    Summary: Since starting to use Drift, I have been able to hit my sales quota for the first time since COVID has began. It was the best decision I have made for our company.

    Summary: Very impressed with both the capabilities and the service delivered by the Drift team. Though it is hard to justify the price with some key features missing.

    Summary: Overall a good platform to start with depending upon your needs. We switched to a new platform, but would be open to revisiting in the future.

    Positive: With our e-commerce business we initially used Drift for customer chats. It was quick to setup and very easy to use, helped us with conversions.

    Negative: Not as many integrations as we'd like or advancement of the platform. We ended up switching to a competitive chat platform - Octane - that had better hooks into Shopify and was launching new features faster.
