    Summary: Very impressed with both the capabilities and the service delivered by the Drift team. Though it is hard to justify the price with some key features missing.

    Positive: Setting up the Drift chatbot was really quick and integrates seamlessly with our HubSpot CRM. When we did have an issue the support team responded quickly with accurate info.

    Negative: I would like to see a forms feature added. Though the integration works it would be much neater to have it out of the box here. Especially considering the steep price-point.

    Positive: It was very good to start out with. I work in setting up e- commerce solution's for other people. I started suing drift to set up chats with my customers. The set up was very simple, and it helped greatly.

    Summary: Overall a good platform to start with depending upon your needs. We switched to a new platform, but would be open to revisiting in the future.

    Positive: With our e-commerce business we initially used Drift for customer chats. It was quick to setup and very easy to use, helped us with conversions.

    Negative: Not as many integrations as we'd like or advancement of the platform. We ended up switching to a competitive chat platform - Octane - that had better hooks into Shopify and was launching new features faster.
