work-related: a retirement, a layoff, a coworker's birthday, etc. It's the first place I go to when my virtual team is saying goodbye, congratulations, etc. to others in the workplace.

Positive: Everything about Kudoboard is easy - setup, sharing, adding gifts (money), reviewing/modifying and sending. I like how you can customize the layout on the fly by grabbing and moving content around. It's also fun to be able to upload your own images/gifs. You can set the background and choose different animations, such as hearts falling down the screen. You can share through the application, or copy/paste the link and send to others. There are different pricing plans, depending on the number of signees you're expecting. You can always upgrade if you need more people to sign.

Negative: The only thing I could say is the lack of backgrounds/animations. I chose a board for saying Farewell. The one option provided falling hearts. That wasn't appropriate for a coworker leaving. I didn't find anything else suitable, so I just removed it altogether.

Summary: Would definitely recommend! We used to buy cards for every occasion, but this is has made celebrating so much easier!

Positive: Easy to get everyone together to celebrate and share love with someone. There are fun personalize the board and the message being left. Also, its logistically easy, allowing for schedule sends and sharing. Its also great that you can attach a gift through Kudoboard, making it a one stop shop.

Negative: No true cons because it super easy to use. I do wish AI was included to help create a message.
