Positive: ClickUp is by far the most versatile project management platform I came across. My favorite thing about this tool is, its filtered search to get the right result from search without navigating or manually searching. Construction of the projects is easy to execute remotely.

Negative: Rarely ever found any difficulty on this platform.

Summary: Our overall experience has been great, with being able to track and search projects. I also liked its interface. Overall, ClickUp is a great tool for any size of project management and also for team collaboration.

Positive: ClickUp helps to accomplish every project as well as tasks faster than before. I love the fact every team has a separate board for their tasks. On the positive side, it's a very easy and high performing project management platform. Tracking tasks is also easy.

Negative: To do tasks and alert does not apply to this platform.

Negative: #1- Nothing too much to dislike about ClickUp, but the mobile app doesn't give a seamless experience.

Summary: The ClickUp team has built a top notch product that has many features which are time saving and keep us on task/track. The scheduling is particularly helpful with email reminders. My wife loves to delegate tasks to me (and you can add your image/avatar to the system). We've been using the product for over the past year. The biggest issue is actually staying focused on the to-do items. To actually go into the system and see what you need to do. Adding notes about the status of tasks has been extremely helpful particularly when there is a resolution that is not readily apparent.

Positive: Ability to set up groups/domains. Ability to assign and schedule task due dates. Ability to add attachments and comments.

Negative: The GUI is a bit busy, there is a lot going on. The software is a bit overwhelming at first with the sheer volume of options (not bloat).

Summary: All in all, I believe ClickUp is an excellent project management and collaboration tool that is great for teams of any size. Its simple and user-friendly interface, powerful customization features, and third-party integration make it a great choice for users looking for a comprehensive collaboration platform. Positive: I've been using ClickUp for a few months now, and I've been absolutely amazed by its power and simplicity. For us, as a business, it has greatly improved so many aspects of our business, but the main one I would say is that it has greatly improved the way we do work as a team overall, the creation of projects and the completion of these become less complicated and more easy to work with and finish, it is relatively easy to become a capable team that can do anything. With ClickUp, it is possible to have so much organization and complete all tasks in time and even earlier than expected, have total control over what needs to be done and what is being done, and have monitoring of the rest of the team and their assigned tasks, it has revolutionized and completely changed the way we structure our projects in order to set up a map of proper goals that adjust to our entire mission as a business and help us achieve even bigger goals as time goes by. It is not only an effective software, but it also has saved us so much money because it is affordable and it allowed us to get rid of so much paperwork that we used to do, when we had to spend our budget in physical stuff to complete all our lists, checklists, schedules, and more, it is possible to do this online with ClickUp, and even have more possibilities to edit and change up many things if a better idea comes up that benefits the project in a major way. It is also great to be integrated with other major softwares and we have been able to customize our workflow based on these integrations, as they allow us to become more proactive and become a better version of our team, with so much more organization, time, creativity, and abilities to work in projects together with the help of an amazing software that gives us the right tools to complete and reach every milestone in the time frames that we set for every one of them easily.

Positive: ClickUp is a very modern and reliable software. It is a very organized software that helps with the monitoring and revision of every task and project that is being worked on in the company. I like how easy it is to have a complete view of everything that needs to be completed during the day, week, or month, it is a tool that has a very neat and clean dashboard that allows me to be constantly organized and up to date with everything, without risking missing any tasks or important dates. For the different tasks that are created every single day, ClickUp gives me the opportunity to create distinctions between all tasks to help figure out a structure that allows me to finish my work day successfully and completing every task, it allows me to have folders, lists, and spaces that help sort out a lot of relevant information that help have more control over them and have a very innovative view that helps map out different future projects.
With ClickUp's tool, it is possible to customize tasks and provide a different outlook to every project thanks to this customization, I am able to set different tasks that adjust to many types of data, it is overall a helpful tool that helps customize every project the way that it is most suitable to get the best results. Additionally, I like the fact that it is a software that helps with the automation of so many tasks, such as automating triggers and actions for many tasks and customizing the triggers to act the way we want them to and complete the tasks in the way that we want to, all of this is possible thanks to the fact that ClickUp's system has so many pre-built automations that help get an idea of how they can work and what they can do, it offers so many templates that one can work with and choose from, this helps open the mind to creativity and not get stuck in one single template, it has so many templates that are very creative and innovative, as well as modern, that are used for many different aspects of the business and help structure all the projects in a cool way and they are viewed in the dashboard in such an organized way without anything crowding the view or occupying too much space, it feels very modern. Lastly, I think that what I like the most about ClickUp is the fact that it allows the collaboration with third party applications and it allows me to share different documents inside and out of the application with no difficulties, getting rid of having to create and send out emails during the day when I can just share them in the application with the integrations that it provides, it is the best way to collaborate on projects continuously and getting all the tasks completed with the team members and it allows me to save so much time and have better communication with the rest of our team.

