Summary: Great experience. Would highly recommended for small or large businesses. For costumers and employees.

Positive: Platform allows receivers to choose which merchant to receive gift card from. Less gifts go to the landfill. Environmentally friendly gifting.

Negative: It would be nice to allow physical gifts, for receivers that are less computer savvy.

Summary: Great card and customer service was helpful and stayed on top of any questions I had and response was good too.

Positive: I like the virtual card, didn’t have worries of losing it.
Everyone should try. So many good features amazing.

Negative: None couldn’t find anything wrong with the cards service.

Summary: Overall experience was great for the gusto card. I spend a lot of my money on Tim Hortons but they for sure need more varieties for fast food options.

Positive: I like how the Guusto card was accessible to a variety of options and how you can redeem the money at different companies and not use all the money at one place. It was very convenient to shop for different people during the holidays.

Negative: I didn’t like how there was a lot of different companies that weren’t part of the Canada industry. A lot of the restaurants were based in the United States and not in Canada.

Summary: I like that there is an easy program for employees to receive recognition for their hard work and dedication.

Positive: I like how easy the page is to navigate and how simple it is to cash in your rewards for a gift card of your choice! There are lots of vendors to choose from.

Negative: So far I don't have any complaints. Everything has been great!

Summary: Perfect!! And very user friendly, designed well and has different outlook on every page, loads of options and easy to navigate.

Positive: It’s user friendly and easy to access for incentives and rewards, I have been using different methods for incentives and this is the best ever.

Negative: None, it’s the best and it’s very accommodating... most of the vendors are in there, might need to add more US based vendors.

Summary: Very good. Very secure. Gives many options and a variety. I will recommend for any business to use.

Positive: I enjoyed the ease of use with the software and choosing multiple cards so I get what I'm looking for in a secure way.

Negative: There was some options I wish I could choose for my local area that weren't available.

Summary: It was a great experience overall. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking to send gift cards.

Positive: I liked that the Guusto gift card was it was straight forward to use and the website was easy to navigate. This is an amazing option for those who would like to give gift cards. There are many options for gift card provider. I like that it is something that can be sent through email!

Negative: I didn't find any cons. The gift card was easy to use and the the options were many.

Summary: Probably my favourite gift card experience, because I GOT TO PICK :) Would recommend using this in all organizations for employee recognition. I liked it because even if the giver does not really know the receiver, ie. in large organizations, there's a store on there for everyone!

Positive: The pros are obvious - I preceptor, and this was what I received as a thank you. I had the ease of picking from many stores that I liked, and using the dollar amount towards gift cards at any of the locations (You can split up amounts and are not forced to spend it all at one store). The online capacity makes me feel safe, especially during a pandemic, it's as socially distanced as it comes!

Lastly - pretty instant to have the gift cards!

Negative: I have no complaints, the store list I'm sure will continue to expand.

Summary: I'm really happy that I got introduced to Gusto.
It's a really great platform, having access to digital gift card and checking your balance makes it very easy to use.
I highly recommend it.

Negative: I like having a physical copy of a gift card, but having a digital copy is not bad after all.

Summary: I have received a gift card from my employer through Guusto as an appreciation for the work I do. I’ve heard about Guusto earlier, but didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Now receiving a virtual gift card I had click on the received link and was automatically transferred to Guusto website. It was very easy to follow all the instructions and I got a chance to pick any gift card I was interested in (they had a ton of choices there!). I am very satisfied with my personal experience!

Positive: Easy to use, great way to recognize work of others, amazing way to show appreciation to your employees.

Negative: There was no cons that I have noticed during my experience.

Summary: I signed in, chose my vendor, and printed my card.

Positive: This app is so incredibly easy to use.

Negative: Emails go to the junk bin. Otherwise there are no problems.
