Summary: They are very customer oriented. They are very very helpful no matter the situation. They are available 24/7
Positive: They always explain in full things that I need to know about the system. They always make me feel welcome when I make the call. They are always kind when speaking to me.
Negative: There are No cons to list they have been great with us as a customer and we are very happy with the services.

Summary: I am pretty satisfied with customer services provided to me. Keep up the good work. The overall Silverware system is not complicated but the design can be improved.
Positive: I called multiple times as I needed some assistance with some setting our Silverware system, the waiting time on a line was not long, they fixed my issues promptly without any problems.
Negative: I did not experience any issues with the customer service during our calls. I can say that some operators are just more experienced than the others which helps to solve the problem very fast.

Summary: Overall my experience with Silverware has been fantastic. It truly makes my day to day much easier as I work in the Accounting Department so I need very detailed and accurate reports which Silverware is excellent at providing.
Positive: I really like all the different reports that are available under the Silverware platform. They allow you to really dig into the numbers to see which areas of the business are thriving and which areas need improvement. This is especially useful in the accounting department when doing our Daily Business Reports.
Negative: Sometimes the customer service response time can take a little longer than I would like.

Summary: Overall Silverware has been an invaluable resource for myself in the accounting department, and I would highly recommend it to any other business looking to improve efficiency.
Positive: All the different reports that are available are extremely helpful for a variety of reasons. The Silverware reporting allows me to complete our daily revenue reports for our leadership which is extremely valuable to be able to compare to previous years/days/months and also see where we are based on our budget.
Negative: Sometimes the reports are inaccurate. However, this is usually easily fixed by reaching out to chat support.

Summary: Pretty good, some things to improve on for sure. I would highly suggest a better way to edit buttons without having to get out of the menu and back in just to see changes that were made.
Positive: All interconnected and support is easy to get ahold of, realativly easy software to learn, and easy enough to train new hirers on.
Negative: A lot of things HAVE to be done through their tech team which is annoying.

Summary: Overall, the experience was good, we experience some hiccups but overall everything is working fine.
Positive: The system is user friendly, and the installer Michael was very helpful and provided the training for all restaurant staff.
Negative: When we made the decision purchase the equipment/devises we were under the impression that all the equipment was part of the quote, found out later that the restaurant and bar equipment was not included in the quote.

Silverware Customer Service: slow slow slow Date: Feb 04 2026
Summary: I would never recommend Silverware POS be implemented by any company. If changing POS systems was not such a huge project, no doubt the company I work for would have done it already. I have been thru 3 implementations with Silverware and been using the product for 6 years.
Positive: Most customer support people seem more knowledgeable in the last 6 months compared to several years ago.
Negative: Too often issues need to be escalated within Silverware. Then there is no response for a very, very long time. I get asked the same questions repeatedly. The info I have provided to support, (screenshots etc seem to be ignored and I am asked the same questions again, by the second and third person that my issue gets passed to. Our team follows up with Silverware, but the answer is often that Silverware is "still waiting to hear from their internal resources". Extremely frustrating. I am currently waiting for support on an issue that has been open for over 30 days. Silverware keeps charging me monthly for "service" and integrations that do not function. Silverware's own "technical experts have agreed with me that the website reporting for gift cards does not always match the in-store reporting for gift cards. I was told I should use in-store data when I encounter that discrepancy.... wow! Unacceptable!