Negative: What I don't like about ClickUp is the fact that even though it offers so many incredible tools and has the capacity to hold so much data without looking too crowded, it comes with the disadvantage that it takes too long to learn all the aspects and different features of it, the implementation and deployment of the application took too long and we were all confused by it initially because of the same thing that is good at, which is providing a space with so much tools. It is not a good thing that it does not provide enough support for it to be fairly easy to start using, it does not have enough guides either and it would be great if they could improve their support system and tutorials in order to be more comfortable while using it and start working right away with any project without feeling too confused or without feeling that there is a never ending learning curve with this software, this way it is possible to do all the tasks and projects without wasting too much time trying to learn how the platform works and how every feature works. Another thing that I don't like is the way that I have encountered too many bugs while using the software, usually it is okay if it is a couple of bugs that appear from time to time because I would not consider it as relevant, since it is not as often and it can be overlooked without any complications and it is fixed with just reloading the page, but sometimes it happens continuously when there is a new update and the new changes don't load properly, it is a bit annoying when this happens and they need to fix this because it happens too often and it doesn't leave a good look on the platform in general.

Summary: ClickUp is a platform that is very worthwhile, I recommend it mainly for medium or large companies, although it would really be good for a small company to use the company, since this would help it to optimize the guarantee of each of its projects. I consider that this platform has provided me with a fairly good experience, during the last years that we have been using it, it has demonstrated the ability to manage long-term projects. 1.- Currently, this platform has several work plans, there are several payment plans but there is also a free plan within this platform, it is important to highlight that I liked the free plan a lot, since when I started using it I I realized that it offered very good functionalities, in addition, it allowed me to manage a large number of projects and tasks without any limits, the free version is very complete and I highly recommend it. We currently use a paid version within the company to have access to many more features of the platform, such as budget management and many other functions, however, it is important to highlight and make it clear that the free version is very beneficial. and it brings a lot of useful functions for new users.

2.- Another of the things that I like within this platform is the main panel and the way in which it shows me the flow of activity that exists within my work team, just by accessing the tab of a work team. specific work, you will be able to see in the main panel the progress they are having as a percentage in each of the planned activities, for example, if you have planned 10 activities for a specific team and they have already completed a part of them, that percentage of activities completed will be reflected in the main panel of the platform. This main panel helps a lot to understand the progress they are having in the preparation of the activities, in addition, within this panel you can see each of the participants for each scheduled activity.

3.- I also love the CRM function that is implemented within this platform. This function helps me a lot, since it allows me to register each of the contacts or potential clients and also allows me to register the amount of negotiation that the company is having with that client. In addition, I am in the CRM, it allows me to modify the priority of each one of the negotiations or invoices to be paid, I can also know the status of each one of the invoices and the amount that has to be avoided to the client, that they know the CRM is very complete, and allows me to have a correct administration of the pending accounts payable by each one of the clients.

4.- The fourth thing that I loved about this platform is the communication service that is implemented within it, this service allows you to transfer all kinds of documents and important information in relation to the project that is being developed, in addition, this section allows you to send and receive messages immediately, for which the employees and participants of a specific activity to develop this activity while communicating within the platform, share ideas and new solutions to complete all scheduled activities in less time. 5.- The fifth thing that I love about this platform is the real-time monitoring, every time you have assigned an activity to a specific person or a group of employees, you will be able to monitor very closely the base that you are having in the development of this activity. You will be able to know what changes have been made in that activity during the last minutes, hours, in addition, you will be able to know what documents or what information is being used to manage that project. Negative: ClickUp has become a very essential platform for the operation and development of new projects in our company, however, despite the fact that the vast majority of functions provided by this platform are positive, we have also seen several negative things about it. Next, I will mention the negative things that this platform has.

1.- The main negative thing about this platform is customer service, on several occasions I have had various doubts about some specific problems or complicated configurations within the project area, however, the support team has taken more than 48 hours in correctly attending the tickets sent. I consider that the support team should be much more optimal, currently it is not optimal because the response period of each of the cases that we have sent, take up to more than 48 hours to be attended. This platform has a lot of potential, the vast majority of functions help you to develop a successful project, in addition, they allow you to strengthen collaboration between work teams, providing a panela they cannot interact with me and solve an activity in a few minutes, however, it is It is very necessary that they improve the support team so that we have a team that is capable of helping new users and solving any type of doubt.

2.- The second negative thing that this platform has is how complex it is to tie yourself to each of the personalities. As I mentioned before, this platform has a lot of features that help you manage and plan all kinds of activities, however, the process of adapting to these features can be a bit complex for new users, the platform in general is a bit difficult. to handle, you have to be very careful when using any specific point, since being cautious within this platform will help you develop optimal projects. I think the overall platform should have a much more user-friendly interface, also the features should be a bit easier to use as they are currently quite professional features and not easy for new users to use.

