Summary: Overall it’s super convenient, especially when you have a last minute event you need a card for and need the whole office to sign. It’s also great when coworkers are out of office or work from home.

Positive: I coordinate our office’s birthday cards and Kudoboard makes it really easy to do that. I can customize the card, electronically deliver that card at a prescheduled time, and send reminder emails to those who haven’t filled it out yet. I also enjoy the feature where it reminds you to start a new card when a coworkers birthday is coming up.

Negative: I would like to be able to add my own image as the design of the card.

Summary: It's been a great experience, very intuitive to learn not a huge learning curve and easy for employees to use which is always a plus, the SSO is huge!

Positive: I have been loving the kudoboard, so much easier than emailing a virtual card, or using an in person one. People are really able to engage in all sorts of boards and events and it makes it easy to access anywhere for all our employees across the country. Customer service has been great about all my questions and responding quickly!

Negative: I dont have any cons off the top of my head just yet

Summary: My go to for all celebrations! Love this application. Our team uses it for all celebrations for our staff!!

Positive: Great way to celebrate staff! Easy to use. Great variety of backgrounds, celebrations, and fun to use.

Negative: Nothing! I am disappointed to learn that a Hospital is being charged.

Summary: Love Kudoboard and I will continue using it. An area of opportunity would be to integrate AI in creating our own Gifs :)

Positive: I like that it is a quick way to get a lot of people to contribute / express thoughts to send kudos / best wishes / gratitude to someone. I love the different GIFs we can add to the cards. They are so much fun.

Summary: Fantastic experience so far! Like using it in our small organization so we can spread cheer and care.

Positive: Fine features, people who receive the cards love them!

Negative: Wish it were a little easier to save as a PDF or print.

Positive: The simplicity of the use of this product. The possibility to attach pictures, videos, and GIFs. The fact that you can plan the sending.

Negative: Maybe the backgrounds could be a bit more fine and elegant

Positive: I appreciate how intuitive Kudoboard is to use. My team often uses it to send group birthday messages -- we find it super simple to set up, contribute, and schedule delivery

Negative: There have been one or two times where the "schedule delivery" feature has glitched and I've had to manually deliver the board

Summary: We are loving Kudoboard for our US team (from East to West coast) to celebrate service anniversaries and farewells! Quick and easy to get to everyone I want to sign and such a joyful response from those who receive it!

Positive: Kudoboard is easy to set up, accessible to all of my team (remote across the US), quick and customizable.

Negative: Can't customize header color after selecting background.

Summary: Overall, really like this platform. I use it for coordinating work gifts and it has made my job much easier. Only downside is lack of customization/theme options.

Positive: Easy to setup, easy to send out, convenient for all contributors, easy to send money as a group gift. Perfect for work/group gifts.

Negative: Not many designs/themes to choose from for each occasion. Also would like a customizable option.

Summary: Since I work remotely, I find it useful using kudoboard to celebrate people's achievements and milestones this way

Positive: Kudoboard is a great way to celebrate people and life events remotely, such as birthdays, weddings, births, and people leaving.

Negative: There isn't a lot I don't like, perhaps the GIFs cover the nice background imagery.

Summary: This is a great option for those in the workplace looking for a way to keep their teams engaged, shared well wishes and be able to deliver greeting cards with kind messages.

Positive: Easy to use with a remote team, so everyone can sign cards and send well wishes. We use it for birthdays, work anniversaries and retirement. It's an easy way to get the entire team engaged regardless of where they're working from.

Negative: I don't have any complaints. I think the site is easy to navigate and use.

Summary: Kudoboards have been great for sending notes and gift cards to coworkers. A convenient and creative way to include everyone to show support to coworkers for various reasons.

Positive: Easy, efficient, fun, convenient. This is our go-to for showing support of coworkers in times of need, celebrating accomplishments, etc.

Negative: Some people do not want to make an account to add funds to a gift card.

Summary: Have used for engagements, weddings, baby showers, and sympathy messages for the team. Highly recommend!

Positive: Easy to use from design, messaging, and delivery. Allows for team engagement from a team spread across the country. Recipients love the well wishes from their colleagues.

Negative: Not really many cons that I can think of but if I had to maybe some of the images, gifs aren't super relevant when searching for a specific theme.

Summary: Loving using Kudoboard is a great way to celebrate someone's birthday, anniversary, or baby shower.

Positive: Easy to use, great way to spread cheer among friends and coworkers. It creates a space for team members and friends to celebrate even if they are miles apart. And I love all of the personal touches with the messages and gifs.

Negative: There are not any cons from my perspective. I've had great experience with this tool. I currently do not have anything bad to say.
