Summary: I've used plenty of other task management systems and ClickUp takes the cake with its features, price, and service.

Positive: I love all the features, even for free accounts, and I absolutely see the value in the paid version. As a business owner, I use ClickUp to manage my team in my agency's tasks to keep everyone on schedule and all client work completed in a timely manner. I love the automation and the ability to duplicate spaces because once I set up a perfect space, I never have to do it again. I can just duplicate the original space and switch around names and users. It really makes everything so simple because each minute is precious when you're trying to grow and manage your business. I also have a few clients that use ClickUp and to see the way they set up their spaces is very intriguing. There is no "one-size-fits-all" set up in ClickUp. The customizability of every space is amazing. It means no matter how you think, you can have a space that fits your needs and personality.

Negative: Sometimes the system can be a bit slow and lags. For example, sometimes when I close a task, it can take a few minutes before the task disappears from the space. Or when I have a task that is set up to recur upon completion, it can take a few minutes before the new task appears. I understand that the Whiteboard view is also new, but that feature can be generally slow as well.

Summary: I'm not sure how we managed our wedding planning business before ClickUp with just spreadsheets and email. ClickUp has transformed our productivity, allowing us to not only take on more clients but hire more staff with ease.

Positive: - Nested task/project management
- Nested comments allow for finite attention to project details
- User-friendly and intuitive design

Negative: - The phone app is not as intuitive to use
- Homepage can be a bit overwhelming (I use Dashboards instead to compartmentalize)

Summary: Overall, I would definitely recommend ClickUp for any small enterprise as it can cover all needs and doesn't have a high price tag.

Positive: There is a lot of functionality and for a small business like ours, we can practically do everything except spreadsheets in ClickUp. We do project management, performance management, hiring, production management, design, management, and other stuff all within ClickUp. The value-to-price ratio is high, which is also pretty nice.

Negative: The only drawback for us is that the service can be a bit inconsistent. It doesn't happen that often, but slowdowns happen now and again and that does reduce our productivity a bit.

Summary: ClickUp has earned a pin on my taskbar. I start and end my workdays in ClickUp to receive and post project updates. I will never try to manage an asynchronous team again without ClickUp.

Positive: Custom fields and views allow ClickUp to be tailored for just about anything. As someone with a defined project management framework, I was able to introduce a standard across the organization that makes communication with upper management so much easier. So much less friction between team members with this single source of truth.

Negative: Getting others without my experience excited about another tool they have to use is sometimes difficult, as our instance is highly customized and monolithic.

Summary: Each time I discuss work-related topics with colleagues or friends/family, who are on the market for software to enhance or improve their workflow, I always point them to ClickUp. It's one of my favorite 'free' subscriptions that I use frequently to keep myself on task. I can customize my workspace and ensure no details are missed--or enhance my workspace/workflow with other tools like a whiteboard or post-its virtually. It's great!

Positive: ClickUp had all the bells & whistles that most paid software platforms restricted until you purchased a subscription, for free. The ease of use, their step-by-step tutorials, and the option to enhance your experience (by choosing a paid version, if you really wanted to) was nice from a customer-perspective. I didn't feel rushed into accessing every feature they offered (and there are many!) because a "trial" was about to expire. All of the basic tools you'd need (and normally access throughout different software types) can be found in a single page!

Negative: I wish the "learning" curve was a little bit better, or more obvious. Perhaps a streamlined knowledge base that covered the most basic navigation or "how to" in the system? There really aren't too many cons, to be honest!

Summary: Would recommend.

Positive: Easy to use, can take a multi-dimensional view on your tasks, great customer support, great for collaboration.

Negative: I have no comment on pricing and I have not used the paid features.

Summary: Great experience with ClickUp, continue to build up my maintenance list and schedule and it makes my life much more simpler. What's even better with ClickUp is it's FREE. Yay!

Positive: Even with the free version of ClickUp, you can store virtually endless of things on it. I keep all of my instruments' user manual and tech manual and it's just a click away to grab all the information that I need. Spaces and folders are also amazing, so organized.

Negative: If you have "thousands" of lists likeI do, it takes a long while to load.

Summary: ClickUp is a great way to ensure tasks are being completed efficiently. It's nice to have assignments, documents, and comments all in one place for our entire team. It also helps with accountability to ensure each team member is doing their part.

