Summary: One of the best survey tools with many free features. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do a quick survey without upgrading to paid features.

Positive: This survey tool has more free features than other only survey tools, is very easy to use, and is easy to share results.

Negative: I just started to use this tool after comparing several other similar products. I have not found any cons yet.

Positive: I used this survey site for the first time several months ago, and found it extremely user friendly!

Negative: None - the user interface is very practical, and easy to use.

Summary: That a lot of the features were free to set up a survey, easy to navigate and develop surveys with, easy to track and share the survey once developed, users seem to find it easy and were able to quickly answer the survey for my research.

Positive: I like the way you could customise your questions, the free allowance of 1 branching tool was really helpful to have a screening question for my academic research. Respondents appeared to find it easy to use too, was very pleased I found this survey tool!

Negative: While I appreciate you are a business, it seems unfair that you cannot extract the data you collected from the survey unless paying. If you had to pay for the survey, or limited the number of responses you could receive, this wouldn't be an issue. However, I only realised I wouldn't be able to look at individualised responses until I had already collected the data.

Summary: Very easy to use as an administrator as well as a user. The interface looks nice and the software is very easy to use.

Positive: It was very easy to set up the survey and ability to list multiple text boxes under one single question.

Negative: More access to features when trialing the software.

Summary: I think the free trial service could be easier. I.e. not having to write reviews etc. However, I like the service overall.

Positive: Very user friendly survey. The surveys are easier to design with lots of options to add multiple choice and questions.

Negative: The need to complete reviews and follow on social media to trial the product.

Summary: Simple drag and drop, and the design also cute, I got bad experience with 'SM', because they didn't allow me to use a photo without giving free trial :(

Positive: I like the way control components visualize with icon as well as dragging them to the "canvas", such amazing experience.

Negative: Didn't find the sub-component question control, e.g. after user fills the answer then another question prompted (with condition).

Summary: The entire experience with SurveyLegend was very pleasant. It fulfilled all my research needs with. The user friendly interface made the entire process even more smooth.

Positive: Survey legend has been a very user friendly tool with amazing features such as branching and logistics. It even allows your to create aesthetic surveys. All in all one of the best survey tools out there. Would recommend it highly!

Negative: There wasn't anything to not like. this tool provided me with all the features I needed for my research. Highly recommend using it.

Summary: Great survey website, as a student writing its thesis it was super useful and free, I highly recommend.

Positive: Easy to add answers and edit the whole survey. The fact that you can see the world map highlighted on the places where people answered is really great.

Negative: Limited number of pictures is really annoying, they make the survey less boring.
The fact that you can't filter the answers (for example, being able to know how many male answered to a particular question, it's all mixed).

Summary: Overall, it's a good system for what I'm using it for. I wish it was easier to read the results without paying. Even if I'm not able to download them.

Positive: The program is user friendly and the surveys are easy to complete. I was able to build a survey for company use that was designed with our brand colors.

Negative: Hard to read results unless you pay for a subscription. This isn't easily realized when creating the survey.

Summary: I made a research on a great enterprise survey tool and came across survey crowd. It's been extremely useful for different purposes with amazing features! 10/10 Recommend this tool.

Negative: So far, I have enjoyed using this product and have not noticed any cons for now. Only recommendation is to improve the interface but it still works great.

Positive: The creative freedom I had in creating and designing my survey for my personal use made it worthwhile even if some features were unavailable to me.

Negative: The free version prevents extensive review of surveys.

Negative: The section break requires user to enter both the title and description. If no description is entered, there will be an empty spot on the survey created.
