IntuitiveStay is a web-based guest feedback and staff performance platform for independent hospitality operators. No app. No hardware. A QR code in the room, a 60-second web form and a real-time dashboard.
Guest responses feed into the Guest Connection Score™ (GCS), a four-pillar emotional intelligence metric measuring Resilience, Empathy, Anticipation and Recognition. Low scores trigger instant red alerts. High scores route guests toward public review platforms automatically.
Direct Booking Win-Back sends personalised follow-up emails to returning guests who opt in during their stay, inviting them to book direct next time. Each email routes through a tracked link before redirecting to the property's booking page. Commission recovery is tracked per property.
Monthly anonymous staff surveys run across six sentiment areas. Composite scores only surface once five or more responses are submitted. Flight risk detection flags declining team scores before they become resignations.
Service Signature is a portable EI credential for hospitality staff built from verified guest nominations. Bronze through Platinum. The credential belongs to the staff member permanently regardless of where they work.

Summary: We absolutely love it. the staff are more engaged, we have a new level of control over our online reviews (we have already stopped 2 potential negative online reviews), the emotional intelligence courses are a nice touch and its priced perfectly, we are surprised something of this scale is so cheap.
Positive: Having the ability to catch our hotel reviews before they go live takes a huge pressure off us as small business owners.
The dashboard is not overwhelming at all and loved the aesthetics
The morning email telling us what happened the previous day is also a nice touch and makes us not feel like we have to check the dashboard all the time.
The service signature is amazing, the staff are super excited and it has given them something to focus on whilst also helping our hotel as the staff try much harderNegative: nothing as yet still playing around with it all but will report back if anything found.