Positive: Very user friendly and allows us to track task completion. A great place for our team to collaborate and share files.

Negative: Updating existing templates can be a little tricky because you pretty much have to rebuild the template to update it.

Summary: My experience with ClickUp has been great. I would defineatly recommend to anyone who was looking for a set up such as this for their company. Very easy to use, easy to show others how to use, & overall well put together application.

Positive: I love that as a user, it is extremely user friendly and straight forward. As a person that is very organized, this is the best application that I have encountered in my career thus far that allows an entire organization the ability to have eyes on everything that is going on in real time.

Negative: There have been a few times where the system was either slow or inaccessible, however support handled these issues in a very quick and efficient way.

Summary: ClickUp has been far and away the best task management app I've used. I've used it to implement a Getting Things Done (GTD) system for myself and it works flawlessly in that regard. The mobile app integrates seamlessly into the ways I use this tool: I typically add tasks the moment I think of them (so as to not forget), which is very easy to do from the mobile app. It's great to be able to see all of my tasks in different views depending on context. Overall the user experience (UX) of this app is just phenomenally designed.

Positive: Intuitive user interface design
Flexibility and customizability of building workspaces to support task management
Creation of task views for context-switching
Creation and use of task templates to eliminate tedious repetition

Negative: Automations are a bit limited without a business-class paid plan
"Goals" feature doesn't mesh with the design that well

Summary: It's an excellent tool, which helps you in project management, team collaboration, project planning and task automation. Also, it has a very shallow learning curve which helps you in the fast onboarding process.

Positive: In this current work-from-home culture, ClickUp is the most productive project manager tool currently available in the market. Its interface is clean and easy to understand. The onboarding process with the team was seamless. Also, it provides real-time updates on project progress and analytics.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like on this platform is the customization options.

Summary: ClickUp has been my project management tool for one of my clients as a freelancer. This helped me to be efficient to plan ahead for my tasks and be effective in my work as clients are able to provide feedback to my project while at the same time be able to have access to it right there to the app. It has been very helpful for me to have a clear plan on what projects should I prioritize and what should I set a side for a while.

Positive: · Can enable push notifications
· Has a dashboard reminding you of project deadlines and task phases
· You can share files in each specified task
· Users can comment on every project

Negative: · Notifications tab in the dashboard is a bit messy.

Summary: ClickUp has been effective in solving problems, especially disorganization in the management of our projects; it provides us with many valuable features to collaborate and advance quickly in the accomplishment of each task without losing sight of the needs of our clients, as they have also become involved and have been able to track the progress of their projects. It has performed incredibly well and has been instrumental in organizing workflows and improving our project management. It is a very versatile tool that could be of great benefit to any organization, highly recommended.

Positive: ClickUp is used within our organization to manage all the projects carried out in an organized way and promote the participation of the parties involved with each project. It is effortless to access and keeps all our tasks organized. ClickUp has tools and functions that greatly facilitate workflows, team management, task distribution, and more in a single platform.

Negative: At first, we found it a bit confusing to create projects and tasks because of the many features that can be included.

Summary: ClickUp helped us to move in the right direction for work management. It's very easy to use and I love that it also helps us to collaborate on the same board. Both design and interface are fantastic!!

Positive: ClickUp is a promising tool for work management ( You can manage tasks, projects, inbound-outbound communication and to-do reminders).
Deployment of new projects is very easy. With fewer headcounts, we are able to accomplish the goals in tasks. The onboarding on this tool was great.

Negative: Gives very little power for customization in tasks. The dashboard is filled with excess contents.

Summary: This is an extremely powerful program, that I hope to grow into in the future. It may replace several other apps I'm currently using (like OneNote) in the near future. If I can get past the lag issue, this will likely become the heart of my workflow (rather than my email inbox). I'm currently on the free version of the product and still getting a ton out of it.

Positive: LOTS of features - can work as a task/project manager, notebook (like OneNote/Evernote), and CRM...
Has several helpful views (like calendar view) to track the timing and progress of various tasks/projects, along with dependencies...
Lots of custom options for tags...
Lots of great training materials/webinars for leveraging the full capabilities of this program...
Support team is proactive, responsive and friendly...
Lots of integrations that streamline workflows, like the Chrome extension...

Negative: This is such a robust program, there is a bit of a lag between clicks which slows me down - I probably need a stronger computer and better internet connection to navigate through this seamlessly...
