Summary: Overall great product! Super easy and a great idea to help keep the culture alive with WFH. 10/10 would recommend.

Positive: I love that this takes very little effort from everyone to write something quick but means a lot to the person receiving. Love that you can add gifs as well and change the background to make it more fun.

Negative: Would love more background options! Also would be great if others from outside the Org could add to it (so anyone with the link).

Summary: Overall we really like it and will open a business account to use as a team as we have to pay each time for more users.

Positive: Works internationally for virtual teams.
Options to upgrade.
Easy functionality.
Gift Card options are useful.

Negative: Gift cards available in different currencies please.

Summary: Easy to use. Fun to find GIFs to use. Easy way to bring a smile to my teammates. It could not be easier to use and distribute.

Positive: Easy to send a meaningful and fun message and involve the whole team. Love that you can schedule the delivery so that you can make it and then not have to worry about going back in later to deliver it. The staff thinks these are so fun.

Negative: I have no complaints about this product. It offers a fun and easy way to recognize people.

Summary: I discovered Kudoboard during the pandemic about 2 years ago, It has been an excellent way to still celebrate people during challenging times.

Positive: I love this product. I have used it for retirement congratulations, birthdays, and baby congratulations for personal use and at work. It's an excellent way to allow people from all over to contribute.

Negative: Maybe a few more designs would be great, I see that a few have been added, but even more options would be great.

Summary: We'll continue to use Kudoboard in our company for sending cards due to its simplicity. The cards are always well received too.

Positive: We use Kudoboard now that our team all work virtually. It takes less than a minute to set up a new card; it emails the card our for you to those who you want to contribute; sends reminders to contributors with one click, and again just one click to have the card delivered to the recipient.

Main pro: so easy to use!

Negative: Only downside is that we are based in the UK, so have to pay a currency transaction fee. Nevermind.

Summary: Great platform easy to use for the most part, like the capability to be able to set up early, and send at a later time.

Positive: A great tool to be able to send a shout out to coworkers on their special days or to simply have some acknowledgment!

Negative: Possibly some simplicity on the sending, or better saving features for past email addresses. Or an invite address book that stores all past emails that you can click on instead of typing up the email or names for them to come up.

Summary: I have used Kudoboard for several birthdays. Always a great experience!

Positive: So easy to use.
Easy to link to other contributors.
Quick way to let someone know you're thinking of them.
Can send right away or schedule.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: Good! I really like using Kudoboard to send out birthday cards for our distributed/fully-remote team.

Positive: Great and easy tool for sending virtual birthday cards and other celebrations. Very easy to send to others and schedule delivery to recipient.

Negative: Can't think of any cons! Maybe having the ability to add your own gif would be nice.

Summary: Kudoboard is a fun and easy way to celebrate team milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries! I would recommend this product to others.

Positive: It's easy to set up a board and share it with teammates. I like that you can schedule the board to deliver automatically on a given date/time.

Negative: I wish there were more design options, especially backgrounds. It would also be helpful to have the option to schedule board delivery by the minute (vs. by the hour).

Summary: Overall very happy with creation, contribution, and distribution ease of access. Sometimes slow and some feature unavailable.

Positive: Boards are easy to create. Easy to distribute. Easy for team collaboration with the copy link feature.

Negative: Have occasional issues schedule the delivery or a board.

Summary: I've had a great experience using it, my team members enjoy receiving them, and all-in-all a net-positive for our experience.

Positive: The ability to invite others via email and track their progress.
The ease with which you can create one.

Negative: Features seem limited to me, but I don't know what else I would add.

Summary: I was pleased to have found this as an option to send cards to co-workers. It is a struggle to find 'normal' activities for remote workers, and this has been a blessing. It is easier than sending around an actual card for people to sign!

Positive: Easy to use. Many options for backgrounds and images. Easy to personalize. Scheduling delivery of the Kudoboard is convenient and allows for one-time set up. Once you set up the Kudoboard and schedule delivery, the link goes out to whomever you enter in the email recipient list and your work is done! The website keeps a history of cards you have sent previously, which is a nice feature.

Negative: The backgrounds and gifs are cute and funny, but would prefer to have more professional, understated options as well.

Summary: I have used it on several occasions and it is so easy to use. The staff have fun adding their comments/photos, etc! I love that you can print it off and hang it up on a celebration board for others to see from multiple departments.

Positive: I love the ease of using and sending! The staff have enjoyed adding to it to celebrate others! It helps with acknowledging accomplishments and improves satisfaction! It is a fun way to celebrate and brag!

Negative: I don't have any cons or complaints. It is easy to use and send.

Summary: I LOVE Kudoboard - again it is always my go to for any cards for work (and for personal life). I always tell other folks about it and ensure that is the go to way that my work will share cards for co-workers leaving, retiring, birthdays and everything in between.

Positive: I like how the board looks, that there is an option for a free board, its cheap for a larger board and all of the options for adding to the board. I find it easy to use, share with people to add, and easy for the recipient to access and enjoy.

Negative: Obviously would love not to pay any money, but I appreciate that their is a free option and cheap ways to get premium boards! No other cons though.

Summary: Very positive experience.
I received a Kudoboard for my 25th work anniversary with over 50 kudos from coworkers. I printed it out and have it next to my desk. I love being able to see appreciative messages when I'm having an off day. It resets my mojo.

Positive: So easy and quick to set up.
Being able to add GIFs or upload my own images.
Status updates sent.
Setting the timing of delivery.
Response that they opened it.
Ability to have others invite.
Being able to send the same Kudoboard to more than one person.
Ability to print out the board after the fact.

Negative: Wish it was easier to link my address book to the Kudoboard web app.
