Summary: A very user-friendly experience - especially for someone like me who is not particularly tech-savvy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for the team that I worked with.
Positive: The flexibility of the product across a range of requirements and the consistency of the designs. Tamper-roof signatures as opposed to HTML ones. Ease of integration with Outlook, good security.
Negative: Costs more than the alternatives but you get what you pay for!!

Summary: Overall experience from the sale to the on boarding, we received a number of follow up calls, to ask if we are still enjoying, now that customer service, we tend to keep everything simple, but this program has so many features that are excellent that we utilize in our work environment.
Positive: All our signatures just work, we can pull statistics on our company regarding mails read, links opened etc.
Negative: There are really no cons with this product, it just do what it's intended to do.

Summary: BrandMail has solved the following problems that I experienced for more than a decade:
1. Keeping our branding consistent in all emails (and not giving team members the opportunity to mess things up)
2. Keeping our most up-to-date materials in one place for simple attachment
3. Saving team members time by using mail templates and not forcing them to go to a specific website to copy/paste scriptsPositive: I've been trying to figure out the best way to verbalize the way I smile whenever a new employee thanks me for their beautiful signature and I know that they won't be able to break it no matter how hard they try or cheer when my CEO says that it's a real game changer to be able to have all our most updated attachments right there in her email instead of forcing her to search for things in SharePoint or giggle when I upload a new email template to make tech support's job easier, so basically what I'm saying to you in this massive run-on sentence is that you will experience real joy from using BrandMail. I promise.
Negative: If you're one of those people who doesn't read an instruction manual, like me, it will take a while to learn and retain everything you need to know. But the leadership team is always there to answer questions (even when the time difference means they're answering questions at 10pm their time!) and the Knowledge Base is expansive.

Summary: Fantastic! From initial deployment to the user experience, everything really has been incredibly smooth.
Positive: Ease of use from both Admin and user perspectives. We have also been blown away with the support we have received.
Negative: Nothing to dislike as of yet. Any questions or issues we have run into are always addressed promptly by the support team.

Branding mails that brings value and benefits to our customers! Date: May 26 2022
Summary: The problem we were having before using BrandMail was that campaigns that were being run via email to our customers that were supposed to be benefitting our customers were being missed or overlooked. Because we email customers daily and our signatures are now branded our own, visible and we can add the messages and campaigns with a call to action these important and valuable messages are being seen and benefit our customers. It also solves the problem which is contact details my customers never had as my email signature previously used to only come through once in a thread and customers would have to search through it to get my details such as a phone number whereas now it's always there and is in line with our company's brand which I love.
Positive: I love that BrandMail allows us to add messaging and campaigns to our signatures where you can't miss the message, these messages used to be missed by our customers sent via email as they were easily over-looked or seen as spam where now we know with the insights, feedback and call to actions that our customers are seeing these messages and are gaining value by what we offer.
Negative: I haven't come across anything I don't like or appreciate I think it has great value for money and is delivers more than I was expecting.

Summary: BQ is a very friendly company and everyone loves his job. The contact is always nice and the support is great.
Positive: it is easy to use, easy to set up and it works on every computer fine. We use BrandMail every day and we are glad to use it.
Negative: Nothing. We had the chance to use a beta version for web and as a beta, some things didn't work. But BQ fixed it very fast and now everything works just great.

Positive: I have nothing but amazing words for BrandQuantum , their team and their product.
Very professional and user friendly system. Paula and her team have been amazing since day 1 and help us with every aspect we needed. She is the utmost professional and leads by example.
The BrandQuantum platform has drastically improved our business for the better and I cannot recommend it enough.Negative: I don't really have cons to report. At first we had some small teething problems with image sizes on signature's but nothing Paula and Simon couldn't fix.

Summary: Maybe the best customer support I've ever had for a software product and a useful product that removed a big marcom headache.
Positive: BrandMail solved a difficult marcom problem for us: delivering a consistent, branded email signature, with correct colors, images, etc. There are many other features in the suite that we haven't taken full advantage of yet, but I'm looking forward to trying them.
Negative: From an end user standpoint (our employees) there was almost nothing for them to do, so it couldn't have been easier. For the administrator, the setup and administration take a bit of work and there's a bit of a learning curve. However, the support is so good that it obviates these concerns. They will walk you through anything as needed or even do it for you.
