Summary: I've used this 5 times for work and it's easy to send to everyone. It looks clean and I like the option that I can push to send it out and it'll remind me or automatically does it. The 24-hour reminder for others to sign is great and encouraging.

Positive: Love the different style backgrounds, and fonts and can add in creativity with the post - gifs, pics, etc. I like that you can send the invite out directly and only people who have the link can sign. I love the feature when the person receives it and opens it too - gives me peace of mind that it was seen.

Negative: I had no cons or issues with using this. Very straightforward.

Summary: I love Kudoboard, it allows me to recognize team members for special events, awards, etc in an easy to use way--makes remote working more personal.

Positive: The platform is easy to use, the graphics are awesome. I like that 10 people can contribute on the free board.

Negative: I have not come across anything I would change about Kudoboard yet.

Summary: I have had so much positive feedback on the Kudo boards that I have sent, that it makes me happy knowing that we brought a smile to someone's face and made the day a little brighter than it was. I highly recommend everyone use Kudoboard for sending "cards" for any and all occasions to the people in their workplace.

Positive: It is such a great way to send cards to colleagues and get others to "sign" the cards- virtually, keeping us all connected during these times we are in now, that most everyone is working from home or a hybrid schedule. No longer are the days that we physically take a card around the office for others to sign. The Kudoboard is so easy to use and has great tools to make each board look so great for the recipient. It delivers joy and appreciation and lets the person know they are thought of and that is success!

Negative: I have to remember to go in and change the time zone before I set up the delivery or it will send it at a different time then I was planning. Not really a con, just something I need to pay attention to.

Positive: Kudoboard has been a great way to have everyone show love to someone wherever they are. Since working from home, we've used it a lot to send birthday cards, boss day, or just because cards electronically to teammates. Summary: I love that you can invite a group to contribute, set a delivery date, and Kudoboard does the rest.

Positive: Since my office transitioned to working from home we utilize Kudobard for all of our recognition of teammates, such as birthdays, boss’s day, new baby, etc. This is a great platform to send a unique recognition while giving everyone the opportunity to include their individual messages.

Negative: It would be great if you could customize the reminder email to send on work days. Unfortunately, when the Kudoboard is scheduled to deliver on a Monday, the reminder message is sent during the weekend.

Summary: Really like my experience so far and the easy use. I like that we get reminders. We will definitely continue to use it!

Positive: It's super easy to use, other colleagues can quickly come and write a word. I like that we can put .gif and most of all that it can be delivered automatically and we can still continue to contributes afterwards.

Negative: I would like to be able to save it as a file and the person can still open it years later. I like that we can print it, but it's not the best. I would like to have more backgrounds. Also I would like the website to be available in french.

Summary: This is a very useful tool for helping to keep the team connected while working from home, and celebrating the little things can sometimes have a big impact.

Positive: Kudoboard is a fun and easy way to get your whole team involved in celebrating special occasions (birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, retirements, etc.), and has been a great way to connect people with so many now working remotely.

Negative: If you don't have your own go-to library of gifs and memes for special occasions it can sometimes take a while to find what you're looking for in the built-in giphy library.

Summary: Kudoboard provides a quick and easy way to show others you care and are thinking about them. The mini board is perfect for small teams in the office.

Positive: The free mini boards are perfect to send celebratory cards in the office! We use them often for birthdays. It was a great way to stay in touch during the pandemic and we've continued using them even as we've returned to the office. The GIF feature allows you to personalize the greeting and add a special touch.

Negative: I haven't had any issues with Kudoboard. It provides the service I'm looking for.

Summary: I really enjoy this site! It's great to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and give Kudos to your team members.

Positive: - Being able to scheduled delivery date/time
- Being able to add past emails to contribute
- Having GIFs installed is great and easy to use

Negative: - Not enough reminders sent to the contributors through email.

Summary: Our team loves using Kudoboard. It has helped us stay connected while working in a hybrid environment (where each member of the team doesn't necessarily work in the office with every other member of our team).

Positive: Kudoboard has been a great tool to create happy birthday pages for our hybrid team! It allows our team to feel more connected and takes away the difficulty of passing around a birthday card for each event.
We also love that you can schedule the date/time for the page to be sent. It really helps to take away one more step in the process, and you know that the page will always be sent at the correct date/time (and no one will forget to send it!).

Negative: Our team has more than 10 people on it at certain points during the year but the free version only allows 10 posts. This isn't a true con though, as there are options to upgrade your experience (which will allow for more posts).

Summary: A great way for the whole team to be able to write in a card when we work from home and cannot physically get a card round to everyone.

Positive: I love that you can schedule delivery so you don't forget and one link does all and there are lots of themes.

Negative: A little pricey. Could do with some more birthday themes.

Summary: Overall, its a simple interface, easy to interact with, and a lot of the automation makes things smooth (setting dates for boards to be delivered, etc).

Positive: Intuitive design layout once you work with it for a few minutes

Negative: Wish there was a group list you could add a number of emails to and select individual group lists to add to a Kudoboard rather than 1 by 1.

Summary: I love using this and will continue to do so. Always great responses from employees. Definitely a morale booster.

Positive: Kudoboard has allowed the staff to come together for special days and each one feels very appreciated from the generosity. Taking a moment out of your day to wish someone well really makes people feel loved and this has allowed staff to do so. Birthdays are wonderful, each and every employee loves receiving their Kudoboard!

Negative: Only up to 10 signers for free, but we have 12 employees. So it's not worth the fee for our business, so some people get left out on occasion to sign the card.

Summary: I think kudoboards are overall amazing! They send a bit of cheer to someone on their birthday or any special day.

Positive: I love that everyone gets to participate in a virtual card to sign for any occasion! These mean a lot to others.

Negative: I wish we were able to send individual gift cards.

Summary: Pretty awesome! I like it enough and it is super easy. I don't really have more words for me describe it.

Positive: It's easy to recognize people. Especially in our BIG office! I use it often since it is easier than passing around cards and losing them in the shuffle.

Negative: Wish we could upload our own background. It would be cool if we can upload our own backgrounds. More personalized.
