Low scores trigger instant red alerts. High scores route guests toward public review platforms automatically. Direct Booking Win-Back sends personalised follow-up emails to returning guests who opt in during their stay, inviting them to book direct next time. Each email routes through a tracked link before redirecting to the property's booking page. Commission recovery is tracked per property. Monthly anonymous staff surveys run across six sentiment areas. Composite scores only surface once five or more responses are submitted. Flight risk detection flags declining team scores before they become resignations. Service Signature is a portable EI credential for hospitality staff built from verified guest nominations.
