Great but glitchy! Date: Aug 19 2021
Summary: There is a lot of features available for this texting system. We have tried other texting systems and this is our favorite. We handle anywhere from 60 to 200 guests at a time and more. This system is great for tracking conversations, ensuring we give quick and easy service and for relaying information in a timely manner. The program has continued to improve with all of the updates.
Positive: Trustyou is a great concept. It helps us keep in contact with our guests on property in a quick and efficient way with Scheduled "outreach" messages. These messages are fantastic for our staff to use to connect to our guests or remind them of check out or even relay an urgent message! Another great feature is the "Saved Replies" that you can set up to have generic answers to most asked questions. This helps save time and ensure our information given is uniform. Our guests love the ease of service too!
Negative: The only downside is the occasional glitches. Sometimes it can be hard to tell if a coworker is also responding to the same message. It takes some time to get the team to communicate and use the system to see if someone is already responding to a guest. We have figured out some work-arounds with using the Internal Notes and the cancel message button, though a few messages have been sent twice without correction.
