Your Team Email, SMS and WhatsApp accounts can be shared in a shared Inbox. It is not possible to share an email account login between team members. Helpwise is an easy-to-use shared inbox that allows you to access your team's email accounts such as help@, sales@ and jobs@. It becomes difficult to manage internal and customer emails (billing, hiring, etc.) as the business grows. Then, we make a mistake by sharing email logins between team members.