Summary: Very good and useful tool but some support in using it might also come in handy to make sure you use it in the most efficient way.

Positive: ClickUp has helped us to improve our team functioning and keep track of our project follow-up.
When looking at some basic tutorials it's easy to use

Negative: - you can easily get lost in the different levels if you don't think very well about a structure before getting started
- if you use it very actively (but maybe not the most efficiently) you can sometimes lose track of all your to-do's if you don't think about a good way for yourself (which can be different for every person)
- we have a paying option but are still limited for some basic options in my opinion (e.g. more than one automation, timeline view)

Summary: ClickUp is a great tool for managing tickets and keeping track of who needs to do what when. I love the options it provides, and I'm glad that my company is paying for a subscription now because the limitations are invisible and many. I really love using ClickUp, and I'd love for it to get more popular!

Positive: There are lots of nice features, views, and ways to handle information. ClickUp is generally very flexible and lets you keep track of a lot of things in a variety of different ways. You can use multiple lists and manage items from one list in others. The flexibility of custom statuses is nice, and the ability to assign items to multiple people is very nice. I also like that you can connect GitHub/GitLab and your commit message will appear in the ticket if you add the ClickUp id to the commit!
Also, the free capabilities are very nice!

Negative: Pages don't always refresh in real time to reflect changes made, managing multiple lists can get tricky and annoying if you forget to think of items "physically". One item lives in one list, but you can also *add* that item to other lists so it displays there, but it still lives in that original list, so if you move an item to a list instead of "adding" it, it can be easy to lose track of that item.
Also, ClickUp has a remarkable upselling system for free users, and you won't know what something costs or even what your limitations are until you suddenly are going beyond the limits or trying to do something you didn't know you needed to purchase access for.

Summary: Easy and nice to use if you already have setup the correct flow. Much better than Jira, whole team loves it!

Positive: Other than Jira for example we can store also docs in one place which is really cool. The design is also great and easy to use.

Negative: The product has a lot of options for customizing the flow and board but it might be a bit too complicated to set up a nice workflow in one click.
Sometimes the app gets stuck.

Summary: One size truly fits all, whether you need something simple and light, up to a more complex and structured PM software.

Easy to use if you have already knowledge of project management, but might take a bit more if you are not familiar.
Good variety of templates, assigning tasks and other "typical" tasks.

I have the feeling I'm just using 5% of the total potential of the product, probably some tips or or a virtual assistant would be nice.

I'm using this software to support some minor projects so can't say much on the use into a team.

Positive: Product - good features overall, easy to understand, and manage. Variety of templates and:

Negative: Improvements rather than cons:
- Raid log template would be a nice to have (if it's there I'll check it again)
- Gantt view grouped by week (e.g. 4/5 cells in a month)
- possibility to export into Excel (we all are using ClickUp to avoid Excel but sometimes we need to go back to it)
- guided process to help someone not expert start building and using it; with particular regards to the fact that most users have the excel structure implemented in the head, they're starting with it.
- print function in the Gantt view could be more than just a print screen (header, footer, zoom in or out) or differently could be specified.
- time reporting: would be nice to know per project the time spent from a PM perspective ( this helps for timesheet or invoicing). Different from having a time column for a task
- Wording/naming convention: is not clear sometimes the difference between space, project folder and list - see guided process to start a project

Summary: Overall, I love this app. Switched from Asana and also tried almost everything out there. This app works and I love the cross over to my phone and tablet. It allowed me to manage and push work to an employee with ease. Would definitely like to see a better Gantt project timeline feature.

Positive: - phone app to make quick reminders and tasks on the go
- Integration with outlook for tasks
- I see the huge potential for project management
- Love the lists and follow up tags that can be added
- Customer service and listening to your clients feedback is the best!!

Negative: - still need a clean functional gantt chart, similar to Smartsheet that is easy to use. ClickUp is still too much and hard to figure out.
- wish you could customize the titles under "My Work" to suit our needs better... similar to Asana.
- Wish the "doc" was set up in folders like Microsoft to easily find a document by category to edit etc.
- Still overwhelming and I feel like I am not using it to its full potential. Would like to get ride of Clockify and its reporting and use ClickUp, just don't know how.

Summary: I definitely would recommend this for a team to manage workflow effectively. Once filter/ templates get the kinks worked out and bugs worked out I think ClickUp would operate nicely.

Positive: Many features to help delegate work and metrics are crystal clear for production. Reporting is a plus.

Negative: Templates and task lists seem to break quite often. It's hard to get your daily view set and see what you have for the week. Filters need a very big revamp.
