Summary: We use Kudoboard for a variety of different celebrations - from employee recognition to birthdays and work anniversaries!

Positive: We love that a large group can contribute, that you can deliver at a pre-designated time, and that we can attach a gift.

Negative: No current cons to speak of. The service works well and we have never run into issues sending a kudoboard.

Summary: Great way to get cards signed by many in the office - and fast!! It really helps streamline the process of everyone signing a goodbye card or a congrats card in the office. The old way took soooo long and this way is just magic.

Positive: Kudoboard replaces the greeting card in the office. It makes it easy for the admin to set up the board, and email it to everyone. You get notifications when people sign it and can track and add/edit it anytime you need to. This is a GENIUS invention and we use it a LOT at Medtronic. Thank you Kudoboard!

Negative: There are no cons!! There are no cons! There are NO CONS!

Summary: Overall, this has been a great way to improve team morale and show staff appreciation. Having the ability to collect digital signatures has made life so much easier.

Positive: I've been using Kudoboard for about 2 years now and it has been a game changer! For teams that are hybrid, remote or just a big team and difficult to coordinate card signing, Kudoboard makes it easy to gather all signers in one place and digitally deliver it to the recipient. I appreciate that Kudoboard also notifies me when the recipient opens the card.

Negative: For smaller teams, I hope there'd be another version available for 10 posts and under. The Lite is great with up to 20 contributors but it'd be greater if there was a version of a board for smaller teams.

Summary: Using Kudoboard to celebrate my colleague’s retirement was a heartwarming experience. It allowed our entire team—spread across different locations—to contribute heartfelt messages, photos, and even videos. The final board was beautifully organized and easy to share. Seeing everyone’s appreciation in one place made the moment truly special and memorable for our colleague.

Positive: Kudoboard is an excellent and easy-to-use platform that brings people together in meaningful ways. I’ve used it multiple times to celebrate staff milestones—from retirements and new career opportunities to offering support during difficult times like the loss of a loved one. It’s simple to set up and share, with a wide range of backgrounds, GIFs, and customization options that make each board feel personal and heartfelt. I highly recommend it for any team or organization looking to foster connection and appreciation.

Negative: Nothing really - it is easy for teams working remotely.

Summary: Overall it’s super convenient, especially when you have a last minute event you need a card for and need the whole office to sign. It’s also great when coworkers are out of office or work from home.

Positive: I coordinate our office’s birthday cards and Kudoboard makes it really easy to do that. I can customize the card, electronically deliver that card at a prescheduled time, and send reminder emails to those who haven’t filled it out yet. I also enjoy the feature where it reminds you to start a new card when a coworkers birthday is coming up.

Negative: I would like to be able to add my own image as the design of the card.

Summary: It's been a great experience, very intuitive to learn not a huge learning curve and easy for employees to use which is always a plus, the SSO is huge!

Positive: I have been loving the kudoboard, so much easier than emailing a virtual card, or using an in person one. People are really able to engage in all sorts of boards and events and it makes it easy to access anywhere for all our employees across the country. Customer service has been great about all my questions and responding quickly!

Negative: I dont have any cons off the top of my head just yet

Summary: My go to for all celebrations! Love this application. Our team uses it for all celebrations for our staff!!

Negative: Nothing! I am disappointed to learn that a Hospital is being charged.

Summary: Love Kudoboard and I will continue using it. An area of opportunity would be to integrate AI in creating our own Gifs :)

Positive: I like that it is a quick way to get a lot of people to contribute / express thoughts to send kudos / best wishes / gratitude to someone. I love the different GIFs we can add to the cards. They are so much fun.

Positive: I appreciate how intuitive Kudoboard is to use. My team often uses it to send group birthday messages -- we find it super simple to set up, contribute, and schedule delivery

Negative: There have been one or two times where the "schedule delivery" feature has glitched and I've had to manually deliver the board

Summary: We are loving Kudoboard for our US team (from East to West coast) to celebrate service anniversaries and farewells! Quick and easy to get to everyone I want to sign and such a joyful response from those who receive it!

Positive: Kudoboard is easy to set up, accessible to all of my team (remote across the US), quick and customizable.

Negative: Can't customize header color after selecting background.
