I would recommend this as it encourages people to contribute even if they are working from home or in another location.
The recipient can keep the link afterwards.

Positive: Collaborative.
The whole team easy to contribute.

Negative: The invite can get stuck in SPAM.
The images sometimes are too big.

Summary: Overall very good and useful product. See pros and cons above. in summary - very easy to create and use greetings, attractive designs, love the "schedule send" feature. Cons are just that there could be a few more enhancements.

Positive: Easy to use! Quick and not a lot of clicks to make a message. Easy to share with a group via simple link. I've never done it, but I think there is a way to download and save, which would be a nice memento - maybe when it is sent it should automatically also send the recipient a pdf file of the card or something... Great that you can schedule sending.

Negative: Wish there was some way to customize backgrounds or that backgrounds changed more often. Wish the free version were just a bit more generous.

Summary: Will continue to use and recommend to others. Kudoboard is easy to use and has great background options.

Positive: Easy way to send greetings and get the whole team to collaborate. Like that it remembers my contacts so I don't have to ask them each time.

Negative: Was unable to add my own GIF. I paid for an upgrade and was still told that my board was full.

Summary: Overall, it's a nice platform to recognize a team member for any celebration. I would recommend. Simple and easy to navigate.

Positive: It's easy to set up. Huge selection of gifs and pictures, I like being able to print it as well. I like the notifications as well.

Negative: You cannot edit after a day of submitting post, you cannot email in bulk, I tend to copy the url and send an email out. Also, have an easier way to thank the team after receiving it. I think currently I would have to add in the emails manually. More fonts, more nicer themes :)

Summary: Overall I feel like there could be cheaper ways to do this but it is convenient and everyone easily understands how to use it.

Positive: It's easy to create group greetings and I like the ability to add GIFs. Easier than going and buying a physical card for lots of people to sign.

Negative: It's expensive for what you actually get and could be a lot cheaper. No option to purchase in alternative currencies which leads to bank charges in the UK.

Summary: Will be a great tool if we can overcome the access issues
Otherwise it has been useful in our "virtual" office.

Positive: The idea of this is great, just frustrating when individuals have to add an access code multiple times to get in.

Negative: Multiple people get a message requiring a code to access the Kudoboard, but after entering the code they still cannot access.
This has happened many times over the past few months and is extremely frustrating for users.
