Summary: BQ is a very friendly company and everyone loves his job. The contact is always nice and the support is great.

Positive: it is easy to use, easy to set up and it works on every computer fine. We use BrandMail every day and we are glad to use it.

Negative: Nothing. We had the chance to use a beta version for web and as a beta, some things didn't work. But BQ fixed it very fast and now everything works just great.

Summary: Incredibly happy and satisfied with the product and the services provided by Paula and Team. I cannot recommend enough.

Positive: I have nothing but amazing words for BrandQuantum , their team and their product.
Very professional and user friendly system. Paula and her team have been amazing since day 1 and help us with every aspect we needed. She is the utmost professional and leads by example.
The BrandQuantum platform has drastically improved our business for the better and I cannot recommend it enough.

Negative: I don't really have cons to report. At first we had some small teething problems with image sizes on signature's but nothing Paula and Simon couldn't fix.

Summary: Very easy to implement.
Gives a huge value how your company is represented outside.
Finally someone who understand Corporate Branding

Positive: Very good Email signature tool that it will make a huge value for your business. This is how Email signatures should be.

Negative: There is nothing to not like about it. Happy when the Apple version is out!

Summary: Maybe the best customer support I've ever had for a software product and a useful product that removed a big marcom headache.

Positive: BrandMail solved a difficult marcom problem for us: delivering a consistent, branded email signature, with correct colors, images, etc. There are many other features in the suite that we haven't taken full advantage of yet, but I'm looking forward to trying them.

Negative: From an end user standpoint (our employees) there was almost nothing for them to do, so it couldn't have been easier. For the administrator, the setup and administration take a bit of work and there's a bit of a learning curve. However, the support is so good that it obviates these concerns. They will walk you through anything as needed or even do it for you.

Summary: From the start to go-live, there was no disruption and down time with the critical use of our email systems.

Positive: Ease of use. Professional image. Great top notch customer service. Ease of integration. Amazing features.

Negative: I liked everything. It is an amazing product and a must have.

The platform also enables us to manage marketing banners effectively, and the integrated "rate our service" feature provides the added benefit of capturing real-time customer feedback.

Negative: The system hangs sometimes, taking a while to upload.

Summary: Overall, my experience with BrandMail has been a good one. It has made it much easier to keep our client communication on track without creating extra work. Instead of sending out bulk emails every time we need to share closing dates or information on upcoming events, we just add a banner to our signatures.

Positive: It is easy to implement, and you can change banners as you need to align with what you want to communicate to your clients. It even allows for multiple banners to be active at the same time.

Negative: I don’t have any issues at this stage. The system works well for my needs.

Summary: It has been easy to enroll new users onto the system. I Love how easy it is to change banner designs.

Positive: The ease of use on the product, everything is straightforward and easy to use. It's easy to change banners.

Negative: Experienced glitches in the beginning, however the team managed to resolve it quickly.

Summary: The transition from our previous application was seamless. The setting up and changing of signatures and banners is easy. The reports produced data which is beneficial to our institution

Positive: Ease of use. The ability to schedule banners. The stats and the reports that can be generated for analysis.

Negative: The product is expensive for schools as we have to purchases licences for several software solutions

Summary: Very good experience with the product and the the staff of BrandMail. We do still need to figure out how best to utilize the full suite of products.

Positive: Great staff that always help out with the execution of the product's features. A good feature to add to the email workflow options.

Negative: Not fully understood in how to best use the product and features
