Summary: Will continue to use it for Bdays and special recognition.

Positive: Very easy to use and saves me the trip and cost of buying a card, and passing it around the office (without the recipient knowing!)

Negative: There is nothing in the product that I saw as a con.

Summary: Kudoboard is my favorite and only go to celebration software! I would not use any other system for all the Pro's I already mentioned. Our company loves it and uses it daily!

Positive: I love Kudoboard for it's simplicity, ease of use, and fun features. It is a great way to celebrate all types of occasions and a way for people to collaborate and join in the celebration.

Negative: There is nothing that I do not like, I love this software system!

Summary: We use Kuboboard a lot to recognize various life events among our coworkers. It's great! Convenient, fun, inclusive, and personal.

Positive: I love that anyone can sign from anywhere and it's much easier than passing around a physical card. It's great that people can include their own photos/videos or choose from the Kudoboard collection - it's a great way to personalize.

Negative: I really can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Summary: My overall experience using Kudoboards has been wonderful! We use this almost weekly and have had no issues.

Positive: Love the user friendly platform! Great ways to show appreciation and celebration for teammates and colleagues!

Negative: There are no negatives that I can think of so far.

Summary: As a virtual company, it can be difficult to build a culture. This product assists in allowing us to celebrate the individuals/staff in a way that they can share their personality and honor the recipient.

Positive: 1. Easy to use, phone compatible
2. Inexpensive- comparable to a physical card price
3. Fun and customizable
4. Allows for celebrations which feel genuine

Negative: There is not much I dislike in this product. We have not had a disappointing delivery.

Summary: It's such an amazing to have this operating within the teams, it does build a lot of excitement. Easier to get everyone to post on kudo board without tracking where the card is and who has it.
Love your able to set up the card to be sent automatically.

Positive: - Builds engagement, excitement within the teams!
- Cost effective, user-friendly for those not tech-savvy.
- Multiple people can contribute to celebrating a special occasion even though they may be in a different state or country.

Negative: - requires internet connection
- some people like more standards personal boards

Summary: Kudoboard is easy to use and convenient. It's definitely a good product that I would recommend, especially in a work environment.

Positive: We have been using Kudoboard at my work for several years now. It's easy to set up and it's nice to be able to celebrate birthdays and such. I love that my work account syncs to the emails so I don't have to dig for everyone's email address.

Negative: The graphics could be much better. They are too plain and the style isn't my favorite.

Summary: Really good option for messaging to a global team. Speedy, efficient and can ensure timely delivery.

Positive: Like the design options and the ease of uploading images. Also like the scheduling function to ensure timely delivery and the notification of a sent and opened message.

Negative: Can't think of any downsides but wonder if one day there could be a sound function?

Summary: This is such a great way to send your messages / wishes. It's creative and not your typical card but has the same impact!

Positive: It's simple to set up and has some cool Gifs included! It adds a nice personal touch to it also, and unique!

Negative: None that comes to mind - everything is pretty simple and easy to use.

Summary: I find Kudoboard to be a useful tool for recognizing team birthdays, work anniversaries and other accomplishments in our mostly-remote environment.

Positive: + Easy to set up a board
+ Easy to add and invite contributors
+ Lots of backgrounds from which to choose
+ Fun GIFs and images
+ Board tracking and reminders

Negative: - Expensive for number of active contributors
- Can become repetitive when used year over year

Summary: This is my go-to when a colleague has a birthday, life event (baby or retirement) or just a simple "thank you for being awesome". The platform is easy to use, gives you several options to share so others can interact and provides a way for the recipient to give their thanks.

Positive: Easy to Use.
A lot of variety for different occasions.
Fun options to sign (GIFs, images and emojis).

Negative: The only "con" I can think of is that you can't customize the font. That would be a neat addition if you can change the color of the font and pick the style that you'd like.

Summary: I guess, how is it really different than people just posting to a Facebook wall? I have gotten feedback from others on that.

Positive: Video, easy to share link and collaborate with others, automatically sends it, clean looking interface.

Negative: Cost, it would be helpful for the app to automatically send reminders (maybe that exists but I do not know).

Summary: Overall I love Kudoboards! I should have purchased the subscription. I didn't realize how easy and frequently I would use them. For work purposes we use them monthly!

Positive: Easy and intuitive.

Variety of board selection.

Negative: Board selection limits - if you have 1 person over the limit to sign the board you need to buy the upgraded board which then has more people available to sign which isn't needed. Would like to see smaller number ranges for boards with equivalent purchase pricing.

Summary: I have been with my company a little over 6 months, and Kudoboard have made it easy to connect with my fellow co-workers as well as showing my personality! We have gotten to celebrate birthdays, retirements, promotions, etc!!!!

Positive: I love the ease of creating our boards for our associates. I am able to choose backgrounds to match the occasion, upload GIFs, pictures, etc, as well as adding messages. As a creator of our boards, I am able to choose when to deliverer the boards and if not opened in a timely manner, Kudoboard will notify me with the link to the board, so I can send it directly to the recipient.

Negative: There are no cons to this easy way of posting celebrations!!!

Summary: Overall experience is positive. Easy application to set up and use. Easy to deliver to recipient when you choose.

Positive: Super easy to set up, love that you can schedule delivery to recipient, lots of background choices depending on the occasion.

Negative: There hasn't been anything negative about using this product.
