Summary: As above, a simple, intuitive tool which allows collaborative input. I've used this multiple times in the last couple of years and find it is reasonably priced.

Positive: I use Kudoboard as a way to recognize my team members and celebrate things like their birthdays. Managing a number of employees located in different countries to myself means no face to face interaction in person so this goes a long way to helping me make them feel valued. It's a great tool that's really easy to use.

Negative: Nothing! The features of this product are all great. No need to change anything.

Summary: Kudos are exactly that! Kudos to Kudoboard for making them available. I did not know they existed until I moved departments and they use these handy little boards daily

Positive: I love how easy it is to use and the variety of options. We use this as part of a team and it gets used almost daily for birthdays, retirement, bereavement and it is so user friendly. the options to send when you need scheduled is perfect and you do not have to check if it did. It follows up and gives statuses and even asks to send a thank you to recipient!

Negative: Nothing at this point. If I had to say anything which I am going to have to do is, remove the boards i created, i would think it would be nice for them to expire rather than have to delete them.

Summary: Very satisfied and will recommend; everything is great and happy with Kudoboard; will continue using it.

Positive: Very convenient to send greetings to co-workers; the board brings the team together; easy to deliver.

Negative: Everything is great; no cons to mention here; satisfied with Kudoboard.

Summary: Keep up the fun and inspiring messages and look forward to what your teams will add to the system.

Positive: My teams have had such fun creating the boards and expressing such fun GIFs and inspiring messages to our colleagues.

Negative: Continue providing different GIFs and backgrounds for variety of events.

Summary: Overall and excellent tool! Highly recommend. It's become part of our habit for anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

Positive: So easy to involve many members of the team. Love how easy it is to set up a board, involve others. People have adopted this practice here and really love it.

Negative: I tried to use the Slack invite integration and that didn't work. Also once when I set up delivery it didn't work and I had to check in with the person who received it, then share it manually.

Summary: This tool has been great during the pandemic to help our team celebrate birthdays, retirements and connect virtually.

Positive: I like the ability to celebrate virtually, schedule delivery and personalize each greeting. The ability to upload images is a nice feature but it is time consuming searching, saving and uploading.

Negative: I wish there were more gender-neutral backgrounds and that the images were easier to sort so that we don't have to continuously scroll to get to an image that has not yet been used.

Summary: We all love Kudoboard and highly recommend it to everyone!

Positive: Friendly user.... straightforward to navigate. Having Kudoboard during the pandemic was the best way to wish everyone on any occasion and location around the globe. It brought joy to everyone. We ALL love Kudoboard!

Negative: If they can bring the icon or make it more visible the date, delivery, and email of the person you're sending the greetings would really help.

Summary: Have had a great experience with Kudoboard, love the ability to schedule the board to send at a specific date and time.

Positive: Love the variety of GIFS users can post. We use Kudoboard for employee birthday celebrations and have enjoyed it.

Negative: No cons, my organization has really enjoyed using Kudoboard.

Summary: Easy! and enjoyable. I think of a Kudoboard first for any farewell 'cards' at work, for all of the reasons listed above.

Positive: Easy to set up.
Easy to get others to contribute.
Easy to deliver.
Great choice of backgrounds, photos etc to add.

Negative: There is nothing I don't like, I appreciate being able to access a 'free' version for a small number of contributors.

Summary: I've used this 5 times for work and it's easy to send to everyone. It looks clean and I like the option that I can push to send it out and it'll remind me or automatically does it. The 24-hour reminder for others to sign is great and encouraging.

Positive: Love the different style backgrounds, and fonts and can add in creativity with the post - gifs, pics, etc. I like that you can send the invite out directly and only people who have the link can sign. I love the feature when the person receives it and opens it too - gives me peace of mind that it was seen.

Negative: I had no cons or issues with using this. Very straightforward.

Summary: I love Kudoboard, it allows me to recognize team members for special events, awards, etc in an easy to use way--makes remote working more personal.

Positive: The platform is easy to use, the graphics are awesome. I like that 10 people can contribute on the free board.

Negative: I have not come across anything I would change about Kudoboard yet.

Summary: I have had so much positive feedback on the Kudo boards that I have sent, that it makes me happy knowing that we brought a smile to someone's face and made the day a little brighter than it was. I highly recommend everyone use Kudoboard for sending "cards" for any and all occasions to the people in their workplace.

Positive: It is such a great way to send cards to colleagues and get others to "sign" the cards- virtually, keeping us all connected during these times we are in now, that most everyone is working from home or a hybrid schedule. No longer are the days that we physically take a card around the office for others to sign. The Kudoboard is so easy to use and has great tools to make each board look so great for the recipient. It delivers joy and appreciation and lets the person know they are thought of and that is success!

Negative: I have to remember to go in and change the time zone before I set up the delivery or it will send it at a different time then I was planning. Not really a con, just something I need to pay attention to.

Positive: Kudoboard has been a great way to have everyone show love to someone wherever they are. Since working from home, we've used it a lot to send birthday cards, boss day, or just because cards electronically to teammates. Summary: I love that you can invite a group to contribute, set a delivery date, and Kudoboard does the rest.

Positive: Since my office transitioned to working from home we utilize Kudobard for all of our recognition of teammates, such as birthdays, boss’s day, new baby, etc. This is a great platform to send a unique recognition while giving everyone the opportunity to include their individual messages.

Negative: It would be great if you could customize the reminder email to send on work days. Unfortunately, when the Kudoboard is scheduled to deliver on a Monday, the reminder message is sent during the weekend.

Summary: Really like my experience so far and the easy use. I like that we get reminders. We will definitely continue to use it!

Positive: It's super easy to use, other colleagues can quickly come and write a word. I like that we can put .gif and most of all that it can be delivered automatically and we can still continue to contributes afterwards.

Negative: I would like to be able to save it as a file and the person can still open it years later. I like that we can print it, but it's not the best. I would like to have more backgrounds. Also I would like the website to be available in french.
