MultiRater Surveys powers MyMentor Insights, a structured, end-to-end leadership feedback and development program designed for learning & development consultants, executive coaches, and HR teams who want feedback to lead to real behaviour change.
MyMentor Insights works by combining multi-source feedback, interactive insight, and ongoing development in one integrated experience. Organisations can collect meaningful data through proven survey types including 180° performance reviews, 360° leadership development surveys, employee engagement and feedback surveys, mental health and wellbeing surveys, and customer pulse surveys. Surveys can be used as-is or fully customised to align with an organisation’s leadership framework, capability model, or language.
