MyMentor Insights works by combining multi-source feedback, interactive insight, and ongoing development in one integrated experience. Organisations can collect meaningful data through proven survey types including 180° performance reviews, 360° leadership development surveys, employee engagement and feedback surveys, mental health and wellbeing surveys, and customer pulse surveys.
