Summary: Overall, really like this platform. I use it for coordinating work gifts and it has made my job much easier. Only downside is lack of customization/theme options.

Positive: Easy to setup, easy to send out, convenient for all contributors, easy to send money as a group gift. Perfect for work/group gifts.

Negative: Not many designs/themes to choose from for each occasion. Also would like a customizable option.

Summary: Since I work remotely, I find it useful using kudoboard to celebrate people's achievements and milestones this way

Positive: Kudoboard is a great way to celebrate people and life events remotely, such as birthdays, weddings, births, and people leaving.

Negative: There isn't a lot I don't like, perhaps the GIFs cover the nice background imagery.

Summary: This is a great option for those in the workplace looking for a way to keep their teams engaged, shared well wishes and be able to deliver greeting cards with kind messages.

Positive: Easy to use with a remote team, so everyone can sign cards and send well wishes. We use it for birthdays, work anniversaries and retirement. It's an easy way to get the entire team engaged regardless of where they're working from.

Negative: I don't have any complaints. I think the site is easy to navigate and use.

Summary: Kudoboards have been great for sending notes and gift cards to coworkers. A convenient and creative way to include everyone to show support to coworkers for various reasons.

Positive: Easy, efficient, fun, convenient. This is our go-to for showing support of coworkers in times of need, celebrating accomplishments, etc.

Negative: Some people do not want to make an account to add funds to a gift card.

Summary: Have used for engagements, weddings, baby showers, and sympathy messages for the team. Highly recommend!

Positive: Easy to use from design, messaging, and delivery. Allows for team engagement from a team spread across the country. Recipients love the well wishes from their colleagues.

Negative: Not really many cons that I can think of but if I had to maybe some of the images, gifs aren't super relevant when searching for a specific theme.

Positive: Easy to use, great way to spread cheer among friends and coworkers. It creates a space for team members and friends to celebrate even if they are miles apart. And I love all of the personal touches with the messages and gifs.

Negative: There are not any cons from my perspective. I've had great experience with this tool. I currently do not have anything bad to say.

Summary: Overall Kudoboard is our card of choice! We use it for any employee special occasion, including birthdays and anniversaries. Link sharing allows for easy sending to all team members.

Positive: Fun greetings for any occasion with GIFs and personalized notes. Love that you can schedule the greeting to be delivered at a specified time.

Negative: Don't like that you have to pay more for 20+ greetings

Positive: The streamline of creating easy Kudoboards. Being able to send one mass email without the need to keep track. It's a fun way to communicate with teams.

Negative: Would like to have more background options and reminders to be more often for those that have not contributed a Kudoboard.

Positive: Lots of freedom with customizing messages such as adding gifts, photos, emojis, editing text, etc. Love this!

Negative: Limited on # people within the plan, but the plans spell out how many people and how much $ per plan so that's good. No other cons to note other than this so far! Loving it!

Summary: Run, don't walk! You won't regret it. I will definitely be a repeat customer as I look forward to expanding the impact across functional areas in our company.

Positive: Kudoboard is so user friendly. Such a small gesture is making a big impact on employee morale. It's fun seeing all the wonderful comments and funny GIF's being used when creating these boards to recognize employee anniversaries or birthdays. It's such a small investment with an even bigger payout in the end. I love that you can preset the date for it to arrive to the end recipient. Set it and forget it! Love this tool!

Negative: I can't think of anything I don't like about using Kudoboard!

Negative: The yearly membership is too high for our use cases. Not necessarily a con, it's just not set for users like us.

Summary: Despite the expense, it's absolutely worth the investment, because it's ultimately a retention tool for your most important asset - your people.

Positive: It's very easy to create and collaborate on a beautiful digital board to thank a team member - love how simple it is. These messages are really powerful to recognize and appreciate people.

Negative: It is more expensive than you might expect for a simple software.

Summary: Kudoboard is perfect for all purposes for remote work companies! The option to add a gift card or collect contributions toward one is a nice touch.

Positive: Kudoboard makes it easy to recognize my colleagues! It's quick enough that folks will still take time to post a kudo, and there's plenty of options for customization.

Negative: I wish there were even more options for the background!
