Summary: I enjoy my experience with Kudoboard and will use again. My favorite thing is how easy it is so share and I appreciate how beautiful the templates are!

Positive: I love that I can bring the in-office and remote members of my team together to create a meaningful and beautiful board to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and more!

Negative: Pricing it a bit high and can add up if you are using the product frequently.

Summary: I'm glad to switched over to Kudobaord as our way of sending virtual birthday cards! Being 100% remote, it's a great way to build connective tissue between our team.

Positive: I love that the Kudoboard makes it so easy to celebrate each other's birthdays! It' so easy to set up and as a signer, it's so easy to customize a message with gifs and pictures! And it looks so good as well.

Negative: I love everything about it, there are no cons that I can think of.

Summary: Kudoboard is a powerful tool to engage with staff and friends alike. I will continue to use it in the future.

Positive: Setting up greetings on Kudoboard is easy to do; no fuss, no muss. It’s convenient to provide staff an online portal to express their well wishes, congratulations, or condolences. The scheduled delivery option provides a flexible timeline to allow all participants to do their entries on their schedule. Since I was introduced to Kudoboard I’ve used it several times and will continue to do so. An excellent tool.

Negative: I was a little confused when the scheduled delivery time was expressed in a different time zone than my own.

Summary: Love this for my virtual team to celebrate birthdays or to wish a teammate well if sick or recovering. Very easy to use and share out to contributors.

Positive: Ease of setup and sharing out with contributors. I also love the fact there are so many option as to how the receiver of the board can choose how to use the gift card funds.

Negative: Wish there was another tier between the lite and premium that allowed videos or maybe an option where you pay a base price for the board and have the option to pick our own features for the board for $x price (pending on the feature).

Summary: Overall, Kudoboard has been great for our work environment and it is a great way to celebrate a special day/occasion.

Positive: This has been a great way to celebrate birthdays in our office. It takes 30 seconds to post a unique message to your coworker and share a special message.

Negative: After using it for awhile, you run out of new material, BUT this just means you have to become more creative.

Summary: Excellent system. Very great for the environment since it’s all digital and easy for recipients to save their board!

Positive: Love the ease of scheduling delivery and picking a variety of designs. It’s great to be able to invite others to add to the board.

Negative: Nothing at this time. System has been easy to use!

Summary: Loved my experience- my team is always looking forward to seeing the sweet messages that they get on here.

Positive: I love that I can make my work team feel special. We are cross regional and it helps greatly. I think that this is an opportunity to give someone a shout out or wish for happy birthday in a very easy and efficient manner.

Negative: I don't have any. I think this was very well thought through and planned.

Summary: It’s a great tool to give a shout out to my coworkers. Our team uses it for birthdays or to celebrate any milestone. The best feature is that it lets you collaborate with other coworkers, so multiple people can write in the same post. It also allows you to raise money for a gift card and it can automatically deliver the Kudoboard to anyones email. We have the premium package and it’s totally worth it!

Positive: It allows post by multiple people, schedule sends to anyone’s email, it notifies when the board is opened and let them send a thank you note.

Negative: Can be pricy! Almost 10 dollars a post. Our team went for the premium feature and it’s totally worth it.

Summary: I really enjoy using Kudoboard for those special occasions where you want to recognize a colleague. It allows for creativity in a professional environment. The user friendly platform makes it very inclusive and fun to use. It creates an opportunity for bonding experiences within the team.

Positive: I have used the Kudoboard platform for the last couple of offices that I have worked for. I like how it is user friendly and inclusive for all members of your office staff. The possibilities are endless and the Kudoboards can be created to accommodate small offices and up to very large offices with many staff members. It’s just that special touch when you want to recognize someone special!

Negative: I don’t like that you cannot attach a gift card to the Kudoboard when the recipient opens it. It would be perfect if you could do this! Currently, we have to send the gift card separately.

Summary: Our Admin Team is located at different branches on the west coast from San Diego to Alaska. Kudoboard keeps us connected when celebrating each other.

Positive: Enjoy and appreciate the fact we can or cannot use gif's, photos, and/or emojis. Lots of options to make our messages unique.

Negative: Limited birthday backgrounds. I've used Kudoboards at my last couple jobs for all staff, each year, and we tend to have to recycle backgrounds because we've used them all.

Summary: I love having this resource to use in my role as an Educator. I have found many times where this came in handy. It's better than a hand written thank you note!

Positive: Easy to create. Fun. Engaging. We used this to send our condolences to a school where they lost a student due to a mass shooting in our state.

Negative: I wish there were a free option or a less expensive option.

Summary: Pretty good experience with Kudoboard so far, as stated in my "Pro" section, I do enjoy it as I use it for work, to show love and appreciation to my team for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Positive: I do enjoy being able to send my team work anniversaries, birthday etc. It makes it easy to have fun ideas for the staff and team alike.

Negative: Not much that I dislike, I think the only thing that could be better is being able to mass copy and paste emails for the same people.

Summary: I love it, i don't know about the pricing, t is paid for by my employer. i have a link in my signature so people will have even easier access to it.

Positive: Easy to use, allows for creativity, love the follow up reminders, i love the gifs, i have used it for individual cards and for group cards. It is a great replacement for the card that used to be passed around the office--now we are all remote and we can still send messages this way!

Negative: I don't have any cons, my experience has been great every time. I wish i had an icon i could put on my task bar, i have to go back to previous emails to access it.

Summary: I have used Kudoboard for a while, as had several members of my workplace and will continue to do so, it's really good.

Positive: It's a great platform - easy to set up, it's easy to manage and make any changes and then it's easy to distribute.

Negative: Nothing - all the hard work of going around to get signatures is taken away!

Summary: Love it. Will continue to use it weekly/monthly to send happy notes to our team! I think it certainly brightens everyones day.

Positive: Love that we can have as many people as we want write messages, that we can postdate it to send AND it sends us a message 24 hrs before it sends.

Negative: None that I can think of. The only thing I would say is maybe if there can be videos too with the giphys!
